It's a good mix of comedy, SoL, CGDCT, and music. Artwork and animation are well done while being funny. Bocchi's social anxiety, which is a serious issue, is well portraited in a light hearted manner, making BtR easy to watch. BtR pokes fun at social anxiety and introversion practically every episode; it could be something you resonate with, sort of like laughing at your own introversion. Probably one of the best SoL I've seen, looked forward to it every week, can't say that about most new airing anime.

Music wise, BtR has two or three banger songs, but that's totally personal opinion.

BtR gets compared to K-On ... a lot. K-On is more on the cutesy end with more subtle comedy while BtR is more comedy that brings light to some heavier topics (Ex. self identity, social anxiety, introversion).
