internet, the canonical weekly podcast series, and extras outside of the show so as to provide additional details to polish up the enthralling obscurity enveloping the whole setting— to give a much remarkable existence to this gripping mystery show that would undoubtedly be carved in the entire history of anime as one if not the most well-thought-out shows to ever exist. Akin to a notorious film noir, Odd Taxi flawlessly handled the entanglement and amalgamation of these deep and rare set of features for an anime: dementia, crime, mystery, cynicism, heavy plot — you name it, and Odd Taxi impeccably mastered it.
This show here is a classic in the making. The new decade may have only just begun, but the new king has already been crowned.
