Welcome to my MAL page!
Just your average anime/manga/video game addict. I manage to write about anime and video games at my blog, Damage Control (dcgameblog.com). I first got into anime in high school around 1999. I enjoy both new and old anime.
If you want to know a bit more my tastes why not follow me on Twitter(@silver_huskey).
What? There's no shame in shameless plugs.

You sound as much of a happy and proud wife as my first girlfriend (I wish that I could have met her in high school) turned Amish.
Our jolly relationship came to an end, but at least my girl from North Carolina is the second best option. A historical and sci-fi nerd who I would gladly watch Sunrise's upcoming Gundam SEED movie with.
Most of the girls in my old home Georgia are nowhere nearly as hospitable, welcoming, etc as those in North Carolina or Ohio.
Bunch of sour rednecks and tattletales, but I did like that one, blue-eyed anatomy nerd in high school that got transferred then graduated too soon. Hopefully, she's a top surgeon by now (she's the reason I've been reading human anatomy books in my free time so I can be a physician anytime).
True, the Banana Fish adaptation has such a weird setting.
I re-watched Ghost in the Shell a few months ago by the way. SAC and 2nd Gig sure bring back memories.
I was re-watching some old favorites of mine so that I could kill time before Harmony Gold and Big West start bringing Macross movies across the globe.
They're also going to translate every old Macross release in numerous languages while remastering them so none of them will stay fansubbed like Turn A Gundam. That's good because the cinematic sequel to the original Macross or "Do You Remember Love?" isn't well-known outside of Japan.
I might as well read some Ghost in the Shell manga until those two companies say the word. Might as well check out this Banana Fish series to kill time also.
By the way, my friend from Tennessee is a big fan of Rukia. She's busy being a mom at the moment.
I found out later in life that Meia and Rukia were both voiced by Fumiko Orikasa. It's been a while since I watched Vandread which is one of those anime that I found airing on Encore Action.
My tomboyish friend from Maryland also a huge fan of Motoko Kusanagi.
As for manga, I've been reading Digimon V-Tamers after Sorcerer Hunters.
BTW you should read Kaoshin-sama's comment. His posts are right on the moments. One of the few people i have come to respect after joining MAL.
