THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS
First of all, before I start writing my review, I just want to apologize a thousand times for my MyAnimeList being out of date. These days, I'm very busy with studies, exams, school, and so on. Last school year is not easy. But anyway, let's start.
So, what do you like most about romance animes? Are the cute girls with flushed faces? Is it the harem? Is the protagonist? Is it the big ecchi? Are conflicts or situations generated? Is it the end? Or what? Well, for me, to be a good novel, it needs to be a full package, including all of
...
the above. There are several romance animes that fit this example, such as: Bunny Girl Senpai, Nozaki-kun, Kaguya-Sama, Orange, Violet Evergarden (not exactly a novel, but there are several traits in which we can assimilate it as a novel), Your Lie In April, Oregairu, and thousands of other shows. Generally, romance animes focus (obviously) on developing the relationship between the main characters. But in addition to love, such animes also focus on two points: comedy and drama. There are drama novels that make you cry with sadness, and there are others with comedy that make you cry with laughter. But in some cases, some shows try to mix the two genres: that something good or something forced can come out. And before starting my review, just to complete my explanation of romance animes: generally this genre tends to be quite generic. For example, the perfect boy meets the perfect girl, and they both end up in a relationship. Or, a boy is in love with several girls, etc. But of course, some animes break with the classic cliché of the perfect boy and girl. As an example: Kuzu No Honkai, this one fits perfectly, as it shows how complicated teenagers can be at times. Romantic relationships in adolescence are not always the same as in fairy tales, sometimes they can lead to conflicts and so on.
And good, going for what really matters. The explanation above was even quite logical, not least because it is always comparing one romance anime with another. Because sometimes, some can be unforgettable, with super developed characters; or sometimes, it may end up meaning nothing, with relationships that go nowhere, and the author simply doesn't give a damn about character development (ehum ehum Glasslip ehum ehum). But anyway, now let's talk about Go-Toubun no Hanayome: an anime that became quite popular, due to the manga, with a huge fanbase spread. But, it is not because it is considered popular that it is automatically good. There are things that are popular because they are very bad, but that is not the case. Go-Toubun no Hanayome became quite famous, due to its great charm (the quintuple sisters). The story, as has already been spoken, is not much different from other harem anime.
Uesugi Fuutarou is an intelligent and antisocial student, who lives in a family with various debts. One day, walking to the seat in the cafeteria, he comes across a beautiful girl with red hair, who was claiming to be "his seat" of him. This girl (called Itsuki Nakano) offers to learn from Fuutarou, but he refuses. Then, on the same day, he receives a proposal from his sister: to be able to become a private teacher to five twin sisters. Even though all this is crazy, Fuutarou accepts. And after this story, Fuutarou finds that his students are: Itsuki Nakano (the same girl in the cafeteria) and his four sisters. Now, Fuutarou will be in charge of teaching these five sisters, until they finish high school.
Okay, you must be thinking: it’s going to be another generic harem as usual, isn’t it? Eh, let's say yes. But even though the idea may be repeated (ctrl + c, ctrl + v from another anime), there is still something about Go-Toubun that made me smile a lot. One of the things I liked the most was the dialogues and the charisma that all the girls have. Even though it is predictable, it is quite fun to see how girls can deal with life situations, and with conflicts between the family. All five are different from each other: Itsuki is the most serious; Ichika is the older sister, and the most relaxed; Yotsuba is the most cheerful; Miku is the most shy (including the best ehum ehum); and Nino is the most annoying of all. They say that, in the second season, it breaks with a very famous cliché. But, it is that: it is just waiting to see. Even though they are different from each other, they all have something in common: none like to study, and they all do poorly in tests. Those most interested in learning from Fuutarou are Yotsuba, Ichika and Miku. Nino just wants to relax, and Itsuki wants to do everything for herself. And you can see a clear difference between them; for example: Nino is outgoing, social, bossy, and almost always likes to cause problems for Fuutarou (in the first episode, she drugged the guy lol). Miku, on the other hand, is more antisocial, shy, who feels a great charisma for Fuutarou, and unlike the others, she is a little more smart and knows practically everything about Japanese history. Yotsuba is the most energetic, always motivated for everything, and with disposition. Ichika is the laziest, and she intends to drop out of school, to pursue an acting career. And finally, Itsuki: the one that works the hardest, and struggles on its own. Another very good thing to praise is the chemistry between the characters: because, for example, in each situation, a girl ends up winning the round. And it's also nice to see that each one has a characteristic trait, because if they were similar personalities, it would be a very repetitive business. And of course: as all the girls have different personalities, it makes it even more difficult for Fuutarou to decide who he will choose, even if at the beginning, he doesn't care much about it. But the hint that he is going to have a wedding also makes the show very intriguing, because then we get more and more anxious about who will be chosen. And the cool thing is this: it is not spinning in just one pair, it is alternating a lot, and that is not what makes the show boring. I mean, there's a catch, and I'll explain later.
In addition, we also need to talk about the opening and closing songs, and the art of anime. Well, the songs are very cute and heart-warming. But the coolest thing is the openness, because if you pay close attention, it is possible to make a comparison between the voices of the five. It is difficult to say who is who: they all have the same face. And it is very funny to see such situations, in which they "disguise" themselves from another sister, then it is impossible to know who she is. But anyway, art is more or less. I never heard of this studio, so initially I couldn't say. But for a romance anime, the art isn't too bad. It is very colorful, it has a lot of shadows, it also makes use of visual elements to express the feelings that each sister has for Fuutarou (for example, in episode 11, when the protagonist and Ichika were locked up, and wanted to do the dance at the stake) , and at times, it is very detailed. But it is clear that it is still medium to low. The voice acting is also very good: each voice perfectly matches the personality of each girl.
But anyway, how can we sum up Go-Toubun in Hanayome?
It is an anime drawn to comedy and harem, but that sometimes tries a touch of drama, with slightly dramatic songs in the background. But it is always good to differentiate forced drama from normal drama. In this case, in this situation, the "drama" took place to better develop the relationship between the sisters and with the protagonist. Overall, I thought it was good, but you ask me: why the grade 7, which is average? Well, I tell you that 7 is not average, but close to it. Although the show is cute and fun, there are still things open about the sisters, and also some unnecessary moments. But that is a minority. If we take it as a whole, Go-Toubun does very well, presenting a happy and fun atmosphere. And over time, Fuutarou learns more to deal with people more, and to build better family unions. But of course, nothing drawn to the drama. The author literally makes fun of something that would be dramatic. And if there is something that people really like Go-Toubun are the girls winning the round: basically to see who can please Fuutarou the most.
But anyway, closing, even generic, I thought the proposal was really cool and what the anime wanted to offer. I already know, I already know: many people told me that at the end of the manga, the guy marries Yotsuba. Which is good, but we have to agree: MIKU IS THE BEST. Anyway, I can't wait to start the second season, and we really hope that Miku will be chosen for the wedding, as there are rumors that, in the anime, there may be an alternative ending. Anyway, let's pray, right?
Thanks for reading this far, and have a great day :) remember to keep smiling. Bye Bye!

Mixed Feelings
Remember when Jun Maeda said: "this is going to be the saddest anime I've ever produced", and people went crazy?? So it is. Unfortunately, such a promise was not fulfilled, and ended up leaving a large audience disappointed and furious. I personally don't know why some people rated the show 1 or 2. Seriously, IT IS NOT THE WORST ANIME THAT EXISTS, for God's sake. But, let me explain.
So, the first thing I want to make clear is that: I AM NOT A HATER OF MAEDA. On the contrary, I admire many of his works. I love Angel Beats, Little Busters, Clannad, Air and etc. ... I basically love most of the work done by Key. But after seeing Charlotte, I already looked kind of weird, and with a foot in the back. You know what Maeda's formula is like, right? His works start out as pure comedy. Then, in the middle of the anime, a conflict arises, to start a drama, which goes until the last episode. And then, a scene appears at the end, to make you cry a lot (with dramatic music in the background, and the characters crying desperately). In Angel Beats, Maeda worked with the afterlife; in Charlotte, it was super powers; and in Kamisama, it was the end of the world. At least with Angel Beats this method worked. Because already in the beginning of the anime, there are already some situations that indicate that there will be a lot of drama from then on. But unfortunately, after Angel Beats, Maeda's animes were never the same. When I launched Charlotte, I was very excited, because I knew he was going to make me cry again. But, Charlotte ended up as if it were a train wreck. It was good as a comedy, but it ended in a very meaningless way. If you've seen it, you probably already know, right? Yuu Otosaka had almost everyone's super powers, and ended up forgetting everyone around him. Like Yui in Angel Beats, Yuu ended up in a wheelchair, unconscious. Which is why I have a love-hate relationship with Charlotte. One of the big reasons I consider it as an average anime, is because of the animation (beautiful to die, by the way, from P.A Works, you can't wait any less), and also because of Nao Tomori, my waifu. The death of Yuu's sister could even be revealed, if it weren't for the fact that she would be alive soon afterwards. This completely spoiled the drama. Seeing someone who has lost their memories and even sad, however, does not make me cry a bucket, as Angel Beats did. I don't know, the quality of both was not the same. Angel Beats taught me a life lesson, but Charlotte did not. But after Charlotte was done, I was already one foot behind. I was a little suspicious of Maeda's next work. Not that his health problems interfere with the quality of his works ... but even so, I still had my expectations up there. After all, it's human for us to make mistakes, right? And then, in 2020 (a difficult year for all of us), Maeda announces her new original anime: Kamisama ni Natta Hi (or The Day I Became a God). As for the title and the illustrations, I was in hype, as well as most. The animation of the trailer was beautiful, as well as the soundtrack. BASICALLY IMPECCABLE! And then, the first episode was released. To be honest, at first, I found the story quite interesting. Generic, but that seemed to have potential. "Raised in a scientific laboratory, a girl dressed in flashy clothes, with great humor and called Hina self-proclaims herself as a goddess. After bumping into a boy named Youta, she then sees great potential in him, so that he becomes her own Hina then tells Youta that the world will end in 30 days. Youta then finds it hard to believe such absurdity, coming from a child. With that, Youta, Hina and their friends will create lasting memories until the end of the world ". Even though the premise seems to