Rarely in my entire life have I experienced what is widely considered as a "masterpiece". Those artistic works are scarce but leave a strong message, deep in the least explored corners of our minds and our hearts. By no means can one truly comprehend such a complex story, with incredibly designed characters and amazing world-builiding that gives the spectator a sense of enjoyment, of accomplishment.
Shitcom, made by Nagao Takena, ticks all boxes twice. Maybe thrice, but that's subjective.
Story - 10 out of 10
A mind-bogging, complex plot, Takena presents us with a passionate story of the consequences of love and the human implications and interests behind

it. Our main characters, an intricate female and a handsome gentleman, guide us through their explosive and colourful universe as they try to decipher the real problems behind it.
Art - 10 out of 10
A total artistic accomplishment. Amazing techniques and attention to the slightest of details make up the entirety of this film, allowing for a loyal representation of the characters and preparing what everybody thinks is "the best minute in your whole life".
Sound - 10 out of 10
Although there isn't much dialogue, the little lines thrown throughout it are simply fabulous. They fluidly find the optimal time to appear and give us a chuckle through the toughest and most dramatic scenes of this film. The vocabulary is constant to its pace and its 486 pages are simply marvellous to read after watching the movie. It is amazing. Incredible. In the sound effects area we see a repeating trend: through easy to find materials and a renowned studio, the spectator feels the characters and the environment come to life around him.
Characters & Enjoyment – 10 out of 10.
Every single character that stands even for a second in an angle will for sure have a detailed backstory that’s interesting to hear and is not boring. Our main couple is developed a lot too, going from a lovey-dovey relationship to a more pessimistic and mature one. That change is shown in their expressions, their voices, their actions. Everything is linked in a comfortable way, making this short film even better than it should. I actually stayed in the cinema crying after the ending. I ended up falling asleep only to wake up at the feet of none other than Takena, the mastermind behind it all. The five minutes I got to stand in his glorious sight were truly terrific.
Overall – 1 out of 10.
Yeah. Don’t watch this shit.
