Overall: Repulsive.
I am writing this review after seeing the 4 seasons of the anime. It could have been a good anime, but it just gets worse and worse. Why? main character continues to be brutalized in such an insensitive way.
I totally hate anime that tries to convey the image of "it is not rape if they are married", "he is angry", "he had his reasons", "he is not usually like this" and "but he really loves her" to disguise sexual violence.

Taiyou No Ie joined my top of favorites! For me, a story is only good when it causes emotions like excitement, anxiety and /or sadness and Taiyou No Ie has it all! It's impossible not to like the story: It's simple, the relationship between Mao and Hiro is well developed and explored, it has several couples and love triangles but it's approached in a light and beautiful way without extending too much. damn it! Yamamori, Mika really raised the bar (and no, she is not the author of this manga).
I started reading Ano Ko no, Toriko after finishing reading 'Hirunaka no Ryuusei "and Tsubaki-chou lonely Planet", both by author Yamamori, Mika and I couldn't even finish chapter 8 of Ano Ko no, Toriko. Why? Because Ano Ko no, Toriko is just a shoujo manga with a beautiful design. it is a pity but there is no emotion in the way the story is told. The characters are not catchy especially Yori. Enjoyment: 5 it's simply boring. I started reading Strobe Edge because it's highly recommended (and overrated!). it's in several tops when it comes to shoujo manga and I enjoyed reading Haru Ride, which has written by the same author. But, despite the story unfolding so fast, I didn't feel any emotion or enthusiasm in the first 6 chapters and I started to find the main character irritating.

it's the second time I've read this manga. (Also reviewed the anime because I find it very funny)
What do I like most about this manga? It follows the story of the characters, from high school to adulthood. We can also see the personal growth of the main characters, Erika and Kyouya and their relationship. I like Erika very much - she is not the typical naive main character, despite being submissive to Kyouya, she always has the courage to speak her feelings and she's determined.
