What if there was an anime, that showed war in the perspective of many, with a full drawn out war on the smallest scale. Well here it is, the only true military anime that we have ever seen. Although this show might not have the art style of present times, it still is the gem, hidden in the rough.

I truly enjoyed Yuu Yuu Hakusho to the fullest extent. It was fun, endearing, and a great overall anime.
Now, keep in mind that this anime is an older side anime, since it was made in the 80's and 90's. Yet, it's story is full of excitement and fun. If you like anime with tournaments and addicting fights, then this anime is for you--especially so if you liked Hunter X Hunter. However, the ending could have used some work, since it felt like there should be more, feel me? Even so, it was great with training arcs and fights--it's a must-watch for avid battle shounen ... Perfection comes rarely in an anime. Really, it does, but when it occurs, it's the sunshine that rises on the post-apocalyptic wasteland of mediocre anime. Gintama was one of those delights in my life, a sun that shined brightly in my life and changed me forever. Seriously, it's one of the most funniest anime that I have every seen: the intricate, and delicate, situational comedy never gets old as we find our lungs tired from the amount of laughing one does. Although Gintama had it's lows (primarily at the beginning), it still rose above in no time at all.
