Just for refrence i watched the subbed version not sure about the dubbed.

Ill start off wtih what was not to great with the movie, for starters the villians really feel flat, also the weight of everything was kinda thrown off from the main focus of the story which was a bit hard not to do giving what they were focusing on with the movie.

possible spoiler: The story is focused on over looking what someone is born as and more what you want to be for yourself and to others, ill leave it at that as i feel like that is kinda of a spoiler and ... wont say anymore. was glad that it didnt hold your hand in going through everything and didn't drag out but as i said at the start they dont build much and it does have a bad effect on you caring about anything else besides the main characters. It plays on very simple logic and goals nothing really new but they do a good job with the story to keep you intrested.

The fights scenes where intersting, done right and where good lengths, even though a couple of times is was just a bullet storm and looked rediculous still really enjoyable to watch.

Now the art is really plessing also has really good flow of movment which is sharp and done right and they dont try to skip detail besides the cannon fotta like the everyday soilders or demons which are there just to add numbers to the groups(Races).

now for the sound, they use a shit tone of music in this to set the mood you can take it as a good thing or bad thing but at least they do use skilled mucians to do so, mostly string based instruments and added drums for some fight scenes. All the voices were good the only one i would say was a bit off was the dog's but i think it was meant to be like that as its a dog speaking.

if you are going to watch it dont expect the best out there i gave it a 10 due to it being a while since iv seen something like this and went into this not exspecting much which made me really enjoy the movie, also felt a bit different from all the other stuff i watched so was interesting, if i did watch a lot of these type of movies making it more stale ill say it's a solid 8 to most people and you wont be wasting your time watching the movie.

this is going to be simple as iv been unwell and never wright these but was left really conflicted about the top reviews being really negative or average only seeing 6 eps and reviews that had seen most of the show not turn up until more scrolling meaning that most people decided to drop the show.

It would make sense as they only got to episode 6 during their reviews and even though i was liking this show i ranked it around 6 as seeing so many shows they normaly take the same roads and mirrior eachother and at that time the show was not having ... much flare and was seeming like it was just going to be a average show that goes for longer.

The other thing is the fan service with Tamiki can be taken as useless but i think thats kinda the point as a lot of anime does it and its just the same but in this case feels more liking a running joke like truck chun on bench sama where it has been used so many times they used it in a way that kinda takes the piss out of shows having all this fan service that amounts to nothing besides eye candy.

I can not remember where the anime started to change for the better but i think it was around after the character Hibana is introduced and developed that set the tone for the rest of the show. as it was something that got built into the show and even though it heavily centers around the MC you see the other characters influencing and guiding the MC with out feeling left out.

now this show is 100 percent aimed at people who watch a crap tone of anime or people who dont mind giving something a shot till the end, its a stair way in quilty as time goes on that does not feel like its wasting time with a lot of filler, it also maintains good humor and bond between the different characters from both sides and not letting the narrative first goals set what happens for the rest of the show. i wont go into them as i feel like they fall under spoilers.

that is pretty much all i wanted to say as their are more likly better reviews on this than mine but felt like i need to say this as the show is doing really well and has not let up a inch. side note you people who say read the manga this is just eye candy or you should read it to understand it better honestly just stop as it not really helping anyone, if you want people to read the manga wright your review for that not the anime, i do unerstand the manga can be different but you should not let the two medias influence eachother as they are different even if its the same story.
