this is not a review, rather an honest comment. If you want to know what the story about read the summary or other reviews about this anime.
What I Like:
- The storyline
most people find themselves hard to understand what the story are about (all my friends seem so) but no for me. Maybe because I've played tons of RPG and strategy games that I can easily grasp what this anime tries to convey from the first two episodes.
-The soundtracks
the soundtracks help me immerse myself into the 'world' for this type of anime. As how the soundtracks for RPG games are very important, as well as this..well
...
you got what I mean.
-The art
They looks nice. Quite an eyecandy. That useless meat.. O_O''
What I Dislike:
-The character
The main character, Yuusha. What the hell man? You are TOO DAMN STRONG. It is like an online MMORPG character, with all the stats and skills are maxed! Even might gone over 9000! If the character is too strong, the would be less emotional feels when watching the anime.
For example, if you play a game, but the character is too strong that even an enemy would die from a single slash, that would be boring, isn't?
-The ending
I did like the storyline, but a storyline with a bland ending would ruin the story. There are still more plot holes that need to be filled. Also, the story feels like it was rushed. I did not read the novel but that's how I feel when watching the last 3 or 4 episodes.
Well there are also some other things that should be mentioned, but I think most of the reviewers would already pointed it out. And I'm too lazy to write it.
Overall I feel like it needs second season to fill the plot holes, or if not I would not be satisfied.
The same feeling when I had finished watching Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu. Almost the same type, setting and storylines with this anime. But the fucking cliffhanger ending made me raged for days =_=''.

----Might Contain Spoilers and Angry Rants----
Those who really like this anime please leave.
First of all, it is my fault. My fault that I watched this anime while setting my mind that I would take this anime's plot seriously. And Because of that, I am depressing myself over the fact that this anime sucks in so many ways. The typical tsundere loli? The typical passive protagonist? Here are the reasons why I', frustrated after finishing this anime.
1.What annoyed me the most is the narrator. Yeah. The narrator. She constantly interrupts the scene and leave me frustrated enough to slam my head onto the keyboard. I can't pay
...
attention to what the characters are saying because of this stupid shit narrating that interrupts even at an important points.
2.Development. There are not even a tiny bit of development between the characters. Oh yeah. there is. Ryoushi and Ryouka are a little bit closer than before. Ryouka finally acknowledges that Ryoushi is a man capable of protecting her. About the other characters? They are as the same as when you're first introduced to them.
3. The plot. there are no closure to this anime. Well not that I expected a full closure but at least you could give a gist of what will happen at the end of the story. But NO. Fuck that. Lets leave all the audience wondering what will happen to them, even after this anime end in this season. Even the fight between Ryoushi and Hitsujikai Shirou is barely started, and yet unfortunately its at the 11th episode already, almost the end of the season.
ahhhh..lets stop this. I'm sorry guys. I know that this anime shouldn't be taken seriously.Even the producer of this anime didn't take this seriously. We should actually watch this anime and laugh by its comedy, but I can't. I'm annoyed with the narrator, the plot goes into drain, and the characters didn't even develop a bit, whats left? An eye candy art? Yeah that's forgivable. The art is still good enough for me. Reminding me of Toradora. Maybe it can be repaired with a 2nd season. But no. This kind of shit should be stopped.
For those who want to watch this, set your mind right. If you want to indulge yourself into a serious anime with a deep storyline, avoid this. but if you just want to laugh your ass off and watch a light anime, without questioning the plot and how the producer put a closure to this anime, maybe this is the one for you.
Oh, and I gave this anime a 6 right. That is only because of the art, and apparently I had a good laugh in some moments.

--Might Contain Spoilers-
First of all, before, you're going to read this, I need to remind you that this is probably not going to be a review, but merely an honest opinion from myself.
Kokoro Connect Michi Random continues directly after previously aired 13 episodes of Kokoro Connect series. This time, of course a new twist and phenomenon by Heartseed is presented. having your thought being heard by another person, that is actually very scary enough. Like when you are thinking the worst possible thing, and the other person heard it at the worst possible times, that would cause a lot of trouble. That is what Michi
...
Random had shown in the 4 episodes.
As usual the drama and plot presented by Kokoro Connect never fails to convey their meanings. All the characters really have their own strong point in this arc, and they did their role very well enough. Inaba's cute part also never fails to amuse me, and also those two Yui and Aoki moments.
I would say the ending of Michi Random is quite a proper closure for the Kokoro Connect series, especially on the love triangle part. But seeing that Kokoro Connect's light novel still have lot more to see, I couldn't help myself but wanting for the anime series to continue. Hopefully.
Overall, Michi random is satisfying to watch and worth my time, especially because I've watch those 13 episodes and I really want to know what would happen to them, mostly on the love triangle part.
For those who had watched all the 13 episodes, Michi Random is a MUST WATCH for you guys.

