Both are comedies that involve a tall, strong male trying to get along with a small, cute female. Both are comedies with a little bit of romance. However, in My Senpai is Annoying, the story dives deeper into characters other than the MC's.

If you liked Asobi Asobase add

...then you might like Joshikousei no Mudazukai add

Both are about a group of three friends and all the shenanigans they get into. Both are very funny. The difference is that in Wasteful Days of High School Girls, you see stories about the other characters, too. Also, Asobi Asobase is much more absurdist in its humor. I very highly recommend both of these anime.

If you liked Shinchou Yuusha: Kono Yuusha ga Ore Tueee Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru add

...then you might like Meikyuu Black Company add

Both are isekai that share a similar type of humor. - In Cautious Hero, the MC is OP and the other characters are surprised by this. - In Dungeon of Black Company, the MC is OP in that he is very smart, so he games the system in ways that surprises the other characters. I found both to be very funny enjoyable.

Both have a very soothing, relaxing vibe to them and encourage you to see life with more enjoyment. Aria the Animation is a bit more episodic and has more sci-fi and supernatural elements to it. If you like one of these anime, you will surely like the other.
