If you liked Ueno-san wa Bukiyou add

...then you might like Doujima-kun wa Doujinai add

Ueno has more to do with science experiments and Doujima is general school/slice-of-life, but the general premise for both is the same. Both feature a female lead trying to get a stoic male lead to react a certain way. Both have the girl inflicting self-damage on themselves. Both are clearly comedies, but have fluff romance undertones.

If you liked Love Lab add

...then you might like Araburu Kisetsu no Otome-domo yo. add

A group of girls deals with the serious and comedic sides of love. Both have each of the girls dealing with their own romances, as well as general slice of life plots.

If you liked Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen add

...then you might like Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumei shitemita. add

Shockingly similar. Two stubborn people are in love, but are reluctant to confirm it without some form of confirmation. Only difference is that "Kaguya" uses games and general school hi-jinks, while "Rikei" uses scientific experiments.

If you liked Hitoribocchi no ○○ Seikatsu add

...then you might like Ikenai Kanojo no Otetsudai add

Incredibly similar. Shy girls struggle through social anxiety and try desperately to make friends. However, in Ikenai Kanojo no Otetsudai, the girl just so happens to be a ghost. Both pretty hilarious.

...then you might like Ashita no Kyouko-san add

A demon lord/devil comes to the human world, only to be poor and living in an apartment.

If you liked Ane Doki add

...then you might like Danshi Koukousei wo Yashinaitai Oneesan no Hanashi add

Almost shockingly similar premise, both stories involve a young boy being taken under the care of an older girl after his parent(s) abandon him (in a comedic way). Danshi Koukousei wo Yashinaitai Oneesan no Hanashi has the female lead being a bit more obsessive/direct, but overall the two are practically identical.

If you liked Onidere add

...then you might like Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet add

Both have a similar "secret relationship" premise and a lot of comedic shenanigans ensue to keep that relationship under wraps. Hell, they both even have the threat of "certain death" if they are found out (played for laughs, of course). Though in Onidere, most of the violence is done against the male lead, but Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet has both lovers being overtly violent towards each other when interrupted.

If you liked Pashiri na Boku to Koisuru Banchou-san add

...then you might like Tonari no Furi-san ga Tonikaku Kowai. add

The two aren't entirely alike, but there are a few similarities. Both star a delinquent(-ish) girl developing feelings for a relatively passive, kind boy, who is oblivious to the fact. Toramaru and Furi both have a bad record, but we see much more of Toramaru's violent side than Furi's (at least this early on in Tonari no Furi-san). Both stories are heart-meltingly cute too, so there's that.