be intriguing, on top of that I thought it was a very vague explanation about the anime. And wait, where did I even see that? Let me remember ..... in Glasslip ?? Oh no. Now I remembered. So it is. In both shows, there is a very vague explanation, that at first, we think it will be a very simple anime. But, okay. Even with that flea behind my ear, I still hesitated to watch. After watching the first episode, I thought it was very good. Like, there was a lot that was left as a mystery, for the next episodes. So, I already started to be intrigued. And again, I have to praise the animation, which is too beautiful. The opening song was also very beautiful, I even wanted to keep repeating it. So much so that I even tried to look for some spoilers at the opening, but unfortunately there isn't. And then okay ..... the episodes went on; Youta know other people; there are several references to several famous films; we also come face to face with a character from Charlotte (the Joujirou); they also know the laboratory that created Hina, and so on. So far so good. Until episode 9, the anime was like a pure comedy. I also shipped Youta with Izanami, who was the main couple. Only then Izanami rejects him (moment of sad Jerry, LMAO). But okay, however, after episode 9, I felt that things were not going very well. The government that created Hina wanted to remove the chip from her brain, because it was considered too powerful for a human being, and so on. So, I haven't mentioned it yet, but Hina has an absurd intelligence: she knows almost everything, due to a quantum chip, implanted in her brain. And the government decided that it wanted to take it out, as it was considered imperative for a human being. So, from then on, I started looking crooked at the anime. Yes, I have to admit that that scene that showed the memories of Hina's past (that she was desperate and crying when they took her to the hospital) was sad, to the point of making her cry. I shed a few tears, but I held on. I just wanted to know how it was going to end. And so, as in Charlotte, Hina ended up unconscious. She forgot all the people around her, and Youta tried to help by showing pictures of the people she had already befriended. Then they wanted to remove Youta, because Hina was considered dangerous. So far to take ....... but after 5 minutes, after they told Youta not to see Hina anymore, on the way out, the guards take Hina to her for a last goodbye to Youta. AS WELL? Like, the guards have already made it clear that he will never see her again, and then they take her to him, to say goodbye? HOW IS THAT ?? But okay ..... and then, with a magic trick, Hina remembers the people in the photos that Youta showed, and starts walking again, because after they took the chip away, she was unconscious and unable to move. Hence, it was only at the time of the farewell that she was able to walk again ....... well, it is very exciting, but it was very forced. The scene where the two were crying at sunset then ...... I saw no need for all that drama. There you go. In the first half of the anime, Hina wanted to make a movie, with all the wonderful people she has ever met, to make that moment stand out. A film called Karma (don't ask me why), and then the film is ready and they watch it. Hina, however, needed some time to recover, so she stayed in the wheelchair. Yes, one more character in the wheelchair for our timeline. And what I found curious about that scene of the two crying at sunset, is that it looks a lot like Kanon's ending. But anyway, let's finish our outburst ..... Then after that, the anime ends with Youta deciding that he will take care of Hina for the rest of his life, and that he will study quantum science in college, to help develop another one. memory chip for Hina. And basically the end. Then you can ask me: WELL, BUT WHERE'S THAT SADEST END OF ALL THAT MAEDA PROMISED ?? So it is. I also ask myself: where is Maeda, where is it? I am still trying to figure out why this happened. What happened Jun Maeda? What happened to the time when you produced animes like Angel Beats? And after that, you already know, right? He suffered from a lot of attacks on Twitter, until he got to the point where he deactivated his account, and basically disappeared from social networks. Maeda, I sincerely wanted to ask you just one thing: why don't you start investing in anime full comedy? Angel Beats and Little Busters are very good, but after Charlotte, I just wanted to ask you: what's going on ??? Anyway, unfortunately, Kamisama ended up leaving many people disappointed, including me. If the anime focused only on comedy, I would consider it the best comedy of the year. That scene in which Hina finds out that Joujirou is a lolicon (and she says: "Since you are a lolicon, you should be obsessed with me"), bro I laughed too much at this scene. See, Maeda? If it were just comedy, this show would be the king of the year. But after episode 9, it was already certain that the anime would be lost completely. Kamisama ni Natta hi looks more like a cheap copy of Angel Beats, which you can easily buy at the flea market. Or more like a lighted candle: initially it has a flame, shining brightly; then over time, it slowly melts, to the point that it burns completely. The posters and illustrations of the anime are beautiful, the soundtrack too, but unfortunately the ending was very bittersweet. And when I say "bittersweet", I say it went from bad to bad. I really wanted to like Kamisama, but the ending didn't leave me. I even had to tell the whole story, to explain my disappointment more clearly. So, I'm sorry if you haven't seen the anime yet. It probably took a lot of spoilers. Another thing to criticize is the shallow development of the characters. One of the main focuses (which was the relationship between Youta and Izanami) was completely lost. And then Maeda comes to me and says: "oh, their relationship, right? I forgot". HOW DID YOU FORGET BRO? One of the big holes in the script was the appearance of that hacker boy.... appeared out of nowhere, and didn't even explain his background properly. But anyway, after reading the news, I heard that Maeda is coming back, with the production of a new light novel. Thankfully, because at least we are sure that everything is fine with him. Finally, I would like to point out that: Maeda, if you are still reading the reviews, I wish you could produce a full comedy work, because this formula of yours is declining over time. Only with Angel Beats did it work, which even with its flaws, manages to be far superior. Angel Beats is the saddest work you have ever produced, not Kamisama. Anyway, I think I have already made my disappointment clear here. Again: I AM NOT A MAEDA HATER. I've always admired his works, but this time, he didn't get it right. I really hope that, after all the critical reception, he can produce something better five years from now. Enough time, right? I don't even know if I'll be able to wait all this time lol but okay, I hope I was clear in this review. Thank you for reading this far.

Being honest, I watched the movie first than the anime itself. And even if I wasn't knowing too much about the story (only watched 3 episodes), I think it was an enjoyable experience. So many people said that the Boku No Hero's movie feels just like a cheap cash grab, but for me it was okay. Let me be clearer.....
Story: The story is not something different. If you watched the actual Boku No Hero anime, then what are you waiting for? Just go and watch the movie. For me, it's not something that deeply impacted me. It feels like another generic shounen, except for the characters ... and its themes as well. I don't know too much about the story, so I can't tell too much. I went to the movie theaters and watched, without knowing almost anything about the actual story. It basically starts, introducing the appearance of "quirks" (which are superpowers, that the 80% of the humanity have). With that, the majority of people possesses various abilities, since manipulation to shapeshift. However, our main character Izuku Midoriya bornt without those superpowers. Since he was a child, he has an ambition to become an superhero (making notes about each hero he find), but without his special abilities, your fate was being judged by 80% of people. But things can change sometimes: one day, he met the number 1 hero All Might: an personal idol. His quirk can be transferred to another peole, so All Might decided to take his power to Midoriya. After lots of months of hard training, Izuku got to enroll in UA, a prestigious highschool for superheroes in training. With a lot of talented classmates, and being threated by a villanous organization, Izuku, with the course of time, will learn: what means to be a hero. Not all the people have superpowers, but not all of them need to have them to save people. Sometimes, you can fight with the teachings that life gave to you, or with your mind. Powers, sometimes, can be at second place. And that's why we have the I-Island, and island for cientists that creates support items that assists the heroes, and dedicated to research Quirks and everything related to hero stuffs. The movie introduces two new characters: Dave (an old All Might's friend), and his daughter Melissa; two people that don't have superpowers (as Midoriya in the past), and cientists. The UA is taking an summer break on that island, but a mysterious squad infiltrated the I-Island, and it's up to Midoriya and his friends to confront them. So, keep on your head: the plot itself is not new. Almost everything is predictable, but it's still an anime hyped by everyone. I think if you watched the actual show, you probably gonna like the movie as well. Art: Kinda unispiring, studio Bones could make the art looks better. CGI isn't the best, and sometimes, I got confused with some scenes, being so much look like the Naruto x Pain fight scene... lmao. Bones is not the best in terms of art style, if we put Ufotable (for example) to the side. But, other than that, it's great, refreshing and average for an shounen anime. If you're praising for the art, then this movie couldn't be for you. Look for Fate or Shingeki no Kyojin, because they are eyes-blessing. On Boku No Hero's movie, the best scene is the final fight scene (CALIFORNIA SMAAAAAAAASH), which was well-animated, and a funny spectacle as well. Sound: Well, I felt Kimetsu No Yaiba's vibes with the soundtrack of the movie. Both of them are shounen, so you can expect the same from both (goosebumpy and emotional soundtracks). A great ending song, and probably one of my favorites. Characters: Usually shounen animes tend to be predictable, and for being great, it needs to have a lot of well-performed fight scenes, and charisma for the majority of characters. It wasn't something that I felt with that movie. I personally think that we can have a great relationship between Dave and All Might, but Melissa could be shown in a better way. Removing them, not all the 1-A were presented, and I think that was great. One major problem I'm finding is the character development: we could have a wider narrative, and a stronger cast of characters, but sometimes, it fails to present an refreshing relationship with them. To be honest, it's not a huge problem. I kinda felt the same Kimetsu No Yaiba, but still, they're both great animes. Boku No Hero could be a more dynamical development, and younger All Might is one of the most exciting things on the movie lol. But it's still resonable for a shounen animes. Could have a better villain as well, and my favorite characters are Yaoyorozu and Todoroki (an couple btw). Enjoyment: Well, it was great. The ending is not best, too rushed, and sometimes the movie can be cringy. But I think it was a great experience. I watched at the movie theaters, and what can you expect: lots of fun with the characters; the OST as the strongest part, but an rushed ending and a predictable movie. If you are a big fan of the franchise, just go and watch. If you are like me (only watched the movie and skipped the anime), then you can't expect to be the big hit on the shounen world. Overall, it was good, and I actually need to continue to watch the Boku No Hero anime. If you're familiarized with the action genre, then you're gonna like it). That's it.

I know there will be few people that won't agree with my opinion, but I'm still giving a solid 10/10 to this movie, and nowadays, Maquia is still a must watch movie, that I recommend to anyone. So, let's start, and this will be a very short review. It may contain some spoilers, so be warned.
