Girls last tour is a very special show. Though very short, and seemingly uneventful, it packs together a lot of important lessons and great examples. In the most desolate, empty setting, these two girls who are mostly alone continue to march onward. Never hungup on their situation, they savor the things they have, enjoying everything to the fullest. One of the things that really struck me about this show is that they treat everything like it's enough. This show is enjoyable, but somewhat plain. Throughout every twist and turn, the audience this is aimed at is pretty clear. This is a show for kids. It's about hard work and never giving up, which is a great message. Even so, if you want something that is truly meaningful and engaging, I'd say watch something else. This show is a shounen at it's core, despite being about fashion. The themes are right on the nose, the characters are likable but definitely plain. This is a show for tired people. It's like a genuine hug from a friend you haven't seen in ages. This show doesn't exist to talk about anything truly groundbreaking, but it wants to make you feel better. It's honest about its intentions. While it doesn't offer a detailed character study or deliver an engaging plot, it gives you what we all need more of in life; happiness. You'll love all the people in this show. They have the best intentions in everything they do. This show reminds you of simple times you may have had with your family, or give you a hug if

Honestly nothing about this series really stands out to me in particular, but everything still kinda just works. It never fails to put me in a good mood, as the story is always upbeat and playful, not to mention that the food always looks delicious. I rated the art as mediocre only because the style is quite basic, but the illustration of each dish actually makes everything look super delicious. Often times while watching this I'll get cravings for things I haven't even thought about in ages. I really do like this show, and I recommend it to anyone who just needs a pick me
