ch18, just after FMC's secret 1on1 date with another man, MC sees her visibly drunk walking to her home with said man. She had no issue getting drunk with a stranger. No issue taking him back home.
She instantly starts apologizing without knowing what she did wrong, just that she got caught "I'm sorry.. I'm sorry, there is nothing going on. Trust me on that one. I don't say or do anything to explain but trust. Actually, I just wanted to learn about love, (something that you can't teach me *heavily implied), so I went on a secret 1on1 date with another man and got shit faced!" as she looks straight into her boyfriend's eyes without any feelings of remorse. She still goes back home with the other man KEKxd.
The next day she continues to actively flirt emotionally and physically with that other man (still a borderline stranger) even in front of MC. When he avoids her she dares to question why that is.
MC, sadly, does NOT break up with her on the spot.

And people say romance is dead. Romance is alive and well and this is proof.