So, Maquia (Sayonara no Asa, or Sayoasa) is basically the same as reading a book, word by word: a book with pages and a cover delicatedly fabricated, which we have a beautiful story, an fresh and sweet atmosphere, great characters, and talking about something that will inspire a lot ... of people, teaching so many amazing lessons, that we need to take to our entire lives. Full packed with emotions, tears, tears, and tears, and very few comic relief moments. Story: The movie was originally written by Mari Okada. AND NO!! She's not a underrated anime producer. And Okada already know: how to make some beautiful and tearjerker animes as well. She already produced animes like: AnoHana, NagiAsu, Hanasaku Iroha, Kiznaiver, The Anthem of the Heart, Black Butler, Sakurasou, True Tears, Toradora, Zetsuen no Tempest, and etc. So, this anime selection is very variated, in terms of genre, but when it comes to make a beautiful coming-of-age story, she's one of the masters. At the first sight, the story looks pretty simple. Firstly, we are introduced to the Iorph village, where the people that inhabite are known by living a lot of time without getting old. Thanks to an fabric produced by them called Hibiol. The story initially centers on three main characters: Leilia, an smiling princess; Krim, an confident guy; and Maquia, the Leilia's friend, and a very fearful girl, that cries in the most of times, to be feeling alone, without parents. Leilia and Krim are passing by very cute moments, determined to live a fairytale life. But one day, Iorph is attacked by the enemy nation, to steal the Hibiol, and specially take all the women to serve as slaves. The only one that escaped was Maquia, and in the middle of her escape, she found a baby in the arms of a mother, that died trying to protect him. Hiding her Iorph identity, Maquia decided to take care of the baby (which she called Ariel), to know more about the role of being a mother. Okay, simple right? But man, see this masterpiece, and you'll notice that's more than that. The story is very balanced. As I said at the top: it mixes action, everyday life, and emotional moments, everything to make the narration less generic as possible. The characters, the place and the moments are here to make everything being less bored. The story centers all the time on the relationship between mothers and daughters, but sometimes it moves you to another screen or something. Like we wanted to see more moments between Maquia and Ariel, but they sometimes simply puts you to another screen which shows Leilia or something. And the timeskips are another problem. But, to be honest, I won't definitely remove points for that. The story is presented by different angles, to deal with the main subject: the role of being a mother. I only saw Wolf Children (Ookami Kodomo) talking about that. But the story is still solid for me. Art: Ok, P.A Works already impressed me with Angel Beats (it's an 2010 anime, pretty old, but with a very gorgeous art). So, with Maquia, it couldn't be different. Yoshida Akihiko was the responsible for the art. He already produced the art of Final Fantasy games. And along with P.A Works, they impressed me again with a beautiful job on Sayoasa. Beautiful backgrounds, and a very balanced CGI use. They used CGI on the Renatos (which are the dragons), and it fitted so perfectly. Sometimes, I'm very doubtful about the 3D (or CGI) use on animes, Arifureta was the worst to be honest. But the CGI on Maquia was just simple, delicated and turns to a pretty thing. The character design is not that perfect, it looks simple at the first sight, due to the rounded heads, but very cute nonetheless. It kinda made me remember of Ghibli movies for some reason, but the art style is gorgeous. Rich in details, and with so many bright and vivid colors. Sound: Kenji Kawai produced the music btw. And I think it was so inspiring and deeply touching. Specially about the ending scene, which we have Maquia crying, with a very sad soundtrack at the background. And the OST (ending song - Viator) was simply cute, and it really fits with the main theme. I tried to find some references on the lyrics, but I couldn't. But the lyrics are just inspiring and sad touching as well. Like a lullaby song, beautiful piano and keyboard, with a hidden meaning. Characters: Like I said, this review may contain some spoilers, and here we are. So, I'll not coil too much with the characters, but i just want to highlight some questions. 1st: I was reading the reviews, and I saw some people giving 5 or 4, which I found kinda strange. They claimed that the characters are soulless and doesn't have too much screen time sometimes. I personally didn't find any problems with that. But, I need to admit: sometimes, the movie messed up with my head. Especially with the scene which Krim said that Maquia were pregnant due to her long hair. I didn't know if it's like a joke on Japan, or references to something, but I tried to ignore it, to don't lose my focus on the movie. I think I'll need to find some answers to it on the VN, because the movie was adapted of the 2 chapters of the light novel, so I'm definitely need to check it out. Removing that, I simply can't understand the problems that some people tried to point. They probably slept in the middle of movie lmao because somethings were obvious. And something that I found kinda boring is that: sometimes, they talked about something, instead of showing the actual thing. I don't know if I was clear, but summing up: sometimes, they preferred to talk instead of showing somethings. The secondary characters, for me, weren't that well developed. I wish to see more screen time of Leilia, but as I said: it can have some minor flaws (as all the anime movies as well), but I still won't remove any points for that. An example: Kimi No Na Wa. Did you remember? Some scenes were kinda confusing, and I'm still vaguely trying to understand the mountain scene (the encounter of Taki and Mitsuha). But, overall, I'm still giving a 10/10 to this one, because it was a sweet and unforgettable romance story (that I'll keep forever), and it ended up emotionally, and leaving a big smile in the face at the same time. With Maquia, it was the same, but more understandable. Even Koe No Katachi has some flaws: the main deffect on this one was because, comparing to the manga (the original matterial), they just cutted a lot of scenes. But again, still a 10/10. Maquia exclusively focuses on the relationship between her and Ariel, and I'm glad that, in the most of times, they don't throw off you to another screen. Overall: I wish to see more about Leilia of course, but still a great movie that I recommend to anyone. The characters definitely had a very paced development, and we could see a big evolution of Maquia. At the end, Ariel got old and died. Remember of what I said? Maquia live on Iorph: an village inhabited for people that live too much without getting old. So, they never experienced the death of someone, and Maquia was the first one. Ariel grew up, got his own family..... the time passed, and he got old, and died. So, with that, Maquia finally accepted the loss as a part of life, and obviously cried with that. The sentences "I'm sorry, but mommy's gonna break her promise", or "I'm glad I loved Ariel. I'm glad I loved", or the last time that Ariel said Okasan can easily break with the heart of anyone. The ending scene was so memorable, and made me ugly cry so much. I already felt sad watching another animes like: Kimi No Na Wa, Koe No Katachi, AnoHana, Angel Beats, and etc. But this one was the saddest one. It taught some beautiful life lessons about family love: something irreplaceable, and I ended up the movie giving a huge hug in my mom. I watched along with her, and even if I was the only one that cried, I'm glad I shed tears, because I love her so much. It really caused an overwhelming impact on me and her, and clearly balanced with some fantasy moments. Again, this is not a typical romance story, it's not a slice-of-life story, but it's something beyond that. Wolf Children 2.0. And I'm very curious, because this was the movie that the awards forgot. I saw in Funimation and Crunchyroll at the "best anime film" category, but I found nothing, neither on the runners up. And I know: Makoto Shinkai, the creator of Your Name, saw the movie and said it was fantastic. And I can totally agree with that. Didn't found any major problems (as some people), but I'm still recommending you to watch this movie, along with your mom. A movie that talk about so many delicated and mature subjects, and it will make you cry so much, with the last sentence: "I'm glad I loved Ariel. I'm glad I loved". At least, take a chance to Sayoasa, and you won't get disappointed. Thank you for reading until here! Show this movie to your mother, because family love is something that we need to take to our entire lives! Thank you!

Kimetsu no Yaiba

"When the happiness is destroyed, there's always blood smell"
Keep this quote on your brain, cause yes: this will happen basically anytime on the anime. I'll not coil right there, so let's start. Story: 10/10 [SPOILERS] So, I'm not actually sure what was the last shounen that I saw in my life (I think it was attack on titan, but only the 1st season or something), but I only started to watch this one because a lot of people didn't stop to talk about this show. And yeah, I know: Kimetsu No Yaiba is overhyped as fuck. But, to be honest, I really don't give a single f*cking ... care about it. If the anime is good or not, that's the only thing that matters. I started to watch because a lot of people reccomended to me, so why not? And this one is also a unique case, cause: I was advised that, on the plot, there's a very slightly spoiler of the 1st episode. And when I heard that, I was automatically thinking of not reading the plot, because I wanted to feel the real tension of the 1st episode. But, only by hearing the people talking about, I already knew the general things of the show, like: there's demons, there's swordsmans, there's the protagonist, there's swords, there's powers, and etc. The story of Kimetsu No Yaiba (or Demon's Slayer) takes place on Japan (on the Tasho's age), where we have the protagonist Tanjiro Kamado, that lives isolated (on an house, in the other side of an mountain), and in a poor family. One day, in order to help in the financial conditions, Tanjiro decided to go to the city (in the other side of the mountain), to sell a lot of coal to the citizens. And on the next day, coming back to home, Tanjiro was facing the worst situation ever: his entire family was dead by the forest demons. The only survivor was his younger sister Nezuko, but unfortunately she turned to an demon too, but in an specific case: she didn't want to eat human flesh (she turned to an demon by the main villain: Kibutsuji Muzan, but after that, all humans are considered "family" by Nezuko), and she can't eat them (and yes: Nezuko only can recover energy by only sleeping a lot). With that, Tanjiro decided to pass by a very hard trainment, to be part of the "Executors' Squad": to go to a lot of missions, kill a lot of demons, in order to avenge his family and find a way to make Nezuko turn back to an human. So, yeah the premise looks generic (it looks like it will be another classic shounen or something), but the way the things are shown is very unique. Because, as usual, we have a lot of demons (which are villains on the anime), but the majority of them were also humans, that had stories, had lives, and something. And because of sufferings, pains, and compilations, the majority of them were turned to demons by Muzan (due to their pains that they had). And when they die, they basically are sent to the sky, with thie sins forgiven. And yeah, with that, we also have some refferences with, at least, three animes (as my brain can remember): 1st - Naruto: because yeah, wanting or not, there's some refferences to japanese culture, like: the use of kimonos, hashis to eat, the japanese cooking, the japanese religion (that can be identified by the Kagura's dance, made by the deceased father of Tanjiro, that always practice the dance to amaze pains and suffers from his family), and etc. 2nd - Akame Ga Kill: and yeah, there's who says that Demon's Slayer is an remastered version of akame ga kill, but it's not. Well, surprinsgly, I still didn't watch this show, but it's possible to fin some similarities, because we have the villains on both, and on both, the majority of people die (but the only difference is the emotional appealing of both: on Kimetsu is sadder, on Akame Ga Kill I can't say, but I think it's not on the same way). And 3rd - Angel Beats!: damn, this one also has some similarities too, like: the fact that we have sins on both animes (and like: characters that wanted to do some things, but they can't, because the life time is over, and that brings to them a lot of pains), etc. The only visible difference is: on Angel Beats, we have characters (already dead), and on Kimetsu No Yaiba, we have characters (on the same situation), but turned to demons (as the anime title suggests). Also, as I said: there's a lot of emotional appealing. Due to that fact (when the demons die, this is like a redemption), because we know about their stories, and we can identify ourselves sometimes with them. When I finished, I was like the Inosuke's voice actor: crying in the corners, specially with the Rui's story (to be more specific, the spider demon guy; the bottom five of the twelve kizuki). Because Rui was a child, with the incapability of walking and do almost everything. Unfortunately, Kibutsuji (seeing his suffering), he turned Rui to an demon (because in all the time, Rui was like blaming his parents, by the fact of being full of defects). And when he turned to an demon, after devoured his parents, the last words from his mother and father were: "I'm sorry Rui. I'm sorry for didn't give you a perfect body, but we did everything to make you happy as far as possible". DAAAAAMN. His story just got me, and yes I cried so much with that story. I was sobbing so much. The saddest story on all the anime for sure. And I'll talk about the life lessons on the final section (overall). But, summing up, I really liked of Kimetsu No Yaiba, because the story leaves no loose ends, and explains literally everything. Really caught me: I laughed so much, I cried in some moments, I was short of breath (because there was a lot of moments that my adrenaline levels went crazily high), I was goosebumpy