----Might Have Spoilers----
This is probably not a review, but a personal rampaging comments of mine.
I decided to watch this anime because of the recommendations, where people always compared this anime with Toradora and Chuu-2 Byo. Well, I could say that this anime doesn't live up to the expectation as I hope. Why? Here's the reasons why I personally did not like this anime.
1. The closure/ending
At least Toradora! and Chuu-2 Byo have proper closure for their story, where at least they did not leave the plot hanging at an unsatisfying point. Both main character has actually made their resolution and at least we can see where
...
their relationship can go on. But in Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, it is unfortunately a no. The relationship between Haru and Shizuku didn't meet up my expectation. I can't be sure that I can see where their relationship is going, as it did not progress at all!..
2.The plot
As I said before, I can't see any clear progress that they made. Maybe it is my mistake because I'm comparing this anime with Toradora!. What's more, even the last few episodes didn't stress out anything between them at all, instead showing how Shizuku is getting more familiar with Yamaken and how Yamaken had developed special feelings towards Shizuku. Somehow, I even forgot about the relationship between Haru and Shizuku and actually rooting for Yamaken instead. Fuck me right?
I only dislike this anime because of these reasons. Other aspects are acceptable by me. The art is good, and the comedy and humor always made me burst out of laughter. The side characters also play their role well in the story as I can see their significance in the plot.
Last but not least, those who expect to watch a storyline similar to Toradora! or Chuu-2 Byo will probably will get disappointed. Or maybe not? I don't know. Watch it yourself, and judge it yourself. This is only my opinion.

This is not a review, rather just a short comment about the movie.
Pros :
+ The art. Beautiful and eye-catching.
+ The characters. They are well written and well voiced.
+ The development of the plot. Each character develops well enough throughout the story.
+ The soundtracks. Very well composed.
Cons :
- The way the story ended. I just don't like that kind of hanging ending.
The story has high re-watch value. Also, the quote in the movie "time waits for no one" left a deep impact on me.

This is not going to be a helpful review. Because I didn't even know what the heck did I watch. No offense to the people who watch this movie.
I can't get my head into the story plot when I watched this movie. For the first 30 minutes of the story, I often found myself struggling to understand what is going on. It is like watching a movie with a full long riddle. Unfortunately, either I am too dumb or my imagination isn't high enough I can't get myself to like the story for the first 30 minutes. However, I did braced myself to watch the
...
entire story, and I glad I did. At least I can get my head back into the plot line and understand better about what is going on actually with each of the important characters that are involved.
What I like :
- The art is good and does not get bored to watch.
- This movie is unique, unlike any other movie that I've watched so far. I kinda like the whole storyline.
-I somewhat kinda like the way the story ends where the beauty got together with the beast (no offense). Anime nowadays often pair the beauty with the same par, or often with a guy that is far more attractive. No offense to all those fat guys out there, but you guys also deserve to be with an attractive woman right?
What I dislike :
- The characters, their roles are important in the storyline, but the same time I often kinda feel their significances are not enough, such as Himuro and Tokita.
- It might has less value to be re-watched. I am wondering now if I ever would want to watch this movie again.
Overall :
I don't even know what I've written, because my mind probably kinda fucked up and I might have nightmares for a day or two after watching this movie. This movie is probably worth your time to watch if you like stories with high imagination, fantasies and stuff like that. But for me, maybe I'm gonna re-upload the movie somewhere for backup purpose, and delete the file on my computer as I might not want to watch it ever again.

This is my first review for MAL, even though I've finished quite a bunch of anime already. So don't expect any professional style of writing eh. I'll keep the review as short as possible.
--Story
The series started with high school comedy style of story, where you can find this in any other anime such as Toradora! and other harem-genre style. However, as the story progress, you can see that this is not the typical type of story like any other. As the second half of the series started, the story moved towards to a more dramatic and slice-of-life genre.
So for any other who seek for only
...
for romantic comedy or something light to watch (without any deep emotion stuff and something like that) you should probably avoid this, or else you should be prepared for some change of environment.
--Art-
The art is great, as expected from KyoAni. The cute part of the characters also freshen the series.
--Sound
Not sure about this one, but the soundtracks are good enough to make the scenes of the series more "alive", and deepen the emotional feelings towards the story.
--Character
While teh story often focuses on the two main characters, Yuuta and Rikka, the other characters are quite strong on their appearance as well as the significance towards the series.
--Enjoyment
I admit that I enjoyed watching this series, even though there are some flaws for the story plot and the way it advanced and expanded. The way of the story progress in the second half of the series are quite questionable, as it tossed away the comedic part and put in full dramatic scenes.
--Overall
The reason I like this anime :
- The characters are cute ( as expected from KyoAni)
- Funny moments and scenes involving those two Yuuta and Rikka (those chuunibyou case always made me giggle and quite reminded me of my childhood)
- As stated above, this anime reminds me of my childhood, and made me reminisce back some funny moments that I did during back then.
The part that I dislike :
- The change of the way the story develops. From a comedic style of anime it changes to a dramatic one at the moment where we are finally given the romantic moments of Yuuta and Rikka.
- Probably the way the anime ends. I don't know why, but it doesn't seems satisfying.
Anyway it is a good series and is worth your times to watch.
