I don't know if the same writer worked on this show but this definitely some thing else and it doesn't feel like stein gate, a lot of plot holes and slow story telling.
Also there was something in steins gate that feels like this show is smart, that feeling is no longer there, and you found your self wondering if characters are that stupid, or the writer made them so, so he can make 24 episodes series where he made them do the same stupid decisions over and over again.
Seeing Kyoma as Okabi all the time remove any enjoyment left from the show, especially that there
