Realistic my ass. This piece of work may be liked by other people, and I can understand why, but I dropped it because of how badly the characters are written. From my point of view, they're all making such bad choices, and the women in this manga are written so badly, they're there only for the pleasure of the men involved. If you consider a piece of manga to be realistic just because there's scenes where there is barely any consent, you should reevaluate the reality you are living in.
