Durarara!! (Manga) add
I'm not going to go into too much detail as the anime is one of my alltime-favorites and way more recommendable to spend time on than this manga. Really, whatever you think of Durarara!! after reading this (or planning to), watch the anime! You definitely won't regret it.

What's upsetting me the most is that the artstyle is just, whack. I think I'd only read it more than once because I basically love the characters a lot, but overall it isn't an enjoyable sight. The story portrayed in these 4 volumes is also rather... weak, to stay humble. It's almost as if you're already supposed to ...

Devils Line (Anime) add
Preliminary (5/12 eps)
I have a feeling I might be the only one who actually quite enjoys Devils Blood, haha. I only stumbled upon this anime yesterday and I've already watched 5 episodes and started reading the manga as well. There's something about it that just keeps my interest up. Let's talk about the different aspects of this anime in more detail!

The plot is pretty good if you like the vampire genre even though it's nothing unheard of and there are a few differences compared to usual vampires. There's definitely a lot more blood in the fights between the 'devils' and humans than there is blood-sucking. While the ...

Orange (Anime) add
Preliminary (12/13 eps)
I had to think about this one a lot. In this review I'll only be discussing which aspects of the story I liked and what made me drop it after 11-12 out of 13 episodes.

First off and most importantly, Naho. She is a likeable character overall, but there's something about her that just seems odd. (Spoilers ahead) In the alternate future, she is married with Suwa and even has a baby with him, but in the timeline where she receives the letter she ends up with Kakeru who is deceased in the other future. The group of friends learns 10 years later that the latter ...

This anime first peeked my interest when I was on the lookout for shounen-ai/yaoi mangas with the hope to have watched them all one day in my mind.

Now, a few years later, I have re-watched it for the 3rd time and I would definitely do it again! If that doesn't already speak for itself - the anime is super interesting and digs deep into the sensitive topic of death and life, accompanied by quite humorous and cute scenes.

The main characters are unique and one starts feeling a connection to them quickly. I just wish the yaoi part were more spicy and explicit, but that's more ...

Mixed Feelings
Well, doujinshis often score the highest points for their artstyle and fail in having a good storyline. What's new? In this manga that's exactly that case lol.

While the pervy boy looks like a stereotypical character for this genre, the girl sort of plays the pretty second half. It's basically just an idol and a normal school boy ... being all tender together and this kinda stuff.

An average doujin for someone who maybe feels bored and would like to waste some time by reading it. Just because it's not long at all and fairly easy to follow. I don't really know what else to say haha

Well, I just found this doujin by coincidence, and since it's a Yaoi, I decided to give it a try.

... and I'm not disappointed. The artstyle isn't the best for sure, but still, I kind of liked it. The protagonists don't have a background story (as it's known that's not unusual in this genre haha), and look like young teenagers (14-16). I guess I wouldn't read it a second time though, so it's OK for one go.

Now, at this point I must say that it will only be enjoyable for you if you like Yaoi. So, basically, there isn't really a big story behind it...