in a lot of scenes, and I got enchanted by almost everything. It looks a little bit ponderous, I know. Because we have a lot of bloodthirsty scenes, and deaths, and somethings. But, at least for me, this wasn't a problem. Clearly my heart hurted in those scenes, but I think that they were presented to show how the real human suffering can be. So, 10/10 to the story. REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY AMAZING. Art: 9/10 It's from Ufotable, so what can you expect? Well, basically: an stunning and uniquely amazing piece of art style. I mean: this is about Fate franchise. Because, I only watched the Fate/Stay Night seasons produced by Ufotable, and damn: the art of Fate is simply unique. It's so f*cking detailed, so real, the traces are basically amazing, the colors, the characters design and the scenarios are simply genious. And about Kimetsu No Yaiba, I think it was really so good as Fate series, but I think: we can't deny that Fate's art style is light-years, compared to Kimetsu. But Kimetsu is also very good too: I like the characters design of both; I like the CGI of both (and to be honest, they are the best animes with CGI use); I like the scenarios of both, and etc. But, on Kimetsu No Yaiba, sometimes, the art style looks more simple. Don't get me wrong: the art of Demon's Slayer is also fantastically amazing, but if you compare with Fate, it'll look more simple. Like the traces looks more childish sometimes, but they're very good too. And we can make some good hecking desktop wallpapers with the backgrounds and with the characters (and I think this will be a trend for years, because this anime don't stop to be so popular, even if it was launched like one year ago). So, the art is pretty great: the colors are so good, scenarios so good, characters design so good, the traces and the brightness so good, and all the fight scenes were very very well animated (I got goosebumps everytime I saw the fight scene between Tanjiro and Rui). But again guys: we can't deny that the Fate's art style is light-years better. But, overall 9/10: it's also uniquely great too. Sound: 10/10 10/10, and nothing less. Because, I really love the opening and the ending songs so much. The opening song (Gurenge), what can we say? Fantastically amazing too, like: it really gave me goosebumps literally everytime. LiSA is a very great singer at all, she didn't deserve to "Autotune" her voice, because she already have a great, excentric, and beautiful voice. The scenes that appear on the opening were very choose at all, the fast takes too. And with the ending, we can several wallpaper compilations to our desktops, right? The ending was also so good: the song, the scenes that show more about the Tanjiro's family. Yeah, sometimes I really wanted to go back, to just repeat the songs, because damn it's so addicting at all. The background soundtracks were amazing too. We have the right soundtracks on the: sad moments, on the fight scenes, and on the funny moments. The most addcting funny soundtrack was the background soundtrack on the Taisho's gossips scenes (after the final credits). And on the goosebumpy moments, there's always the best choices of soundtracks, to pass to you: a even bigger air of tension and despair. And yes, I liked of that. So, 10/10 to the soundtrack. Do you have the courage to say that the soundtracks are bad? I think not. Characters: 9/10 Really amazing too. *cof cof* Zenitsu *cof cof*........ LOL, okay I'll explain that later. So, summing the four main the characters: - Tanjiro: easily one of the best protagonist on all the shounen animes, have a very good keen sense of smell, very courageous, funny, sweet, and sometimes, you'll have the willing of putting him inside of a little pot, due to his mood and cuteness at all; - Nezuko: the cutest demon girl on all the anime; - Zenitsu: one of the most annoying characters ever, yelling everytime, not so lucky when it comes to be attractive to girls, fearful, but funny at the same time; - Inosuke: the guy with an boar mask, that always chase Tanjiro ("I can do anything you do'', it's basically like that lmao), lives isolated, have a very good mood, and very funny too. And we also have the Hashiras (the nine most powerful characters on the anime, along with their master: Kagaya Ubuyashiki): - The bug pillar: Shinobu Kocho- The fire pillar: Kyojuro Rengoku - The water pillar: Giyuu Tomioka (and yes, I laughed so much when shinobu was bullying him, saying some things: "no one likes you", "you don't have friends", and etc. And the way that Giyuu reacts to these comments is so funny at all. I cracked with laughter so much, and this is also a meme too I think). - The love pillar: Mitsuri Kanroji - The wind pillar: Sanemi Shinazugawa - The snake pillar: Iguro Obanai - The sound pillar: Uzui Tengen - The rock pillar: Gyomei Himejima I'll not coil too much with the characters, but I'll give my general opinions: 1 - Shinobu is definitely the cutest girl on all the anime (I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion or not), but while Nezuko is the cutest demon girl, Shinobu is the cutest standard girl or something. And again, speaking about the characters, again: I need to quote the demons (the villains). Specially about Rui, and probably the demon with tsuzumis (with drum around his body), I slightly shed some tears, but again: the story of the demo family (spider demons, Rui) just got me every time. I including identified myself with him, but again: I'll talk about the little life lessoes that we can take with it. The worst character is, no doubt, Kibutsuji Muzan, because you know: he's like a scumbag, that even kill or mistreat his followers, which is something that pains my heart (by only talking), and something that will make you hate him forever. But the characters are a very strong point on the anime (and yes: I'll talk about why I don't give a 10/10 to Kimetsu No Yaiba, on the overall section). For while, I give 9/10 to the characters: very well constructed, and you'll find yourself sometimes. Enjoyment: 9/10 Overall: 9/10 So, summingup everything I already said: Kimetsu No Yaiba is definitely a plesant surprise, coming from Ufotable (the studio that, until my brain remember, only produced some animes of Fate series). So, I think that they decided to rummage in the coffin, and finally wake up for life, with the objective of producing something that will impact the whole world (and they got it as always). Kimetsu No Yaiba is, no doubt, the best anime of 2019: something that automatically (less than 1 year) turned to an high-grossing anime: big success, and a very fast formation of a large fanbase are the characteristics of Demon's Slayer (or Kimetsu whatever). Anyway, definitely a must-watch anime, that I reccomend to anyone. So, you're probably wondering: why I gave 9/10 not 10/10? What life lessons can we take? Well, I think I didn't give a 10/10, because of Zenitsu. Damn, I mean he's so annoying in all the senses, he yells so loudly, but he's funny at the same time. But I don't know: I didn't give 10/10, because I think that there was something missing to make it a 10/10, like some element, or most probably because of the ending of the last episode. And yeah. I finished the last episode of Kimetsu No Yaiba, now I'm crazily anxious to watch the movie. Because the last episode show a very quick scene of the beginning of the movie (Infinity Train). I wish I would have luck to watch the movie on Japan, now I'll need to wait 5 or 6 months to launch worlwide. GODDAMIT!!!! If someone have the movie (with subtitles or not), please give to me bruh lmao. Cause I really want to watch, and yes I'm very curious to see what will happen on the movie. DON'T GIVE MORE SPOILERS, PLEASE!!!! I was already warned that Rengoku will die, so don't give more than that please. The second thing: What life lessons can we take? Well, the lesson that we need to valorize the family that we have, because seeing the entire Tanjiro's family (and a lot of blood around) pains me everytime, because we can predict the future, right? So, we need to valorize the family that we have (in relation to intimate relationships, and etc.), because the next day will probably be a new story (we don't know, right?). So, this is something that hitted me so deeply. And something very curious about Demon's Slayer is: we can assimilate the actual show with the actual pandemic situation, right? Like, in the both the worlds, we have a lot of people dying, and a person that don't give a single f*cking care to the deaths (on the kimetsu's world is Kibutsuji, and on the real world, are the actual f*cking stupid presidents of EUA and Brazil, right?). Take me as an example: I live in Brazil (not that surprinsgly), and this is so hard, because both kibutsuji and the actual f*cking brazilian president we have the willing to kill both of them. I know: this is very very heavy (looks heavy), but it's the truth. Both of them doesn't care about the actual pandemic, and they are like: f*ck the dead people. So, can you see the actual similarity? Okay, I really don't want to enter in political things, but this is necessary to say. So, yeah, I'm just giving 9/10 to this show: very very amazing, it really intrigued, because I felt some things that I didn't feel for a very long time, and I'm really happy that I returned to the shounen world. Can't wait to see the movie, because I know: with the movie, my adrenaline will go crazy too, and I definitely can't wait to cry on the movie theather, with the death of Rengoku (even if I know that this happens, I'm already prepared to cry tho, I'm gonna take some tissues to the movie theather as well). So, 9/10: amazing characters, amazing story, even if there's some things missing (and we have the annoying Zenitsu, that I think I can feel good without him yelling in my ear), overall: it was amazing, and it was a perfect example: of how shounen really need to be nowadays. Anyway, a pleasant surprise, that will definitely stay on my heart forever (full packing with emotions, laughs, and goosebumps as well). Thank you guys for reading until here, and have a nice day. Stay home, and stay protected from corona plsss. Bye guys!!!

So, when it comes to talk about "original anime" (which means animes that will be produced with none original material before), I can already see and expect a lot of problems with that, like:
- Poor plot description - Soulless characters - Slow story development (really slow, almost stopping) Or even: an cliffhanger ending (opened ending; YES!) And what about Glasslip? Well, I already talked about the major issues that could happen with original animes. I mean, clearly this is not exactly a thing, because I saw a lot of original animes that are better than this shit for sure (for example: AnoHana, Charlotte, Nagi No Asukara, Gurren Lagann, etc.). ... But, in the most of times, you'll need to pay attention to the word "original". Sometimes, it sounds like a great thing, but sometimes it can be very very skeptical. And Glasslip? Well, you can describe this anime from two ways: 1 - Glasslip is like a dragonfruit: it looks very pretty and has a clean appearance, but tastes nothing; or 2 - Glasslip is like a fast train wreck: it goes very very straight, until the episode 6, because after the episode 6, the train collides, and become destroyed, and everything inside of the train is already dead. So, it's basically like that: Glasslip is only great until the episode 6; after that there's no more salvation, and this anime turns to a shit. So, let's start, and let's start! I'm so tired to write this review (as this anime as well: an extra-sleeping anime). Story: 4/10 First of all, if you claim that Glasslip had a story, then sorry, but what the heck? I'll laugh so hard straight to your face, if you're this type of person. Glasslip literally doesn't have any story. If you analyze the poor plot, you'll automatically conclude that. What does this anime talk about? Well, nothing practically. It's just about a group of (initially) five friends: Touko, Yanagi, Sachi, Hiro and Yukihara (the easiest forgettable characters ever, soulless on all the senses), passing the last summer vacations of their lives (that means the last summer vacations of them together, because after that, they'll probably become "responsable" adults, with their own jobs, families, and etc. A thing that we all already know). Then, on the fireworks festival of their beach city, Touko had a strange vision of an parallel universe (while seeing the fireworks), and she just turned back and saw an scumbag guy called Kakeru (that claimed to have the same visions as Touko). After that, Kakeru met Touko and the friends group, and he's only causing problems and confusions to the group, while him and Touko are trying to understand those future visions through glass balls. So, it's just that, and you're probably wondering: "chill out bro, just see the anime and you'll see that's more than that. This anime can be complex, so you'll need to use your brain more than the usual"........... SORRY, BUT CAN YOU PLEASE SHUT UP? How can I use my brain, if we don't have the majority of the things showing on the screen? Glasslip is basically like: you're trying to do an math exercise, but it's not possible, because you don't have the main things, like the main numbers, the main datas, and basically everything of extremely importance. The characters development and the base explanation about the future visions are things that you'll not have on this anime. And you'll wondering again: "oh, but the time travel is already something complicated, right?". I mean, yes! With that, I can't disagree, but: have you ever watched another type of time travel animes like Kimi No Na Wa or The Girl Who Leapt Through Time? Those two animes are really far way better than this shit as well. I saw Glasslip (until the end), and I don't know why I just wasted my precious time above this show. The characters and every dialogue looks so soulless, the characters literally have the most simple personality traits ever: Touko is the kind and cute girl of the group, (and only that); Yanagi is the common girl and she's trying everything to be a good model; Sachi is the defficient girl (with an disease never mentioned on the whole anime), and only can read books; Yukihara is the sporty guy, Hiro is the silly guy and Kakeru is the mysterious guy, that suddenly came to the group, probably only to cause disorder, as well. So, why? Just why? The characters are the most generic ever, even I