If you are looking at this review I just want to say this is not a complete story. I don't know the specifics but it was axed at chapter 18. The story ends before it can actually solidify itself. However the setup for the main story are still worth reading. So if you can bear reading an unfinished piece of work it's worth a shot. The best chapter is 10 so I recommend at least read to that chapter, as its pretty unique and a decent twist.

If you want a wholesome story about lonely a lonely 26 year old salaryman with an alien daughter, then this is the right place for you.
The story is so far has some emotional moments that hit pretty hard but is overall focused on the development of the lilin(the alien daughter) and her relationship with the mc. Most chapters are pretty fluff tho. The art looks really nice, it feels original and has nice paneling. The characters are good too, lilin is pretty annoying sometimes but it makes sense as she was brought up pretty spoiled, it also doesn't help that shes like 5 years old. So far ...

I remember watching the 6 episode OVA's a while back when I was just starting to watch anime. I had quite enjoyed the 6 episodes it had, and always wanted for more. After a while I decided to read the manga hoping for more of the material that I once remembered it to be. But sadly, after just 5 chapters or so into the story, the whole manga took a whole new approach.
Story: 6 The original premise of the story is very enjoyable and easy to get into. But after a while the story becomes so clusterfucked that you wont even know what you're reading anymore. ... |
