Well it's not a review, since I am not very good with analyzing a story and stuff. I am writing just basic overview and my thoughts that why should anyone read this manga without any spoilers. In short, I would like to recommend it to everyone, it is a very well written story.

The story revolves around the life and thought process of main character Punpun and character revolving around them. Good night deals with of age transition from childhood to teenage and finally to the adulthood, it also talks about depression, identity crisis, and unfortunate circumstances a person can have since childhood so many ... important concepts revolving around what it goes in our head because of our environment.

Also I begs very important question? In media we usually hear that some people are beyond saving and this manga kinda answer that to some extent it is our job to help young people in their teenage and 20s who are facing mental health issues otherwise they might end up have far more problematic life for themselves and the others.

There was one part of story which I didn't understand very well, it was regarding cult leader and his prophecies and stuff maybe it was kinda niche joke or concept about which you are suppose to know a background to understand it. Text me if someone knows about it.

All over really amazing story but pretty depressing, there were so many ifs I am still thinking about, I wish that one character could have a happy ending though :(.

I am not very good with writing reviews, this is just my opinion about this show. Gosick is a detective show based in early 20th century. It contain a lot of cases with pretty interesting stories which usually starts with urban legend or a ghost story and some how Victoria(que) is able to solve them with no problem. The characters in those stories were decent but to make the main characters interesting and smart they tends to make side character incoherently stupid. Writer also put romance between main characters but it didn't clicked right to me.

The best take away from this show is ... the background art, it is simply amazing, it really feels like late 19th or early 20th century European city. There was an arc about a medieval village (village of grey wolves) art style was at peak there. So, yeah, main story and character are pretty average but the side stories are decent and so it the art style.

Made In Abyss is an adventure anime that takes a pretty dark turn after a few episodes. But, I will recommend this anime for its very unique world and aspects on which the story is built upon. In anime, by far it has only 13 episodes, but I'm up to date with manga the story really gets interesting so, it is really worth spending time on it. My favorite part of this anime was its lore and world building of it.
This anime has a very beautiful art-style, character design, and animation which makes it very enjoyable to watch. The music was also very memorable including ... its opening theme.
For me, the weakest part of this anime was the characters (in terms of story and development), except for one or two, other characters are pretty blunt and forgettable.

Story:
the story was quite entertaining and refreshing, but it had only two episodes so, not much I can say about.
It only covered two stories in both of them they had very satisfactory endings, so, overall enjoyment will be pretty good.

Music:
Nothing much can I say about it. Both ending songs are decent and there is one theme which is also pretty good.

Characters: I think this might be the weakest aspect of it, cause it has only two episodes. Characters are decent but you can't expect any character development which is not a bad thing at all.

Art:
What I most enjoyed in this anime was background art style and the still shots of different characters and places. Colors were really beautiful and the lighting was done just right. The art style of anime was the reason in the first place I start watching anime, and this show does have an outstanding art style.

Overall: 8

So I highly recommend anyone who is interested in it.
