So I'm going to make this as short and sweet as possible.
First off I watch mostly the newly English dubbed version, except for a few episodes in Japanese but quickly switched back, so that's the version I'm going to based this review off of that version. First off, this is one of the funniest animes that I've had the chance to watch so far, mainly because they used foul language without any fear of censorship. This cruel slap-stick kind of humor kept me pretty enthralled in the plot, for about the first three episodes.
For the plot, it starts out pretty fast, slows down
...
until about the last four or five episodes, and then goes forward to a half-baked ending that will leave you scratching your head for a while. The only thing that I could do was take the plot with a spoon of sugar and remember that I made me laugh a whole lot.
Overall, if you're looking for a fun anime to watch that you don't have to put any thought into or pay attention to plot, this would be the perfect anime for you. If not, just watch the dub and remember that laughter is the best form of medicine, so just keep on smiling all the way through. In the end, if this show wasn't funny, it would probably receive a two from me, but the puns and quick back and forth between the characters completely redeemed the show for me.

This was one of the most unique stories that I've had the privileged of witnessing in a long time. This was a cross between harem, mystery, Romance, and sport (if you consider scuba diving a sport that is).
Story:
The story starts out with a class trip down to some tropical islands where our lead protagonist meets a girl who blames him for killing her mom. One thing leads to another and the next thing he knows he's learning how to scuba dive with some long lost, and apparently forgotten friends. Now this story really has two stages to it. It
...
starts off with the very technical stuff: setting character dynamics, relationships, and intro into the main storyline, as well as all the tech of scuba diving. Being a scuba diver, seeing everything that i learned put into this story, and extremely accurate i might add, was really cool. But for those who aren't into that type of stuff this can seem kind of boring.
Then the story cranks it up to the real mystery and plot. Now without giving anything away, this is when the characters really start to change and grow, and for most people this is when it starts to get good.
This story does have it back draws though. The story seems to pull in every which way up until the very end, which can make the story exciting but also confusing as well. But the main thing was the fan service that was in here. While not being overwhelming, there still was a great deal that didn't seem to have any point for the story except being there, as well as also taking away from the pure romance of the story.
In the end, this was one of the most enjoying mangas that I've read so far. It had great and compelling characters that stuck with you, even if they do drive you crazy at times. It also had a plot taht made just want to keep on reading up until the very end. I definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for a good fun read.

This anime is definitely a classic. I would have to say that if you are a fan of a romantic, fantasy, ecchi, and comedy genres, then you will love this series. The animation is bright and very colorful, just like the characters. The story works on a multitude of levels. It seems surprising to me how many topic this touches on, and I won't give any of them away. You'll just have to watch the series to find out.
While not trying to give anything away, there are characters who have very serious moments, but also have those
...
comedic moments thrown in there as well. The way in which the characters react stay fluid, and by the end I felt as though I was going to miss watching them.
It definitely has it's ups and downs, and the ride is amazing. While the plot tends to get really deep, it not afraid to peak back up at the surface for just a little fun, especially in the OVA. One last note, if you're looking for the dubbed version it's Please Teacher, but if you're looking for the subbed it's Onegai Teacher.

This is probably one of the deepest and most enjoyable anime shows I've ever watched. The story revolves around the viewpoint of Ayumu Narumi as he pursue the mystery of his brother's disappearance who's last words were "I'm going to pursue the mystery of the Blade Children." This story evolves to include many of the blade chidren and goes in depth to who they are and the strifes of being 'cursed children'.
Spiral starts out fast paced and doesn't seem to stop until the very. While the ending may seem abrupt and incomplete, not trying to spoil it, but after going over it
...
a second time it made sense for me and brought the whole series to a close. I was hooked to this series from the beginning and I almost felt like crying after it was over.
Overall the characters are very well done, the story is deep and entertaining, with a very good rewatching value. The story had some pretty funny moments mixed in for good measure as well as some great background music.
closing tip: I had a bit of trouble following the subbed version. The dub was not only easier to follow, but Funimation did a great job with the dubbed version. Definitely watch the dubbed version if you can help it
