Story
Its a great romance with Alice and Elliot . It shows them bond a form with them before they fall in love and show there struggles showing they aren't perfect. Its nice to see a couple who has flaws every now and then. The setting and the world they live in is interesting and a twist to the wonderland concept. I think its a creative story with ideas executed well.

Characters
Alice is a well developed protagonist and is my favorite character. She is interesting and seeing her struggles is endearing. Elliot is a interesting character also , to understand why he acts was a ... great plot twist and brings his character up. He is also the most funniest. The rest of the cast is likable but not that developed ,grant it there is a bunch Alice manga so Ill eventually learn the rest of the characters but for now they aren't that well developed.

Art
Its pretty and greatly drawn by shoujo standards. It looks nice and everything works well. Nothing wrong here.

Overall :8
Its a great romance manga with strong main characters,pretty art,and an interesting story and settings. The likable but under develop side characters hold it back a bit from a 9 but other then that the manga is well written, I highly recommend it for romance fans who want a taste of something differnt.

The moe genre is something I don't always watch. Mainly because I want a story and watching events I may as well do is rather boring of a concept. But I oddly enjoyed this show so let's see why.

Story
There really is none . It's just events of a year span and characters doing there thing with each other. I actually liked the show's sense of humor and it is entertaining to see what there doing. It's an enjoyable show that can be relaxing. So in the very least it's fun.

Characters
They all are cliche archetypes but they work. There fun,up beat,and in cases realistic with the ... events and how they interact in said events. They aren't the best thing in the world but there likable at least.

Animation
It's average and decent. Nothing special but it doesn't need it . But I can say the art is cute and pretty.

Sound
Nothing stands out but it fits. There is no Ed. Now let's talk about the OP.
It's annoying as all hell in my books. The singer sounds off key to me for some reason. The VA did there job nicely for there roles.

Overall
I enjoyed the show. I want to see more anime in moe like this. It's cute but actually relaxing and not another version of a sleep pill. If you like moe and want a more relaxing show try this out. Overall 7/10.

My experience with the harem genre is mixed. I love reverse harems but I have a bit of a problem with harems. I've seen some awful ones such as Yumeira and Girls Bravo But luckily Haganai is different from those shows and puts my fate in the genre .Today I'll explain why it's a great harem and show in general.

Story 7.5
It has a great premise and it knows what it's doing. I also enjoyed the comedy ,it reminds me of Baka and Test cranked up a few notches. There is a story as a side element and I heard in season 2 they ... give it justice because those were some nice elements. Also while they may he on steroids and have cliches in them there in a way realistic. We see they aren't bad (minus Yozora but I'll get to her in a moment ) there misunderstood,judged,and confused as to what friends are. They also showed that they live in a society like ours where relationship ,rumors,and judging is a factor and it helps connecting with them and makes it believable despite the fact they possibly all have a screw lose. I would give the story a higher score but the sub plot is not fully done I feel and I hope it gets more coverage in Next.

Characters 8
I love almost all if these characters. They all have something I think people can see in them. For example a character cross dresses as a girl (and even looks like one )but is actually a boy and gets judged alot because of his looks.Another example is a little girl is in love with a character so much she dresses up and acts like her and she gets picked on because of it even though she is a nice character. They are quirky and strange when you step back they are all misunderstood individuals who have good intentions minus Yozora. Yozora is different from the rest of the cast ,she is avoided because of her attitude and treatment not because of being misunderstood. She is so harsh she flat out bullies them. But we see she wants friends and in the final episode see her differently. Though in all honesty I'm mixed on this character mainly because of her actions but who knows maybe season 2 fixes this. There are hardly sides because it mainly focused on the mains , but the few there were there were fun. Bonds here are strong and great. Devolpment is given to some but not others. But despite that there a strong cast.

Art and animation 7
Weakest part of the anime by far. The art is fine and it looks nice plus the color pallet fits. The problem is at times when in motion it looks sort of sloppy. Though at times it looked great.

