Both have a quirky cast of characters who get into hilarious scenarios (outrageous things like fighting off delinquents using gamer alter egos + running from made-up evil cults). They're both comedic slice of life shows that feature a main character who just wants to fly under the radar. Only difference is Saiki K actually has a fantasy element. All the characters are lovable though!

If you liked Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou add

...then you might like Doukyuusei add

Okay hear me out. Both have realistic depictions of romantic relationships between high school couples. There's bits of comedy in each (more so in Kareshi kanjojo) but i also think they have very similar art styles in that they draw from manga by dividing the screen into panels and animating bits and pieces instead of trying to show off. I think in kareshi kanajo that's more a budget thing than intentional but it still pays off and looks really beautiful but simple. Both shows are also really tender with their characters imo which makes you love them 10x more. They're really patient and the pacing is nice (up until the last bit of kareshi kanajo but what can you do). Watch both, they're really great (especially doukyuusei). I think you'll enjoy them and find they have more in common than you originally suspect.
