I don't know how this show has such a good rating. I thought this was going to be one of those male tsundere type animes, but I honestly think that Iriei was just mean. I didn't like the show, but I kept watching because I thought it would get better. Unfortunately, it never did. This has to be the worst shojo anime of all time. The characters don't grow in any way, from high school to their adult lives. Kotoko doesn't know when to give up. I'm sure that's usually endearing, but for the amount of time Irie spends disrespecting her, it's not worth it.
