Honestly, I was going into this with low expectations given how the villainess genre has been very piss poor when it comes to being entertaining, but this one blew my socks off with how it was excecuted. The visuals were pretty meh: what you'd expect from your average anime, but the story was absolutely amazing. From trying to change the your own fate by doing everything you can to be the best person you can be is honestly refreshing. The sound was also quite well done, a lot better than most series' this year overall, and the atmosphere if gave off was something that kept ... me hooked. Easily one of the most underrated shows out there this year if this kind of stuff tickles your fancy.

This one was said to be the "most overhyped trash of the year" and I certainly beg to differ. This season of Oshi No Ko was so well written that I was simply amazed at the quality of the animation AND the storytelling to where this felt more surreal than anything. Although as good as it is, there were a few episodes that were very lackluster, mainly half-way through the season being weirdly paced or focusing on weird parts of the narrative. With these gripes aside, this season blew me away and showed the many things that the entertainment industry doesn't show to the public ... for a multitude of reasons. Easily THE anime of Spring 2023.

This is easily a fantastic romance of the season. The story so far feels very well paced and the animation quality is great, along with the voice acting for both the Sub and the Dub being phenominal. The writing and story feels unique to the point where I thought it was definitely a must watch after the 1st episode. The character writing is superb in some spots but hindered in a few places, and the plot so far has been easy to follow. Though this may not be for everyone, I definitely reccomend this if you just want to see a good romance with a ... few jokes here and there and a bit of action too.
