Ever think about tights in your life? Ever liked reading the over 14k 'pantyhose' tagged mangas on nhentai? Well, you are in a treat. This is the anime for you. The ecchi anime that has all of the important stuff and none of the unimportant stuff. Tights. Just, tights. For you, and literally everyone who watched this anime.

Everything about the anime is just something to drool for. It's just sublime. Want a story? You get one. Want good art? Yeah! The animation quality is just splendid, to be expected for 4 minute ecchi shorts with high budget. Duh. Want sound? You got that too. The ... background music goes very well, though some voice lines can be a bit off sync with the animation, for some reason. What about character? It's not the characters that matter, it's the tights. Will you enjoy it? Tights lovers will enjoy it. Others might not.

Why is this such a good anime? Well, it's just so good to see cute girls with brilliantly animated tights walking around in town, or should I say, school. You don't see such subliminal anime like this. First episode, and you get soaked tights, wet with water. So erotic. What else? Episode 4 or was it 5, I can't remember. Swimsuit and tights. Perfect.

As a tights wearer myself, I can't say less about this anime. It made me experiment with my tights. It's the crown princess of ecchi. A real masterpiece to behold of.

A music video that you should probably not watch, but the song is quite good.

Ok, on to the real review.

It's quite a bad music video that I have no real idea why it exists. It would be better as just a song, which it redeems itself with. Literally everything about the music video is terrible. Anime characters as big as a bridge? Ok? Random dance moves, Check.

It's just not a great thing to watch. Very cringe worthy. But the song is one of my favourites to date. All I an say that just listen to the song instead of watching the video. The video ruins ... everything. I can't stress enough about it.

The only reason I gave a 3 for art was that the animation quality wasn't that bad.

WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!?!?!?

All I can say is that it's just the personal life of the characters. Literally what I don't want to know. I like ecchi a lot, don't get me wrong, but why? WHY? There is no point in doing this.

I know, it's an extra bit for the DVD and Blu ray whatever, whatever, whatever... That, I don't care. I know it's a special thing and whatnot. That, does not make it any better. It ruins NGNL.

MAL needs me to write a longer review, but there is no point to. I think I have to make this longer. Oh well, this ... paragraph should make it long enough.

The anime seems to be quite, unique, if I say so myself.

Ore, Twintail ni Narimasu is quite, well, weird sometimes. The story is, well, fine. The art is great, but the animation in the later episodes is trash. The sound is great, the character is well, quite frankly, one of the best out there, but was let down quite a bit in some areas. I overall enjoyed the hell out of it.

The storyline seems a bit generic, and is repetitive, but the concepts used are amazing (gender bender, and that's literally it). It shows that on the outside, you may be literally nothing, but on ... the inside, you are something that is amazing. Tail Red, I'm talking about you. It's quite predictive, in some way, and it's not as polished as some other stories. I could just go on and on about the little things that make it not as polished, but I'll leave that up to you. To me, it just seems predictable, and quite frankly, in some ways, a bit weird. It's quite hard to describe it.

Art is, in the best way I can describe it, great in the first few episodes, and then just becomes trash in some of the later episodes. The first few episodes seemed great when it came to animation. Not many corners cut when it came to the action scenes. Later on though, well, let's say episode 10. Skip to about 8:30 and you will glance on possibly one of the worst animation you will ever see. No shading, basic colour. It is basically what an amateur do when he/she is out of time. Disgusting. Literally took all the good out of animation. It WILL make you cringe HARD, and it will hurt.

Sound is fine to normal standards, that's why I gave it 8 points. Not amazing, not bad. Just mediocre in anime standards. And the dub isn't that bad... Seems weird like always listening to anime girls speak English, but this one is quite good, more natural than some others.

Character is good, but gets generic. A mentor and a few 'kids.' Alright, move on. The gender bender really boosts up the score though, or else it would be a 5 or 4.

I enjoyed it, and I'm feeling a bit generous with it. I personally like Tail Red a lot, but everyone else, well, just seems like magical girls doing what they usually do, fight monsters. It's not that emotional, and it's generic. It really just is a unique anime at heart. The concept is unique, the storyline is generic, but has unique touches. It's a good anime, don't get me wrong, but it just has to improve in animation and story. It's not an outstanding one.