Sound 7.5
That op is very catchy. The Ed is great too. Some parts of the sound track stood out nicely others were forgettable. I didn't see the sub yet but the dub is great so I do recommend it.

Enjoyment 9

I enjoyed it. It was funny and quirky plus a bit of a social commentary. However one that bugged me was Yozora being a bully and while I'll admit it was a bit funny ,she at times go so far I'm just speechless that . It is my biggest gripe with it but other then that I enjoyed it.

Overall 8
I can see why some might not like it. It has fan service,it's a harem ,and the comedy may bug people. But if you look like that stuff you'll see one of the better entries of the harem genre overall.

I'm starting to love yaoi and incest more and more . But it can be hard at times to decide what to read since incest tries the 'we are not related' troup and yaoi has it's own problems I don't wanna get into at the moment . Doesn't mean I hate every troup but some people really hate these troups and it makes deciding for good manga hard. So I picked this up at random and I honestly love it and it doesn't have these annoying troups some people detest.

Story-9
There are 2 stories. One focuses on a uncle and his nephew falling in love. ... The other focuses on a teacher and a student in an prep school. Relax the student is old enough for consent if you may get bothered by that. They both have heart. I cried in each chapter for these characters struggles. It is in a way realistic. For example being bossed around for your life,being scared of being abandoned, and having problems expressing love. It is also a great mix of comedy and drama. The only problem is I think the characters did say I love you a bit too quick and pacing can be a bit too fast but it is a short manga so I can forgive it for that. Overall it's a great story and I really love it.

Characters 9
There are five main characters and 3 sides. And they have some depth and four mains do development there relationship. Given this manga is short I don't ask for a big characters development . The bonds are great. Especially the uncle and oldest nephew there my favorite. Overall even though there isn't development of sorts out side of relationships it's still a great cast of characters.

Art 8

The art is smooth and fits the tone and characters designs stand out. I liked them.

Enjoyment 10

I really love it. It's heart warming,at times realistic, and the characters were very nice. And the art is cute and reminds me of a shoujo.

Overall 9
It's not perfect but it's great. I recommend it especially to lovers of incest,yaoi,and teacher and student relationships.

Note this is just for the first two seasons,since I haven't finished the third yet at the time of writing this.

Otome from what I've seen is really good in anime. Some really think it's terrible and that they do poor adaptations. I disagree with this especially since there is UtaPri. Some sign it off as dumb but there are great elements here I think don't get noticed not that much.

Story 8
At first it's simple as they can get and it has a formula that it follows . But there is nothing wrong with that. In both seasons everyone in Starish gets an episode ... to themselves and Haruka also gets some focus. Then the rest of the episodes they try to focus on solving the problem. We know the ending at the first moment but we get to see how. And this works greatly. They also balance comedy and drama nicely . Though at times they dont flesh out world elements greatly.That is the only thing that holds the story back from getting an 9 but look past that and you have a great story.

Characters 8.5
Hakura is possibly one of the most overhated characters I've seen. People always sign her off as useless,dumb, and boring. But without her some of the events in the series wouldn't happen, she has a personality, motivation ,goal,and helps people. Plus she develops so in other words she is a three dimensional character who is likable. The other guys also get development and are likable and well rounded. The side characters are fun to see too. Bonds are strong here and almost everyone is likable. Sadly some sides don't devolp though others do get some development. That's why it's an 8.5 and not a 9.

Animation and art 10
Animation is fluently done,designs stand out ,and it has a color pallet that fits the series. Overall a big highlight to the series.

Sound 9
There is no dub sadly but the sub is great. Everyone stands out and dose there parts well. The ops and eds are memorable and very nice. The sound track is very good and fitting. The songs the characters sing are great and fit the tone and feelings they have for that song. Overall the sound is great and memorable.

Enjoyment 10
I really love this series. I can see why some wouldn't but I enjoyed it till the end.

