This manga isn't meant to be taken seriously. It's meant to make you laugh, and if you don't mind some admittedly crass humor, then it will.
I certainly laughed. And that's why I'm rating it an 8, it was enjoyable! The story was simple, maybe on the edge of ridiculous; a happy, continuously naked man living with a teenage girl who finds him generally repulsive and incredibly strange.
