both are Slice of Life about people wanting to achieve some sort of ultimate goal, in Skip Beat! the main character wants to become a superstar, in Bakuman the main characters want to become the best mangaka. Both have romance as a sub-plot.

...then you might like Bleach add

Both mesure power with something, in DBZ it's Ki, in Bleach it's Reatsu. The one with highter Ki/Reatsu is usually the stronger/faster. Both have transformations that amplifies the Ki/Reatsu. DBZ has almost no to little "random power ups" but relies on transformations, while Bleach relies mainly on random power ups during the first season and gets the transformations later.

...then you might like Highschool of the Dead add

People must survive an impossible situation, in Gantz there are aliens; in Highschool of the Dead there are zombies. Both have nudity, both are very gore. While Gantz have realistic characters, HOTD focuses more on fan service and Bad-ass characters.

Both uses military tactics during large fights and combat, both are about 2 sides fighting for their ideologies (kind of...), both are very old anime.

Both don't have a serious story and is all about the badass characters and the gory action, both have zombies in them, both have bad ass weapon specialist. HOTD has ecchi and Hellsing Ultimate has those cartoon comedy moments. Both are high quality animation Madhouse production.