I know it's not perfect but I love it despite that. I do think it's worth at least a try if you think it's worth it.

This is sadly my first manga review on this thing.Now I am a Corpse Party fan girl, and I enjoy a couple of adaptations of manga straying away from there conterparts in a nice AU (alternative universe ) setting. Nor do I mind fanservice as long as it doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. But this manga is a disgrace to Corpse Party and AU stories.

Story~2
Now in a way it is set up like the original at least for the first couple of chapters. Then everything goes down hill.All the characters make very dumb choices, there are very weak back stories, and some of the ... worst ecchi shots Ive seen thus far. This isnt canon but it really was pathetic. I dropped the manga thanks to Sachiko`s back story as to how she died . Yeah the story is 75% face palm.worthy 20%cringy and why levels and 5% meh.

Characters~1
They changed the good in the characters and made them terrible.There all either bland ,garystu or mary sue like,annoying,angsty,useless ,or all of the above. What made Corpse Party great was that they cared for each other,try to go through thick and thin,develop,and sacrifice for friends. That's what made them great and likable. Here there all selfish and most of the time dont think of others. This is literally one of the worst cast of an AU Ive seen thus far.

Art~7
To be positive the art is pretty and gory. It looks nice and fluent and very well drawn. Even some of the ecchi was detailed nicely. So overall the saving grace is art.

Enjoyment~1
Its terrible! Even though the art is nice and cute everything else was unbearable. Worst manga I read and I dont recommend it to anyone. Stick with the games instead of this garbage.

Its utter trash so everyone stear clear of it because youll be doing yourself a favor.

Now while I have not finished Lucky Star yet due to not finding the dub of the final episodes on Youtube,I rather like it. It may not have a story but its funny and it has quirky and cute characters. But this "spin off " is the opposite. So lll explain in a mini view!

Story ~3
It had potential to be something giving the idea but it really waste it. Its not dull but annoying. The comedy feels force and the situations take a stretch. In other words its 30 minutes of annoying crap.

Characters~3
Everyone minus the main 2 here and characters from the main show Lucky ... Star are meh. The older sister,Hinata is very annoying and is literally the cause of problems financially. She is selfish and dose a bad job at taking care of her sister. The little sister,Hikage is decent and sympathetic because of Hinata is doing a crappy job of taking care of her. Overall the characters at best meh (minus the ones from the main series and Hikage)at worst annoying.

Animation and art ~7
To be positive the animation is very nice,the designs are cute,and fits Lucky Star but upgraded. Im glad the animation looks nice because if you've seen LS it has terrible animation admittedly. So all in all its nice and looks smooth.

Sound ~4
The op is amazing! Its very upbeat and cute. Outside of that sound is meh minus the voice acting. Its good in Japanese and it souunds nice. There is no dub for this OVA at the time of writing this. That`s all I have to say on the sound since there is nothing to talk about minus the op.

Enjoyment~2
I really don't like this show. It had good ideas but wasted mainly because of the poor choices of the Hinata. She was awful. But everything else was meh minus the op and animation. So honestly this was eh at best if the pink hair brat didnt make those choices. It may sound like Im nitpicking but.she is a terrible example of a sister and a main character.

Overall~3
The show is not that good. Stick with Lucky Star if you want a good comedy that has some merit unlike here.

This show is something Im mixed on ,it has potential and it kind of used it. It was a bit of a disappointment though I did enjoy it.
Story~ 6
The story has good ideas and used them a bit ,some are fleahed out, most arent ,and a few arent explained well.Episodes 6 to 8 are plot stuffing due to this anime at the time of writing this 13 episodes.There is a second season that is going to air in the fall and I hope they fix this issue because it is what made me put it on hold and I would of dropped it ... if I didnt buy the complete set which Im glad I did because the episodes 9 to 13 are great and my favorites because explanations were being explained at a good pace,everyone in the cast is gathering,and the ending is one of my favorites. Why couldn't we get more episodes like that,I would love it more if K had those episodes. The beginning of the show was fun to watch too seeing the main 3 (Isana,Kurou,and Neko) interact and trying to figure out the mystery at hand. But there are a ton of issues. There are plot holes,fleshing out elements of there world,at times dragged out dialogue (episode 7 was the biggest offender of dragged out dialogue) ,and just not enough time for the story. But that doesn't mean it wasn't fun or did some explanation. But this had potential to be something and while it was it wasnt what I expected to be. But I did enjoy it.

