I own all mangas (#23 for Kaguya and #10 for Rikekoi) for both series. Both shows have smart main characters who are good at everything except for romance. Both shows feature characters making baby steps (and tons of mistakes) while they try to get together. Kaguya has more dark moments (and more depth to the characters and story) while Rikekoi is composed almost entirely of happy lovey-dovey scenes. In other words, I feel that Rikekoi is the less dramatic, easier-to-consume cousin to Kaguya, but both shows are equally awesome.
