I'm watching Nana in 2024 and gotta say, the 2000s vibe hits me hard with nostalgia. The anime has aged well, the nostalgic touch gives it an extra charm that enhances the setting and atmosphere. Each character is meaningful and super interesting. Love how each character has their own personality and you kinda see yourself in each of them despite their drastic differences. If I had to compare Nana to a movie, it's like The Breakfast Club but with a punk and emo twist. The romances are realistic, well-written and endearing. Some lines are so beautifully written, feels like they're straight out of a poem, ... it's touching. I was expecting more Yuri, but let's just say it's subtly hinted haha. Definitely a favorite anime thanks to all the characters and their back stories!

OMG, this is so real and gripping! Can't stop reading this story. Loving the dynamics between all the characters. Not necessarily finding them cute or endearing but the story really makes you think about the early stages of a relationship. It delves into questions about adjusting to each other, the concept of couplehood in general, doubts, and attraction, all these relatable questions. I appreciate the maturity here, no shyness, characters fully experiencing their problems, joys and pains, making it so realistic. Falling in love isn't all cute, there's doubt and worries and this story captures it so well. The art style is just fantastic, total ... Seinen vibes, it's top-notch!

It's a cute anime. The characters are adorable and interesting without being deep. It's a chill anime to watch, pretty light-hearted. The main focus is on romance in a general sense, then it shifts to music and the high school club scene, friendship stuff. Not a mature story with adults, more geared towards young teens. I think the story flows well and the romance feels natural, not forced or awkward. It's easy to binge-watch and really cute, though not mind-blowing, you kinda get hooked. It's rare to find such a nice yuri anime with a good story and naturally lovable characters, so it's refreshing. Hopefully, ... we'll see more yuri anime like this in the future!