Characters ~6.5
The first three characters who are Isana,Kurou,and Neko are great. They have a great bond,personalities,develop nicely(mainly Kuroh) ,and balance each other. The rest I have some gripes with. Mikoto dosent get enough screen time ,hell most of the characters in Homra as I recall dont get too much expect for Yata to an extant.Then almost everyone in Scepter 4 is either bland,very jerky,or both minus Seri.Development is far and inbetween with most of the cast. Are main 3 at least dose get development and bits and pieces for some side though its not alot. The saving grace for the cast is relationships,there bonds feel strong and with emotions. Im glad they had this because a cast needs these and this made me enjoy the show a bit more. Overall while most of cast is decent minus the main 3 cast there is plenty of gripes I have with them.
Art and animation~ 10
The animation is beautiful and consistent,some of the best Ive seen. Facial expressions are noticeable,characters designs are crisp,back grounds look greatly,and the color palette looks really good. Overall ,its one of the better things in the show.
Sound ~7
The soundtrack overall was good. It dose have some noticeable songs and are good to listen to with or without the show. Op and ed are nicely done and are on my favorites list. Though are some meh tracks and a couple songs I dont think fit the show but overall it is a nice soundtrack.
Overall ~7/10
Despite ups and downs it is a good show. If your a mystery fan,like pretty animation and art,and a srrong trio of characters pick this up and give it a watch otherwise I think you should watch something else.

Shorts are a hit or miss type of thing so the best route is the comedy route since its short and the show wouldn't overstay its welcome. But despite this thing being short there is little merit to it. Lets get the positives out of the way. The art looks nice though choppy (more on that in animation),VA is good, and its less than an hour to get through an entire season which thank goodness it is because any longer and it would have been dropped.

Story~1/10
Its boring even for a SOL. ... Now SOL relies on characters at times but they still tell a story of sorts unless your Lucky Star and you relies heavily on comedy. This doesn't,
there is no story at all thus I cant get attached to any character. The comedy is terrible and unbearable. In other words this story isnt a story. Or events for that matter ,its just unfunny moments happening that I dont give a care for.

Characters 1/10
Speaking of which these characters. Now Im not against archetypes or cliches in characters but one need to make something unquie about them. There is nothing interesting or hood about them. Ive seen better characters in shows better then this. Hell Yumeira of all things has better characters,the hell! I dont remember a single name out of this cast. At all,there are the most boring characters ever and there all unmentionable or memorable.

Animation and art ~4/10
The art looks decent which is good if your drawing bishonen or bishoujo characters. But what it suffers from is the animation. Its lack luster ,movements look clunky at times to the point I assumed it was made in 2005. It made Yumeria look like it had Accel World animation quality which can I just say if shows made in 2012 or worse 2004 look better then Im sorry your animation is terrible. Ugh moving on to sound.

Sound~2/10
The sound is non existent in the background. Op and Ed are forgettable. The VA are decent so Ill give them credit for that.

Enjoyment ~ 1/10
I would rather watch Yumeria then this because it at least made me feel emotions ,sure I hate it but its better then being bored. Little to nothing is redeemable so this show is pointless.

Overall~2/10
Your better off watching something else. Ill check out season 2 still just to see if they fixed this train wreck but if they dont then oh well. Can I ask what was the point in this show ,seriously? Well then next time I hope I can cover something better then this garbage.
