Grand blue is a really funny show, the anime in itself is not story driven therefore I decided to judge how well the events suit the comedy of this series.

Story-9
The comedy of this series is the most funny anime I've watched, also because of the drinking which I find extra funny how they always throw their friends under the bus. What is different from other anime like Konosuba is that they look like they have more fun than in Konosuba, but that is just personal, the fantasy scenery also drew a little bit of enjoyment away from me in Konosuba's sense and Grand blue ... didn't have that and had ridiculous situations anyway.
Art-7
The artstyle is not special by any means, I would say it amplifies the comedic punch for some scenes due to their changes when the punchline is supposed to hit the viewer, but it is not special. It is inconsistent, mainly their height, when I first watched the series I didn't notice but after I watched it with my friend I could not unsee it. Overall it is alright though.

The sound is alright, soundtrack wise I can remember some tunes but nothing too great and their sound effects work just fine so it is a 6 for me.
Character-9
The characters are a strong point to this series and the expected reaction from characters is sometimes used as a joke when they contradict their usual self, also the waifus are pretty damn good, azusa best girl.

Really funny, has a ton of replay value because you most likely won't remember all the jokes.

Haruhi Suzumiya is my favorite anime franchise. It has been the most impactful, story to me mainly because I have grown up with that school scenery, smooth romance and adventurous stories and these features of Haruhi Suzumiya resonates with me.
Many people hate things like the "lack" of character development in the series, but in reality it is really subtle and has effects on the actions of the characters, like how the longest arc of this series is a buildup to the movie in which the feelings of some characters explode for example, Also how Haruhi wants to impress Kyon and uses a ponytail because ... of him.
The Story can be really boring to some, mainly because of the repetitive and longest arc of the series and also due to the "episodic" nature of the light novels. But its really good overall and the conflicts between Kyon and the various situations hes put in is one the things that pushes the series forward, in my opinion, the repetitive arc is genius as it serves to portray the tediousness and suffering of characters and the minor changes in details makes it feel like you are understanding their feelings a little bit better.

The music is good, unlike other animes I do remember that it was actually good so it is really fitting to various situations I feel like. And when there is nothing playing it doesn´t feel awkward.
Characters are the best thing about this anime, Kyon along with Haruhi and the glasses girl are to some extent main characters and they are genuine. Haruhi never feels like she knows more than what she does and is very open making her either loved or hated by those who watch this series, and Kyon is the undisputed best mc of all time(im exaggerating but hes one of the best)
I enjoyed it, as I said its been the most impactful series for me to this date, but it is quite polarizing in some aspects and it has some episodic nature, but since it is about the adventures of the SOS brigade it doesn´t affect the story much.

Carole and Tuesday is one of the most unique series culture-wise, not only because it explores a different version of the musical world but because of the western like lifestyle that is present to most characters in the series.
The story isn´t exactly impactful and it has slice of life elements to it, but the character backstory is relevant to the characters and their interactions in the story, so no one acts out of character and aren´t flawed unlike what some other animes do to force a specific situation.
The art is not very good in this anime, there are good shots here and there ... but the characters have some weird animations sometimes, their unconventional art style makes for a more enjoyable experience in my opinion but it isn´t objectively good.
The best part of this anime is obviously the sound, mainly songs, you can tell that it is really well made, and it is almost the whole theme of the anime so if you like to hear some good music you are in for a treat.
Characters are good, but not special, their development feels a little bit rushed. I believe that if the series would´ve been longer, then we could be able to understand them more, specially Angela I just couldn´t care for her end of that story. As I said they never feel out of character so it is a good point to the anime.
The pacing of the story isn´t rushed, but since this should be the story of Carole and Tuesday and not of the entire mars it feels like their side of the story was being a bit ignored at the end of the series so this isn´t exactly bad because it was built up to be this since the halfway point the season.
Overall the series is a 9 for me, because of the right focus they had on music and the interactions between the characters and the story wasn´t necessarily bad, the ending was top notch for me and made me feel satisfied with the anime but it isn´t impactful. Very unique series
