I've gotta say that while Bloody Junkie started off a bit fun there's really nothing special about it. It's completely and utterly your average battle royal manga.
I will admit the concept of having a bunch of people locked in a death game with only outsiders to guide them through the game did make it interesting at times but it was really just that. Nothing especially innovative was done with it, though the outsider's comments did add some humor.
The characters were visually appealing (the art is decent. proportions can be wonky at times) albeit very predictable as characters. I did get attached to one or

two of them, but fleshed out characters in this manga come few and far between; for good reason however...The series ends very abruptly due to discontinuation.
This is the only reason I gave the story such a low rating. It's hard to be pleased by a story when it ends right at a really bad cliffhanger. Luckily the author does give out a rough game plan of how the story was supposed to go at the end, so if you don't mind visualizing the rest of the story yourself, give it a read! Otherwise don't bother. You'll just disappoint yourself.
