I know a lot of people do not like this anime, especially because Naho is such a dull character and the way clinical depression is treated is improper.
I know that, and yet I still cried like a baby throughout every other episode.
Shoujo has never been my genre, and I watched Your Lie in April and did not like it. But I liked this, shockingly.
Perhaps because one thing it was missing was the cringy "comedy" that most animes have. It might look good in some genres, but it does not befit sad stories like this and YLIA. This anime had this feel-good thing going on
