I don't think I have to explain anything about this.
It's so obvious it's garbage, if you can't see it you're blind (not physically though).

Just a quick and not complete list of critical points:

- The anime is like an Isekai but nothing in his new life resembles his former life

- The girls he saved didn't care about being raped at all after he saved them -> guess they just forgot it happened

- His "sister" wants to f*** with him

Initial D Second Stage (Anime) add

Spoiling bits of the story, but not too important ones.

At first I thought Initial D was about racing, cars and kind of like a coming of age story featuring Takumi, but it's just so much more than that.

While Season 1 was a near perfect introduction to the whole story, Season 2 was a 100% perfect continuation to it.

This is by the way no normal comment on an anime. These are my thoughts which I wrote down during I watched the anime.

Well...I think the story is very interesting.
This anime deals with love. Especially love which shouldn't be felt if compared to general norms.
In this occasion we are facing a 17 year old school girl doing a part time job. She loves her 45 year old manager.
I think the setting is perfect if one wants to convey a message.
Although if the anime doesn't focus on a message and rather develops the story into a romantic disaster between a 17 year old and ...

Mixed Feelings

"Yo do you wanna skip class today? Nahhh dude....it's not raining today can't do that". This is obviously quite exaggerated but it is how I felt about this movie.
Sloppy talking and irrational behavior.

THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS! JUST WATCH THE 40 MINUTE MOVIE!

Story 8/10:
The story contains the typical humans which have some problem with their life and how they deal with it. Nothing special I guess. But "the Garden of Words" seems different. It feels like a place where one can relax and forget about the bad/boring human life for just a moment.

Characters 3/10:
So the characters had some problems to me. Their private life with their ... private struggles was totally fine, since everyone has their own problems and I think they were conveyed in a rather good way. But there was no connection to the characters, since essential
conversations are skipped and the people are just shown talking with good music in the background.
How am I supposed to feel anything when I can't understand the feelings of the characters?

Hmm..I don't really know what to say about this movie.
I thought I'd have to cry especially in the end, but it wasn't really crying since I felt no relation to these characters.
Their life besides going to this garden could have been portrayed way better, just by adding ten more minutes to the movie.

In general:

I know this is only a 40 minute movie, but the "ending" just felt incredibly rushed.
The whole story has no depth and the characters are acting all weird. Why would she not mention that she is a teacher at his school? Why did he place those shoes in the garden at the end because I am sure she will not get them. Why were the scenes where he created the shoes so short? As a viewer, one couldn't even understand his situation because I'd say the majority of people do not work as a shoemaker.
The standard "I am gonna stand up for my waifu and hit those bullies" moment was also quite dumb. Is the main character so stubborn, to seriously pull a fight even if he knows he is gonna lose? And I know what you are thinking! "What is this guy talking about? Has he never been in a situation where he couldn't control his feelings?". I surely have been in some situations like this as well, but why would you pull a fight for some random woman which is not only 12 years older than you but also completely irrelevant since you only know her for like 2 months + they didn't give us any conversations that would explain his feelings towards her. He just loves her for no explainable reason.

Animation 10/10:

I guess this is rather obvious. The movie looked incredibly real and beautiful.

Soundtracks 7/10:

I liked the soundtracks, but they were not incredible.
I will not remember them so I guess they were not good enough for my taste. Bad use of music. There shouldn't be music when there is a deep conversation -> ofc that is my own personal taste.

As a conclusion I'd say this movie isn't bad at all.
I liked the setting and I think the animation was beautiful. The soundtracks were nothing special but sometimes they were quite handsome even when placed into the wrong scene. If the characters were seriously talking to each other and one as a viewer could understand their feelings this movie would have been insanely good. It just was too short.
