This manga so far has been very good. It meets all the requirements 1. bro con 2. Mikey curse (if u get that msg me) 3. its got Loli (for u Loli lovers) 4. dragon 5. gets banished in the first chapter and gets sent to some village he rules now 6. semi constant uploads.
Now for some info the start of the story is not unique its like every person gets banished story, but they are still great to read. It's set in a medieval magic world and follows the story of a brother and sister.

I love yandere's so i might be a little bias.
So its an isekai that last for 1 chapter then he comes back to the human world and the elf he likes and who likes him follows him. They end up living with each other she starts going to his school they start dating by chapter 14 which i like cuz i dont like waiting for 100 chapters for them to say I like you then wait 50 more chapters for them to hold hands. The only down side is that chapters are not very frequent (mainly on the translators side they are behind 10 chapters) ...
