...then you might like Hataraku Maou-sama! add

Action comedies with an absurd plot that is well executed so it doesn't actually feel all that absurd. Main characters look a bit similar too, as does the style of art/animation. Both also have harem elements though Ben-To has more ecchi fanservice. Similar feels and much enjoyment all around, definitely recommend checking out the other one if you liked either one.

If you liked Gintama add

...then you might like Hataraku Maou-sama! add

The core style of both shows is pretty similar. Both shows are comedic and have single-episode stories as well as longer ones that carry through a few episodes. However, comedy is not the whole point of either show. When you least expect it, things can get serious and intense. So they both share in this style that mixes comedy with serious and heartwarming moments. The main characters are also both... demons.... though it's not literal in Gintama. They're both easygoing at first glance but they often know a lot more than they're actually letting on and they hide their badassery until it's needed. I think if you like either show, especially how the comedy mixes with action in it, then you should certainly give the other one a try.

Both have a memorable cast and are funny. Also share some seiyuu.