don't see too problems with that, but guys: those characters are definitely on the bottom to the bottom of the generic. And what about their development? Well....... i already put one part of my big rage about Glasslip, so if you read my review until here, you'll know what will be my answer, right? The characters just trying to develop relationships that definitely doesn't work nowhere (neither on animes, neither on real life). Basically, we have the classic loving polygon: Yanagi likes Yukihara (and with the course of the episodes, we discover that they are step-brothers, and that just sounds so crazy); Yukihara likes Touko; Sachi also likes Touko (and I know that it will be a lot of prejudiced people, criticizing this lesbian girl); Hiro likes Sachi (easily the most developed couple on the whole anime) and Touko (until the episode 6) doesn't have an love interest to anyone. And this thing just go like a loop: they trying to develop those relationships, even with the fact that they didn't work. That looks ridiculous, right? Yukihara tried to declare his love to Touko, and Touko said: "No no, I'm not still done to that". The loving relationship between Yukihara and Yanagi also don't go ahead (Yanagi offered herself to train in the place of Yuki, because he got his knees injured, but this was for nothing, because Yanagi trained in the place of Yuki, not for an future competition, but only to complete the Yuki's trainment... what's the point? And at the end, Yuki didn't thank her for that, and Yanagi just reacted like: "Oh no, that's okay"......... okay, I didn't have any reaction to that, right?). Personally, I think that the best characters of this anime are the chickens (yes, on the 1st episode, we had the confusion with the chickens, with Kakeru trying to threaten them, so Touko said to her friends to take care of the chickens, to don't allow Kakeru killing them. One of them are called Jonathan, I think that this information is important tho). You guys are understanding the narration levels of this thing??? It's very good and high, right?? LOL *jokes* .But, after that, things just go like a train wreck, with the most silly and complicated relationships between the characters: Yanagi just asked to Kakeru (the scumbag guy, that just came to cause confusion to the friends group, being like: "No, I'm the leader; "I'm here"; "This friend group will accept dating" and etc.).... I mean, why Yanagi just asked love advices (that she likes of Yuki) to Kakeru?? He's the meaningless guy, nobody likes him, he just comes to cause mess..... WHAT'S THE POINT BRO?? But no, when there's confusion between the friends group, they don't solve them... Instead of that, they just cry or fight, punching Kakeru, yelling with him.... for what? Well, even I don't know. And to complete (not exactly), but in addition, if you think that nothing can get worse, well..... trust me, it can be even worse. When it comes to talk about the Kakeru's family: his mother is an famous pianist, that makes piano worldwide shows, and his father is an unemployed man, that only hears classic music. And surprisingly (for 0 people), Kakeru doesn't have an own bedroom in his house: YES! He sleeps on an tent on the backyard of his house, 'cause he doesn't support anymore to just move for a lot of houses (due to the job of his mother; again, she's an pianist, and she makes worlwide shows, so Kakeru already lived in a lot of houses, so he thinks this is quite boring). I can understand this fact a little bit, but this is almost nothing to make this anime enjoyable. The only "drama" developed on the story is the fact that Kakeru will leave one day the Touko's city (cause he came to her group, and Touko is a little bit in love with him, and all of her friends aren't liking of that, cause you know: Kakeru is just pushing Touko into a lot of places, to talk alone with her about those "visions", specially Yukihara is very serious about that, cause initially he likes Touko, and Kakeru could interfere on the "relationship"). So, the only "drama" developed is that: Kakeru will leave the city one day, and the rest is nothing. So, almost nothing to talk about (or there is), cause I already talked a lot lmao. So, 4/10 to the story, and I'll also talk about the cliffhanger ending as well, but on the overall section. But, summing up: poor, meaningless, soulless, and that's it! Art: 9/10 At least, there's one thing that can save Glasslip a little bit: the art style. You know, coming from P.A Works, what would you expected?? Beautiful scenarios, great characters design (which is very similar to "Another", that's another anime from this studio, which in signal, is far way better than this shit), and there's a lot of froze background (and the calming take scenes, with the things moving due to the winds, and the green landscapes). But, there's another one thing that completely messed up with this anime: the unnecessary and excessive use of froze backgrounds. YES!! In a lot of times, they just putted some froze scenes with white color filter, and I think this is just one of the things that completely messed up with the development. Because, always we thought that could happen something, some "woah" moment, but no: they just decided to put some froze background, to insinuate something like: "Ooh, see me. Look at me. Look how beautiful I am, look at the train passing below the tunnel, look at these sunrise scenes, look at this beach, look at this sky". I don't know, but I think that they were just insinuating of how beautiful the art style of this anime is (only focusing on the art), and completely forgetting about the story. The art is very good, and the only defect is the: excessive use of froze backgrounds with white color filter. But, 9/10, P.A Works is a top-tier studio about the art style on their animes, although this anime was an error and a shame coming from this studio. Sound: 7/10 The sound is also pretty good tho.... the opening is very calm, and it's like a lullaby song, and reminded me a lot of my childhood (like gave me some nostalgia feelings). I think it fitted pretty good. I know: some people considered the song very sleepy, and yeah!! But it's very very relaxing at the same time, there's a lot of guitar rhythms, some strings, mixed with piano and musical keyboard, and etc. Don't have nothing against about the opening, and about the ending too. The ending is pretty good too: we have the chibi version of all the characters, and a very childish (but very cute) song. So, with the soundtrack, ALMOST nothing against. YES!! The background soundtracks, for me, was terrible sometimes: on the 2nd episode, when Kakeru came to the Hiro's grandpa coffee shop, there was an meaningless conflict between the characters: they were just serious when Kakeru appeared, almost 0 dialogue, an meaningless tension between the characters, and to complete, an horrible piano soundtrack at the background (mixed with violin), to increase an meaningless conflict. YES!!!! So, the soundtracks are good and consistent (except for some moments, cause you know: Glasslip is soulless, and sometimes, the soundtracks contribute to make it even worse sometimes), but the sound is very: calm, good, pleasant to hear, and very great. Except for the anime, which is not good. So, 7/10 to the sound, good but strange sometimes (I think I don't need to state the obvious, at all). Characters: 3/10 Okay, I came to the lowest and the shitiest point of Glasslip: the characters. As I said: they are basically soulless, meaningless, with almost 0 personalities, and easily the most forgettable as well. Touko: the kind girl; Yanagi: the common girl, who wants to be an model; Sachi: the defficient girl, with an unknown disease, that only allows her to read books, Hiro: the silly guy, Yukihara: the sporty guy, and Kakeru: the scumbag and the mysterious guy (yes, I hate him). So, what we have to talk about the characters??? Nothing. Just 3/10 to that point. The characters is a combo with the story: describing the story, you'll already describe the characters (which both are shit tho). Enjoyment: 4/10 Overall: 4/10 So, we came to the overall section. Here we go, here we go! So, as I said on the story section: I would talk about the cliffhanger ending, and there I am. So, on all the episodes, you were waiting for something like "mind-blowing", right? Like: "we already have 10 episodes and nothing... it needs to have something to really shock us". But, no no. It will be only disappointments ahead. So, on the last episodes (probably starting on the 8 or 9, and as I said), they just basically like: are fighting with Kakeru and punching him (yelling with him), on the next episode, they are just very calm with him. How? Well, even I don't know. Like: on the episode 9, they're very angry with Kakeru, on the episode 10, very calm with him (like saying the last goodbyes or something). And there was some episodes that Kakeru was making some tests with Touko: if she has some visions seeing fireworks and glass balls, could she has something different if she hears some classic music? (Cause Touko activates her powers seeing fireworks and glass, and that's because a little bit about her family, which is composed by glass-objects producers; and Touko activates his powers, hearing classic music by his mother). So Kakeru tried to see something different in Touko (if she would hear classic music), and it was something at all. Different from seeing universes from glass balls, she can see materialized parallel universes (which was something reinforced on the episode 12 I think, that they explained but not very well); which was a vision that Touko had with their friends: from an universe that Touko don't exist between her friends group, and Kakeru is the main guy. It shocked me for a second, but I was like: WTF is happening?? Like it started snowing suddenly, and I was very confusing, but after the superficial "explanation", I could understand a little bit, but not entirely. So, this was the episode 12. And I think that the anime could finish on there. But no: we have the meaningless last episode (episode 13), which basically means nothing; Touko was on the Kakeru and his family (with her family too), making an japanese tradition (not mentioned). And after that, we can understand that it finished on this way: on the end, Yanagi and Yukihara ended up together, Hiro and Sachi too, but there was a lot of mysteries left in opened. Like Kakeru and his mother clearly went to another city (due to Kakeru's mother job), but his father didn't come together................ sorry, but what? His father literally stayed on the old house, while Kakeru and his mother get out without him......... what? And, of course, because you know: if the anime started bad, it will end bad. So, do you know that the anime will end in a goodor understandable way?? NO, NO..... now, we have the moment, that definitely will put the cherry on the top of our unfresh: if you think that "the fact the Kakeru's father didn't go together with him and his wife to another" is enough, well we have the last scene: with Touko walking to an school, .......... and she suddenly heard the Kakeru's voice at the air, saying "Touko".... and she turned back, and he wasn't on there. And the anime just ends with the Kakeru's blue glass ball (with an universe happening inside). But, before that, I forgot to mention: after Touko and her family get out from Kakeru's house (after doing some japanese tradition), Touko just talked with her mom, about those strange visions and strange feelings, and her mother just reacted like: "Oh, I think that, on your age, I also had some strange visions and seeing some parallel universes. But I think this was nothing". And Touko just reacted like: "Oh, okay, I think that's it too"....... BRUH, WHAT'S THE SENSE?? FOR WHAT? FOR WHAT? So, I think I already putted all of my disappointment above this show: I don't know if all the things really happened or if it was just only an Touko's daydreaming (like the whole entire anime was just an dreaming coming from Touko). I don't know, but ooooof... Okay, I'll breath correctly right now. But, the ending: they just claimed this is the definitive ending, but it wasn't. It left in opened. We don't know: where Kakeru really is? Is he with his mother, or he disappeared? And the voice that Touko heard? Was an illusion or something? Well, we don't know, right? I think that Glasslip tried so hard to show to us something (like: on an friend group, our attitudes have consequences, or something), or tried to show the puberty process, but very bad executed. I'm very frustrated, because I think I lose my time, watching this. Don't get me wrong: I'm a big fan of P.A Works (I love: Angel Beats!, Maquia, Shirobako, NagiAsu, and etc.). But Glasslip was an error, an terrible anime. Now, I think where Uchiage Hanabi Movie got his inspiration lmao. But I think even Uchiage Hanabi is far way better, that I would rethink and give 6 to Uchiage, but my score will stay forever at 4/10 to Glasslip. I think one characters that had a high chance to be good was: Touko's sister (Hina), she could be the best character at all. So, 4/10. Glasslip definitely means: no explanation about the future visions, poor characters, cliffhanger ending, anyways.... an hurricane of bad things in just one project. And, when I saw the final scene (and after the ending song), I was like: "no, heck no. There's no way. Is that it?". So, if Glasslip could get an remake (or remastered version), it would be good. But I think it's impossible, since Glasslip is the worst anime from P.A Works, I highly doubt that this could turn reality. I think I also blame the studio for that, because P.A Works is only the perfection when Mari Okeda is between them (she helped to write a lot of good things like: Angel Beats, Shirobako, NagiAsu, and even AnoHana, which isn't from P.A), but I can conclude: when Mari Okeda isn't on P.A Works, things had 98,5% to go wrong. So, I think that Glasslip is a shame, because she didn't help with the script of this anime...... so, yeah, concluding: DON'T WATCH GLASSLIP, UNLESS IF YOU ARE MASOCHIST AND LIKE TO SUFFER. Because this anime is only good by the art and the sound.... the rest is like an abysm: it will stay on the forgetfulness. If you really time travel animes, then go and watch: Kimi no na Wa or The Girl who Leapt through time, or something similar.... Glasslip is a clickbait, trust on me. Overall: 4/10

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
(Anime)

Ah, love in adolescence.
