I have only read the first available chapters and you can already think about the story. First off, the artwork is beautiful. By that, I mean "kawaii" with a hint of lolita fashion due to the outfit transformation. It just adds elegance into the story.
There has already been a lot of "alices" going around the anime/manga world, so I wouldn't say that this was a new thing, except for the dreams of course.
Honestly, the beginning didn't have too much of a build-up, or climax, resulting in not too much excitement. Slight humor adds into the story, making it an interesting read. (But of course, the ... dream alice makes it more interesting) If you enjoy magical girls, consider reading this manga. Overall: pretty, kawaii, interesting.

This manga has recently been published (Referring to English Version), but opinions can already be made after volume 1. As you know, Youkai Navi Luna (Fairy Navigator Runa) is the comic version of a novel. The story really is going smoothly and the art is what you'd call "kawaii". x3
Anyway, the character personalities really fit into the story. For example, Runa Rindo is your typical airhead, but an aggressive (when fighting), yet a forgiving silver-haired "fairy" when she...
Well, I'll leave that out for you to find out about her powers.
Even the outfits of the characters fit with with the story. When you see Runa's ribbon ... or pendant (Referring to cover, so no, this is not a spoiler. ;] ), there is a connection with the story.
This manga has a wonderful story. For the ones that already read the novel, I'm sure you agree. So if you're a fan of the novel, you'll already gain interest in the manga just by reading the first volume.
