Another short, feel-good romance manga that only lasts 20 chapters or less. It's a great read, but the feel-good part of it only lasts for so long, because there are only 8 chapters and each of them have a decent length.
Thankfully, it's not one of those cliché annoying MC type of mangas, rather someone who is just getting over her fear of yankees due to her experience in middle school. Their relationship progressed pretty nicely, and it was a pleasant read.
Overall, it's a 7 because i prefer more dynamic sort of romance mangas, but for people who are tired of second love interest that rivals

"I love you, Asagi Umi!"
This is such a wonderful manga. It's about a boy who wears a paperbag over his head because he's shy and he tries to win over his crush Asagi Umi. Every romance has its ups and downs, and Paperbag-kun tries his best to not let Umi be exposed to any harm. It's another short manga with a refreshing story. Even though such mangas could be considered overrated with the sheer amount of them, I never get tired of seeing a short romance. The plot progression is also very good and not too fast paced. In my opinion, it's definitely a must read. Any ... Nov 20, 2021

This was a manga, but I heard the screaming ringing in my ears!
Do Chokkyuu Kareshi x Kanojo is a rollercoaster ride I'll never forget. From the advancement of the main relationship to the introduction of Mako's sister's little crush, I loved this for all its glory. The sex jokes are absolutely funny. As someone who's already gotten tired of kiddie sex jokes, the jokes made in here are absolutely immaculate. Props to the author for blessing us with such throat killing humor. From almost throwing my phone onto the other side of the room with all the cuteness and hilariousness radiating from this manga, to smiling ... Oct 30, 2021
Dear Signal

Whenever I see the title of a yaoi starting with the word 'Dear', I know it's gonna be sex related. But Dear Signal took a different approach to this trope.
Dear Signal is about the main leads Haname and Arashi, who both have this allergy that hearts appear on their skin when they fall in love. It's an interesting trope that tied the main couple together, and of course, there was the sex, but it felt more natural than forced to me. It's a short one, but each chapter is pretty long. I like the whole dynamic, although Miyoshi and Kaga's relationship seemed a little rushed. ... Oct 24, 2021
Itou-kun wa Koi wo Shiranai.

I stumbled across Itou-kun through a random manga generator, and honestly, I love it.
It's a short and sweet story about the relationship between Yoshiuchi-san, a human high schooler and Itou-kun, a high schooler who also happens to be a Faceless. It's a pretty carefree manga with the right amount of conflict mixed in. Even though its only 17 chapters, each character is made in such a great way that I can peel the layers of the character writing more than your regular 150 chapter romance manga. The story itself is great. The ending could have gone many ways, the story could have been turned at any ... Oct 13, 2021
Shishidou-san ni Shikararetai.

The first time I clicked on Shishidou-san, I thought, "Boy, another hot mess with a big boobed main character?"
And I was right. Shsishidou-san is a pretty... weird manga. It's about this guy called Inui-kun joining an office and meeting his very hot boss, Shishidou-san. She's got the classic G-cup, tsundere personality (sort of), and she takes a liking to Inui-kun. It's just the many misadventures of Inui-kun unfolding many of Shishidou-san's weak points, and him being the most dense human being of all humanity. Overall, the story is going pretty much nowhere. I don't see a point to the chapters, but there's something in me that ... |