Something that, at the same time, can be an dream, or can turn to reality. Or, in a lot of times, is something that can be coiled and delayed. Something that can be complicated, because it's the period that we discovering many meanings of love. And that's exactly what Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun tried to show. But firstly, I need to say: if you want a melodrama romance, with an heartbreaking story, then sorry, but you're looking on the wrong place. So, yeah, let's start! Story: 9/10 So, the premise isn't something new: is something that we already have on the anime industry for ... years. But, different from many romantic comedy animes, this one is different. Gekkan Shoujo is a very: cute, hilarious, pleasant and heartwarming show. The story centers in Chiyo Sakura, an cheerful 16-year old student, that can't declare to the guy she likes (in the case, Nozaki, and oh: we have his name on the title as well). She can't declare to Nozaki, because he's so dumb, that he can't understand what a declaration is (Sakura always talks that she's her fan, and Nozaki understand that she only wants an autograph). One day, Nozaki invited her to his house, and with that, Sakura found that Nozaki is an shoujo manga designer. So, she turned to his assistant (helping to paint betas on manga images), and she, with the course of time, meets a lot of crazy people, that are Nozaki friends, and also helps him with his mangas. So, the story is just like that. You know: a lot of people (as I'm seeing on the reviews), considers this show very cliched. But, I mean: what would you expect? Romance and slice-of-life are two things that doesn't have a lot of news or creativity. Those two genres are very classic on all the animations industries. But with that, I felt some different taste in my mouth (a very good taste, I mean), because this show can be cliched sometimes, but the fact that Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is making so fun with parodies on Internet makes this show more enjoyable and not hurtful to watch. So, oh my god, I don't know if I can talk too much about the story, but another point that I need to highlight is: this anime is not the typical romance anime where the two main characters end up together. So, if you like of this type of romance, you'll probably gonna get disappointed with Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun. Because, the stupidity of Nozaki makes the love story between them more complicated with the course of episodes. And this coiling makes this anime more funny at all. To complete, I don't know if I can talk too much about the story: it's a classic shoujo anime, but with some different traces on the premise, and some moments that will make you cry with laughter. And the romance between Sakura and Nozaki are very cute on all the ways, even if it's something complicated, the moments that the two are facing, are basically situations that are inspirations to the Nozaki's mangas. And their relationship is also very delayed because Nozaki never had a girlfriend, but only giving love advices to another girls. So, as you guys could saw, this anime is not something complicated, but it isn't bad as some people said. It's very cute and hilarious btw, and it shows a very common thing to humans, that's: love in adolescence; it shows that it can be something very complicated, but something that exists to make us to discover more about: what's love?. So, you know: I used the same words in a lot of times, but summing up: the story is generic, but this is the rare case: when the cliche works. 9/10 Art: 8/10 So, I heard very few times about Doga Kobo studio. I only heard about this studio when it comes to talk about Himouto Umaru-chan. The another animes are basically some underrated animes, that people get hyped on the launch day, but when it ends, people forget about those animes. And Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is one of them, despite of is very funny, but not a very remarkable or memorable thing. Same for: Gabriel Dropout, Love Lab, Sing Yesterday for Me, Dumbbell Nan Kilo Kotteru?, Plastic Memories, Tada Never Falls in Love, etc. Those are from the same studio, they are pretty enjoyable, but very underrated for the anime world. And Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun has a pretty decent art style: the character design is very cute and something very similar as shoujo mangas (as the story theme), and the scenarios are pretty detailed tho. It's a very colorful anime, with a lot of lights and shadows, but the art is still not something professional like the animes from P.A Works or Kyoto Animation. But, Doga Kobo is also very good though, speaking about art style. So, if you want a very cute, but simple art style (and with some adult traces sometimes, due to the face shapes and eye shapes of the characters, or something), this one is definitely for you. 8/10, it's not the best, but it was very sweet and great to see (it's not that will hurt your eyes), and I think Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun (as I'm seeing) is the best anime from Doga Kobo, and I can definitely agree with that. Sound: 8/10 So, as the anime, the songs are also very underrated (something that also shouldn't be like that). The opening and the ending are gems (specially about the opening Kimi ja Nakya Dame Mitai, which is a very excentric and very addictive song, at least for me it was). And the ending song can be a girlish thing, but it's very similar and inspired on the ending song of Himouto Umaru-chan (both of them are very cute and can give to you an Japanese air). The background soundtracks are also very good, and sometimes, it can be contradictory thing, because Gekkan Shoujo is a funny anime, but sometimes it uses some dramatic soundtracks, but just to make fun as well. So, speaking about the soundtracks, they're very simple, but good to hear at all. And yes, if you're the type of person that doesn't skip the openings, because you're the type of person that wants addictive songs to an anime, Gekkan Shoujo also is definitely for you. So, 8/10. Characters: 8/10 So, what makes Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun very funny? The characters as well. You know, the characters are very hilarious, but they're very generic. Sakura is the cheerful and shy girl; Nozaki is the serious and isolated guy, that's single and only thinks about to draw girl mangas; Mikoto is the popular guy, but become very shameful when he talks some unpredictable and non-sense things; Yuzuki is the scary, rough and the sporty girl, very excentric, and makes the thing without thinking, in a lot of times; Kashima is the popular girl that works on the art club of the school, and doesn't make some things on the right way, and it makes the boss of art club very angry with her (and that's something very hilarious on a lot of times); Masayuki is the serious and very bossy guy, which is the leader of the art club, that become very angry when Kashima is doing some wrong and shameful things with the girls around her; and Hirotaka is the sporty guy, that's very excentric, that likes so much of Yuzuki, but he's very shy to declare to her. So, as you could saw, the characters are something that we already have on the romance animes, with the classic personalities. But, this is not a problem for me. They can be generic, but if they are very well developed, that's the only thing that matters to me. The generic can be a good thing, if they done in the right way, and they got it on Gekkan Shoujo. The another characters like Yukari and Tomoda are the supporting characters as well, so we can't talk too much about them. And the two main characters of the Nozaki Mangas (Saburo and Mamiko) are also presented in a very cliched way (very coiled about their love story). It intrigued me some times, but if you want to enjoy this anime, just forger about these two characters of the Nozaki mangas, to don't feel bothered. In general, the characters are generic, but not something that left a bad taste on my mouth. So, 8/10. Enjoyment: 9/10 Overall: 9/10 So, this time, my review was very short. I saw some reviews saying like: "it's strange that Nozaki-kun got a high score", or "I don't know why people liked this show on that way", or etc. But we can't judge things without seeing it, right? I saw 8,05 score to Nozaki-kun and I saw some bad reviews about it. And I was immediately fussy about: is this a good or bad show? When this is the case (high score and bad reviews at the same time), I really get intrigued about these cases, so I gave a chance to this anime, and it got my attention. Although is something very generic, sometimes the cliche works, clearly if they done this on the right way. It can have the cliche element, but if the story development is great, it can hold up as well. In a lot of times (on the anime industry), shoujo animes were considered only girlish animes, but with the course of times, this left to be a concept. The shoujo animes became a wider thing, also reaching the male public as well. I think this just started from Kaichou wa Maid-Sama, as I can remember, and Gekkan Shoujo is also an example: an shoujo anime that will please both the girlish and the male public. So, to complete, this was a very heartwarming, cute and hilarious show. If you want an anime that's very great to see and something that will put your smiles up, Nozaki-kun is definitely for you. It's very underrated, but it's an anime that everyone need to give, at least, one chance. And, you know: a lot of people are waiting for the season 2 of this anime, because the final was opened. We don't know about: will Sakura and Nozaki end up together? And on the final scene, we have the speak of Nozaki, talking about the next manga that he'll make. But, you know, even I'm thinking that this is an unlikely thing to happen, there's a chance. The anime didn't adapt all the volumes of manga (there still have some 6 or 7 volumes), so there's enough material to make a second season. But, the adversity is that: Doga Kobo isn't a famous studio that makes a continuation of their animes. They basically force you to continue on the manga, if you want to know the true ending of an story. Clearly, this is not an exact thing or a fact, but you know: I never saw Doga Kobo making a season 2 of their animes, but due to the actual pandemic situation that we're facing nowadays with Coronavirus, they probably renewed the status for Nozaki-kun, and we'll probably see an season 2, in earlier or in the half of 2021 (at least, this is what I'm thinking, and what I hope). Because, to sum up, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun was a very cheerful anime, that made me laugh in a lot of times, and something pleasant to see. The coiled romance between the two main characters is something that makes the anime even funnier at all, and we can easily make an blushed face compilation from Sakura, because she's so cute (the typical girl that you'll have the willing of hugging forever). But, we really want to know if they'll end up together or not, and how will be the next story of Nozaki mangas, and how these relationships will end up, right? So, we really need a season 2 (or at least an OVA) to explain all these things. To complete, it was very funny and great to watch, and the people that didn't like probably don't like of cliched romance animes. As I said: the premise is generic, but the development is very great, to hold up this anime to this high score (8,05). So, 9/10, and have a nice day guys. Stay on your homes please. Bye!

Angel Beats!
(Anime)

- "If I die now, did I able to do everything I would like to do?" -
And that's the main question worked above Angel Beats! For the people that liked of this show: well, they liked, because this anime is a gem. But for the people that didn't like: I'm sorry, but it's the same to wish the death of P.A Works. So, yeah, I started a little bit angry, but I mean: let's continue, because I'll not coil right here! Story: 10/10 [WARNING: SPOILERS] Well, when I saw Angel Beats! for the first time, I saw in some anime clip compilations or something. And I was ... like very doubtful, because the premise of the story looks something tragic, but it has some jokes above the show. But I didn't hesitate, and I watched it, because even with all my doubts, I just gave a chance to it, and because we can't criticize the things without analyse them, right? So, the story is about an "after-life" school, when the students on this school need to overcome their old traumas and difficulties that they had, when they were still alive. And when it happens, those students disappear, because after overcome all their sadnesses, they don't have more reason to still stay there. So, with the 1st episode, we're redirected to the protagonist: Yuzuru Otonashi, a guy that suffered from amnesia (after an train's accident), and he wake up on this school. A girl called Yuri Nakamura introduced him to the main organization of the school: the SSS, an organization that rebels against an angelic creature called Angel (Kanade Tachibana), and with the course of episodes, with another creatures as well. And Yuri explains everything to him about this place: that the teenagers that are part of the SSS had unfair lives (they dead without doing anything wrong in their lives), and they're fighting everyday, to just conquer her life rights, and make everything they wanted to make, when they were still alive. And on this school, we also have the NPCs (non-playable characters), which are basically also humans, but humans that are on the school since its foundation, and they are destined to stay there forever. And when an SSS member stay together with an NPC, he can disappear. So, it's basically like that. You know, this is the type of show like: - The first episodes: hahahahaha, it's so funny and addictive - The last episodes: oh my god, what was that? This is definitely an life-changing anime. And yes! So, I mean, on the first episodes (to be more precise, until the episode 9 or something), it was very funny, because I mean: you can make parodies with all the funny scenes, right? Like: the scene that we have jet thrusters below of the chairs, and it makes Hinata and Takamatsu fly away and hit their heads on the ceiling (this was the episode 6, as I can remember. Because they're doing everything to make Angel get bad grades, and get from the president student council's office). You know, that was so funny. But, wanting or not, those scenes are one of the part of the story development. But, starting with the episode 10, bruh....... you know, now it's the time that you'll breath so deeply, and cry of course. Because, even with the funny scenes, we can feel their pains. And reflecting about that question: "If I die now, did I able to do everything I wanted to do?", will you make stay in the classic fetal position, feeling like a dumb or trash person, because we all have regrets on our lifes, right? And I need to say: all the stories were really well worked. I mean, clearly there's some characters that weren't well worked (like: Fujimaki, TK, Oyama, Noda, and etc.). But in general, we can feel that's like: we're on the screen. Because all the characters were so realistic and acting like real humans, on the real life. With the course of the episodes, we can that they're doing anything to overcome all the pain that they had on the past. And it's so real, and I need to say: I identified myself with Yui. Because her story was basically that: when she was still alive, she suffered from a disease that made her paralysed, which she couldn't do almost anything. And she was seeing all the programs and TV shows, on an TV near to her, and with that, she started to have a lot of dreams about things that she wanted to her (like: practice soccer, martial arts, baseball, and specially being a singer, literally everything she saw on the TV, when she was still alive). And with the episode 10, we can see Yui doing all these things and feeling happy and sad at the same time (thanks to Otonashi), and she couldn't do all the things, because it was a lot of dreams, but the main of them was: she wanted to marriage, because she consider the marriage a thing that the humans pass to get