In my opinion, Adarushan no Hanayome is very similar to +C: Sword and Cornett in a variety of ways. The one that stands out most is the art. While reading Adarushan no Hanayome, I often felt a connection to Sword and Cornett because of the style of clothes and hair of the characters as well as the background setting. Each plot contains aspects of the other; Princes Belca and Alexid are both children of the kings mistresses and therefore don't receive as much respect as their siblings and also I think that the friends of the Princes, Eco and Fred, play similar roles. Both stories feature political struggles in a way. Overall, if you liked one you would most likely enjoy the other. :D