the happiness, and she wanted it so much. So, Hinata offered him to do it, and with that, on the Yui's imagination, she can see her married with Hinata (even with her health problems), staying happy on all the time. And with that, she disappeared from the school, because she got to do everything she wanted. And BRUH........ you know, a lot of tears are coming, even without being watching this right now, and only typing my review. So, you guys could see that Angel Beats! can start by a funny way, but the story is deeper than it looks. And we don't have the stories of all the characters (basically of all the SSS members), but I think we can find it on the OVAs. So, there's a chance. You know, I usually don't do this, but I'll definitely go and watch the OVAs, because the story was very very great, but I feel like I miss some characters traits, or something. I mean: there's nothing too much to talk about: if you see the plot, you'll definitely know what will happen on the final, because there's nothing too unpredictable on Angel Beats! Every characters (including Angel/Kanade and Otonashi) will reincarnate, because they all will overcome their traumas and pains, and live a good life again. Damn, this fact hits me so deeply. But anyways, the story is 10/10. It's funny and very heartwarming at the start, but very heartbreaking on the final. I'm warning you: take your tissues, they're necessary. Very deep, and the story is definitely a shot on the heart. Art: 9/10 P.A Works is so famous due to their art style on the anime. And with Angel Beats!, this thing wasn't different. The anime is from 2010, so it's very old (not too old, but yeah you guys understood me). And with an 2010's anime, we can expect like: average art style, because this year was still an time that the anime producer studios still didn't have a good technical level, in relation to the art style. But, with Angel Beats!, I got me impressed. The art of this style is so gorgeous, with a lot of lights, a lot of shadows, a lot of details that make us gaping. The scenarios are pretty heavy consistent, and the characters is something very cute and very pretty also. Specially with Yui, because with the character design, seeing Yui, you had the willing of hug her on all the time, because she was the cutest girl on the anime. But the art was very detailed, all the traces and elements very delicatedly drawn, and etc. So, this art is pretty pretty great for an 2010's anime. I was like: WHAT? IS THAT REAL?. But yeah, the art is 9/10, because is gorgeous, and I'm starting to watch the P.A Works animes, and I'm instatly in love with that studio, due to the art. It got my eyes and my respect at the first time. So, 9/10, the words that I can use to describe the art of Angel Beats! are: gorgeous, detailed, beautiful and cute. And that's it. Sound: 10/10 Ok, so I arrived to my favorite part about Angel Beats!: the soundtrack. You know: Angel Beats! has about 3 albums with 10 or 11 songs. And I can say: literally all the songs are beautiful and great to hear. I can say that my favorite one is "Ichiban no Takaramono", as a lot of people think. Also the opening and the ending are pretty good, very consistent and on Angel Beats, clearly has sad songs. As I said, there a lot of comedy scenes, to break with the sadness, but there sometimes that they don't do that. They put some heavy sad moments that will make you cry. And the soundtracks just intensifies those feelings. The Yui's story was the most heartbreaking story on all the anime, and with that moment, we have the "Ichiban no Takaramono" song on it. And damn, I couldn't resist, and I expelled some water from my eyes (they got red literally). So, if you want an anime with a lot of sung songs on the background, this one is specially for you. My favorites are: Crow Song, Ichiban no Takaramono, My Soul Your Beats, and Brave Song. And again, I cried with all these songs, I'm not lying. So, 10/10, even if you didn't like of Angel Beats! (which is a very strang thing, and guys: just stay away from those people), you'll at least definitely like of these songs, because all of them have a: very excentric, sad, and inspiring touch. Literally all of them. 10/10 is my rate, the songs are, without doubt the best songs. Characters: 9/10 Ok, I need to admit: that the characters were a little bit weak point. Ok ok, we have the stories of them, and how they died. But, you know: I felt like I miss something on this specific point. I'll definitely watch the OVAs (or the specials or whatever), to se if it shows the stories of the another characters. But, for while, I can give this a 9/10. The stories are basically like that: - Iwasawa's story: Iwasawa was an girl that had family relationship troubles. Their parents were always fighting with themselves. But one day, Iwasawa went to an musical CD store, and saw an poster of a singer from the Sad Machine's group, that said: "when I notice that I'm sad with my life and with the problems that it can give to me, I put those headphones, and listen to rock songs, or peaceful and cheerful songs. And basically, I let my mind flow and travel to another world. A world where I don't have any reason to be worried with the issues that happen to me". So, Iwasawa tried that, and she felt that: she felt that she was on another world, a world that she can improve her life, if she put efforts on it. So, after that, she awaken an willing to: play guitar and start a career to the music world. And she did it: she did an audition test on an music studio, and she passed. And she also made some shifts on an restaurant of her city, all of that with the mai objective of: get out from her parents, and start another life, caring of herself. But, this happiness didn't take a long time: her parents just discovered all she was doing, and she ended up with an brain disease (due to an fight that she was envolved with her parents, ending with her father hitting a big glass bottle to her head, and resulting on that disease). And this disease made her stay without the ability of hear and talk. And she woke up on this "after-life" school, because she only wanted to do her last wish: be able to write and sing an song, that truly express her feelings and her pains, when she was still alive. - Hinata's story: Hinata is a guy that was an baseball player. But, the final baseball tournaments were coming, and his team was disadvantaged, because he wasn't a good striker (basically the people that are behind the hitter, to avoid an home-run). And so, a mysterious guy (that probably didn't be the part of the team), gave to him something to make him "relaxed" and "calmed". Yes, it was drugs, but on that time, he didn't have a lot of conscience about the effects that it can cause. And he consumed them. When the day of the last tournament came, he was already dizzy and weak, but he prefered to ignore it. And when came the hour to catch the ball (that was threw by the air), he wasn't able to know: if he caught or not, because he ended up sufferind from an fainting, before the ball even reacher him. So, he woke up on the "after-life" school, because he wanted to realize his last wish: be able to play baseball again (without fears), and be able to catch the ball (even it has threw by the air), and without suffering from an fainting, even he wasn't so good on it. - Yuri Nakamura's story: Yuri is a girl that was part of a "rich family". She lived on an big house, surronded by nature and green things around. And she was very happy all the time. She was the older sister (between her four brothers), and she always wanted to protect them, being the older one. Always protect her brothers, and live together with them. But one day, her parents went out from an summer travel without them. So, they had to stay alone on the home, with Yuri protecting them. And with that, two thieves just broke into her house. They were stealing all the precious and valious things, and one of them forced Yuri to give to them the most precious thing on all the house. Because they were already exploring and studying about the house and the people that live inside there, and after, go straight to the attack. So, Yuri, with despair and almost without air, go to all the house to find a good and precious thing to give to them, because if she wasn't able to do that, she'll have to say goodbye to her brothers (as you guys can understand me). So, she found a big and heavy vase, very decorated and detailed, something that she found very good to them. But, with despair, she ran so fast with the big vase on her hands, that she slided up on the stairs, and broke the vase. The thieves, seeing that, found that very deplorable, and it resulted on the death of Yuri and her brothers, killed by the two thieves. So, she woke up on the "after-life" school, because she wanted to realize her last wish: be able to save lives on this another world, and be able to see everyone happy on this another world, so that she'll be grateful and almost capable to see her brothers smiling again, due to the beautiful things that she made. And she fastly became the leader of SSS, because she was the first to rebel against Angel (Kanade, which is a beautiful name too). - Yui's story: Yui is a very cheerful and funny girl, that suffered from an disease, that made her paralysed, and unable to do almost everything. Her mother made everything to her, and to see her happy, even if Yui thought that it was too much to her mother. And with an TV, she saw a lot of things that she really wanted to do, if she was okay: like, practice soccer, martial arts, baseball, and specially, being a singer, so that's how she entered on the Girl Dead Monster's group on the "after-life" school). But, the symthoms just got worse with the course of the days, and it resulted on her death. So, she woke up on the "after-life" school, because she wanted to realize her last wish: be able to do everything she saw on the TV (when she was still alive), to be able to see her mother happier again. And the main thing that she wanted to do is: to marriage, she believed that the marriage was the point that the humans catch up the happiness. So, she got (with the Hinata's help), and now she able to see her married with Hinata in her memories, even with her health problems. So, she was very cheerful and smiling all the time, but she also had some problems. And those problems just hitted my heart so deeply. - Otonashi's story (the main story at all): Otonashi is a guy that had a sister with health problems, that blocked her to do nothing, but only staying on the bed. So, Otonashi all the days, was working and was getting some shifts on some places, only to buy things that make her sister (Hatsune) happier (mainly mangas). But, strangely, her health condition just got worse with the course of the days, and Otonashi had a plan: to take her sister off from the hospital, to be her able to see the world around (on the christmas season). But, this wasn't a good idea. Even with that, her disease just got worse, resulting on her death. So, with the experience that he had with her sister, Otonashi decided to follow with his life, decided to follow with the doctor career (be an professional on medicine). And to that, he traveled to another city (on an train), to start with their work, but the train suffered to a huge accident, resulting on the death of all the people that were inside. So, he woke up on the "after-life" school, because he wanted to realize his last wish: be able to see the people around him happy with him, and be able to save a life, to just be thankful to his sister (the person that taught to him that: the life can be a wonderful thing, and a thing that we need to enjoy all the time). Naoi's story: - Naoi is a very serious guy (and the actual vice-president of the "after-life" school), that hurts the students that disrespect the laws of the school. But, he also had an hurtful past as well: he was part of an ceramist family, that molded beautiful vases with clay and concrete. But, he wasn't too good on that activity. Only his father and his older brother were the best. And his dad was always judging him from the poor works that Naoi was doing. His father considered him as an insult to the family, and a shame to it. So, while his brother and his father were always on decoration festivals (winning a lot of respect), Naoi always were on an corner, playing alone, without anyone around him. But, after a lot of anger with Naoi, his father developed an disease due to his anger and emotional conditions, that resulted on his death. Traumatized with that, Naoi and his older brother also developed an emotional disease, that resulted on their death. So, he woke up on the "after-life" school, because he wanted to realize her last wish: be able to do again the clay vases (now with a lot of effort), and be able to do everything he wanted to win the respect from his parent. Basically, follow with his life, and see all the people around him happy with the talent and dedication that he can have. And that also hitted me soooooo deeply. So, to the characters, a beautiful and solid 9/10. Clearly, was not perfect, because the majority of the characters had blank stories (I specially wanted to know about the TK story, about: what all the people called him like that?, or what's his real name?. Just some things like that). But, anyways, without those deffects and weak points, I give it the 9/10 score, because, coming from Jun Maeda, I can give props to that. Enjoyment: 10/10 Overall: 10/10 So, to summing up, Angel Beats! is anime that was, basically, a big push for all of us, to: "stop to think about futile or unnecessary things, and start to join every single second of the life we had, before it's too late. Life is precious, and we need to care about it, pay more attention to the things that happen to us, and basically do the things in a different way, with different glances, and with different thoughts, for us to become a better person that we already are". This message was really well worked on the whole entire anime, even if it was a hidden thing, a thing that wasn't showed so shamelessly, but it's still a beautiful life lesson that we need to take to our entire lives. Because you know: the Japaneses has a big obsession above the "if" (if I did different, how is it was?). Just something like that, and I can totally understand by this side. Clearly, we can't live a second life, right? We just die one time, and it just ends up. But, the element of reincarnation is just to make you like: "hey you, wake up for the life". And to complete, I cried rivers with the final episodes, it was definitely a punch to the feels and a whole entire emotional rollecoaster. Again, I laughed too much with the start of Angel Beats!, but when the episodes passes, we can comprehend and understand: how the characters are feeling, and which pains they have. And that's something that will definitely make you sad, cry and reflecting about your actions, and how you do the things. So, to end up, this anime can change a life, and I give to it a 10/10. There's no way to give a lower score than that, because Jun Maeda is perfect when he does some drama animes, to pass life lessons to you. And Angel Beats! wasn't different, it was inspiring and very deep on all the ways. An anime that moves the world, right? 10/10, an unforgettable experience.

Shikioriori

Recommended Spoiler
As you guys can see on all the cover artworks of Shiki Oriori, it's saying: "it's from the same directors of Your Name". And it's from the same studio as well (ComiX Wave). So, immediately, I was being really fussy about: how good this movie is. Is it like the same level as Your Name? Because, Your Name is personally one of my favorites movies I've ever watched. And then I went to anime section on Netflix, and I found this movie, that said it's from the same directors of Your Name. Clearly, Shiki Oriori's story is not presented at the same way as Kimi
...
no Na Wa, but I need to say: the story caught me at the first look. This review won't be too long, but I'm warning you previously: that this review contains a lot of major spoilers, so don't see it, if you still didn't watch the movie (and you definitely need to take a time to see the genius of this movie). So, let's go!
Story: 9/10 So, Shiki Oriori (Flavors of Youth) is a chinese trilogy, that reaches 3 different stories, on 3 different cities, but with 1 common thing: "the pleasure of continue to live our lives, and follow with our dreams". The 1st story talks about: Xiao Ming, an man that went to live on Beijing. In his childhood, he lived in a small city on China, with one of the most famous lamen restaurants on his country. So, in his childhood, he always went to this restaurant, to appreciate the delightful taste of the bifum spaghetti. And he remember that: in a lot of moments when he was an child, his grandmother made the perfect bifum spaghetti for him. And a lot of major things happened to him on this restaurant, like: the meet with his first love. But, after months, the restaurant and the family that founded decided to get out with all the things. And, to complete, when he reached the adolescence period, his grandmother (a person who he was always very grateful for prepare one of your favorite foods, and very cheerful to have by your side) suffered by a huge heart ache, and after a little days, it resulted on her death. Clearly with that, he ended up crying a lot, because in all his life, until the present moment, he didn't have the greatest relationships with his parents, and he was more next to his grandmother. But, years passed, and Xiao Ming reached the adult period, and he's still alive and remembering how heartwarming and important his grandmother was to him, going to an lamen restaurant in Beijing, to feel again his childhood and the nostalgic taste. And that's how the 1st story ends. His grandmother just died, but he's still remember, all the days, of her, and continue to live your single life, appreaciating in a lot of times, the taste of an lamen of which he always loved to eat. The 2nd story, for me, it's the best story on this movie. It's about two sisters: Yi Ling and Lulu; Yi Ling is the older sister, and she's an famous model, while Lulu is a clothes designer, that likes a lot to draw dresses molds. Both of two sisters grew up without her parents, because her mother just died by a disease years ago. And now, they're trying very hard to keep going with their lives in the right way. So, Yi Ling always try to do her best, eating an average and not exaggerated amount of foods, and always exercising herself to maintain a great body shape. But, one day, she felt that her career could be compromised. A girl called Shui came to her, saying she's her big fan, that loves her works, and etc. But Yi Ling discovered that Shui is one of the main competitors, and she can overtake her so easily. In fact, she's "apparently" a fan of Yi Ling, but she's one of the main rivals of her, so Shui is trying to intimidate her with all her conquests. And this made Yi Ling very worried about the fashion competion, so she's basically trying to practice your daily routine in a harder way. And Lulu, seeing that situation, was worried with her sister, saying to her: "Yi Ling, you need to eat more, you need of more energy to go to the presentation shows, you need to care more about yourself and your health" etc.... But, Yi Ling was more worried with her rival, than with her sister. And for that, she ended up developing a chronic disease, due to the lack of an great feeding, and it resulted on an fainting. But, fortunately, she got to recover of her disease, and the final day (the day of the definitive competition between her and Shui came), and after all, all of her relatives (her sister, all of her supporters, and her helper) just came to the presentation, to wish to her a good luck, and on that day, Lulu just gave to her a red dress that she designed specially to her sister. And that's how the 2nd story ends, with the win of Yi Ling on the presentation, and a closer sister relationship between her and Lulu. The 3rd story (and the final story) is about a group of 3 friends (two guys and a girl), that were always together. One of them Li Mo believes in an old story about: "The love on Xangai". So, all of the 3 friends reached the adolescence period, and now, this is the time that they'll need to decide what they'll do on their whole entire lives. In their childhood, it was an period that didn't exist the cellphones. So, they always were communicating with themselves through of cassette tapes: on the past, some people usually communicated with themselves, recording messages on cassette tapes, that could be played with cassette tape player. But, now, they reached the adolescence period: the period that they'll need to decide: in which university they'll study. And there's a complication between the friends: the parents of girl on the group (Xiao Yu) were definitely decided to take her to an university on another city, and Li Mo always loved her on all the time. So, due to that notice, he was scared to lose her, so he promised to himself that he'll study at the same university as her, but this would be a surprise. So, he would make the test, to be approved on the university, without Xiao Yu knowing that. But the lack of dialogue between them resulted on something tragic. Li Mo was always thinking on himself, and wanted because he wanted to go to that university, but his mother just called him to go back to his old house, to hear the last tape that Xiao Yu sent to him. The tape was basically the Xiao Yu declaration to him: that, no matter where they are, they'll always be friends, and Xiao Yu said to him (on the tape) that she'll always love him, no matter where he is. And after, he ended up crying, because he noticed that friendship can be a shiny and colorful thing, and something that need to be cultivated forever. And after that, he also noticed that Xiao Yu parents thought two times, and decided that Xiao Yu will make the college on Beijing. But, Li Mo passed on the university of another city. So, this resulted on the separation of the friends. But, the 3rd story ended up with the 3 friends finding themselves again on the airport, and now they decided to live together again, as friends forever. So, as you can see, all the stories talks about things that can easily happen on the real life, such as: the difficult acceptance of the death of loved ones, growth without parents, relationship between sisters, acceptance of their own body, betrayal, prejudice, abusive relationship of parents, humiliation caused by their own family members and a destiny that no one foresaw, because you know: life isn't always as we want. And all of those things are compiled in just one movie, and it worked perfectly (it was so smooth like a butter). So, the story is 9/10, you know: the story was very great, but: have you already the feeling that something is good, but it lacked somethings, that made the anime stay with some slightly problems? Yes, I felt that, but I can't say exactly: what were those slightly problems. But, in general, the story left to me a very nostalgic taste, and it was really well developed. 9/10 for that. Art: 10/10 As I said on the top of my review, Shiki Oriori is from the same directors of Your Name. So, can we expect a similar art style as Your Name? Yes, I mean: the art and the design of this movie remembers a lot the art on Your Name. Very detailed traces, perfect character design and scenarios design are things that doesn't lack on that movie. But, different from Your Name, I felt that sometimes, the art quality can decline, but this is not a glaring thing. The art on this movie is truly beautiful, and I felt that the art was very faithful to Your Name. I mean: it's an obvious thing, because both of these two masterpiece movies were produced by the same studio (ComiX Wave). So, this is what makes the animation aspect a very beautiful thing. 10/10 for that, and you guys know: that I don't like to be very harsh with my reviews, and the movie, in specific, really deserved more attention that it looks. Sound: 8/10 So, the soundtrack aspect is very good, but it's not like a remarkable or very catchy element. The sound is good, the rain scenes on the start, and the final scenes had very sweet piano soundtracks at the background, and it makes your ears very thankful to delight something like that. The soundtrack is a very calm element, and it's basically the same as meditation songs I mean. There's nothing too much to talk about this aspect (and about this movie), because this was a simple movie (with simple aspects), but it was deeper than it looks, because the things that happened on that trilogy were there to make you rethink about your actions, your thoughts, and etc. And the soundtrack, even it isn't almost a thing, just intensified my feelings about that movie, because there's some moments (with soundtrack) that's something like a mind travel, leaving your mind venture itself with the things that happen on Shiki Oriori. So, I gave to the sound aspect a solid 8/10, because it was not the best, but it was something to appreaciate and something very delightful to hear, like meditation or lo-fi musics. I know, this can be a dumb comparison lol, but it's a little bit true, so there's some sense making that comparison. So, 8/10. Character: 9/10 So, I saw the plot and I saw (as I said on the top of my review) that this movie consists to show us 3 different stories. And I need to say: on all these stories, the character development was something that really enchanted and caught at the first look. Because, it's something like: we can feel what they're feeling, because this movie tried so hard to show human situations in a very real way, and they got it perfectly. You know: on all the stories, there's the background voices of the characters, explaining all about them and their lives. And I can say that: the way that the characters were shown on Shiki Oriori was very good, because we can indentify with one of them, in some hour. But, beyond that, the characters past and stories were just shown in some many nostalgic ways, that it was like to push you, and to motivate you: to make the things better, to follow with the things that you like to do, and to be near to the people that you really trust. As I said, the movie just shown a lot of situations that can easily happen on the real life, and the way that these characters were facing these issues was something very real, that it turns to something like: be present on that movie, you'll have the feeling that you're on the actual movie. And that's something that I found very very good, because as you all guys know: the characters and story development are extremely important to catch up the attention of the viewers. And Shiki Oriori made it very well. All the stories were really well-worked, and this is a curious thing: this an adult movie for kids. Confusing, right? Because as I said, it has like the nostalgic taste. So, 9/10 to the characters aspect, very good, and it was like: we could identify with one of them in the most of the times, and they really got my attention, because sometimes I almost felt that I was present on the actual movie. Enjoyment: 9/10 Overall: 9/10 Ok ok, some people consider the stories a little bit bothersome, and yeah: sometimes I was feeling very tired, but the movie is just made you to reflect: about the life and how can we dealing with the situations that it gives to us. In the final of the movie, all of the main characters of the 3 stories (Xiao Ming; Yi Ling and her sister; Li Mo and his friends) were in the same airport, to move to another city in different airplanes. All of them are now having the pleasure and enjoying the joy of to live, the joy of follow with their own paths, and with their own lives. So, to end up my review: this is not like the type of movie that will make you cry exactly. And yes, I cry too much with dorama animes (such as: Violet Evergarden, AnoHana, Koe No Katachi, Kimi No Na Wa, and etc.). But, Shiki Oriori isn't exactly to make you feel sad, but to make you lift up your head, and continue to appreaciate the pleasure of live. This movie is more like a motivation, a little push to make you think different about your actions and thoughts, and enjoy every single second of your life. Because, life is too short, and we need to appreaciate it with the better way as possible. So, to end up, I really enjoyed this movie: this movie is the typical movie that you can watch on rainy days, drinking a hot coffee, like chill vibes. So, 9/10, it's not like the same way as Your Name, but the producers just made a very great work on that movie too. And if the movie was inspired on Your Name, you can clearly expect some great results, and this is something that you'll have on this movie. So, you definitely need to take a chance on it, and I really don't know why this movie has this average score (7,29). It was so great that it really needs more attention. So, I mean: trust on me, and watch it, because this is something that's very necessary to experience. I finish my review right here, and have a nice day guys. Bye bye!

Orange: Mirai

So, Orange is basically the same as: being able to choose between only two options: love or hate. Without the famous “more or less”. I chose to love this anime, because sometimes, what is being shown works. And I really don't know why some people hate this show so much (giving scores like 3, 5 or 6). So, the film is basically a sequel to the 1st season, answering one of the most frequent questions that people asked at the end of the last episode: how the letters arrived at the past versions of the characters. It is also a
...
continuation of the story of the friends, but in Suwa's view. A warning: the first 30 minutes of the film are just flashbacks (a recap of the events of the anime), so if you don't want to see it, just skip it. This time, I will not give spoilers in this review, so check it out first. Anyway, I give an 8/10 score, and now I will try to explain: how ridiculous it is to hate Orange:
1 ° - Many people try to make meaningless comparisons between Orange and NTR (Netsuzou Trap); clearly something ridiculous, because I don't know how people like these have the courage to compare NTR (one of the worst animes ever made, with one protagonist cheating on the other) with Orange. Ah, but: Orange has betrayal too??? OF COURSE NOT!!! See my review of Orange (the anime, not the movie), for you to see all my justification, saying that "betrayal in Orange" is a complete fallacy. And if you still think that way, I would like to have the chance to give you a huge ear tug, because these people (who think that way) deserve to have their ears hurting a lot, in my opinion. If I was rude in my review, forgive me. But there are people who, when they don't like something, use such futile arguments that my eyes even hurt when looking. This issue of betrayal is basically my nose. And this is also like the brain: many have it, but for some, it doesn't work properly. Ichigo Takano did a good job in Orange: beautiful and dazzling animation, and a story that portrays youth in a very nostalgic way, are things that are not lacking in Orange. Clearly, it's not perfect: sometimes, character development can sometimes slow down, but it's not the worst. Now, to say that there is betrayal (and that it is an anime that can be compared to NTR), I'm sorry, but you looked at Orange with the wrong eyes, and your vision dazzled while watching. Please re-watch, because that opinion does not match with the reality. Sorry! 8/10, in general, very good, and an anime that, for sure, will be marked.
