Both are slice of life anime with a very laid back and relaxing feeling and any Makino Yui fans should definitely check these out, she sings the OP in every Aria season and she sings the ED in Sketchbook.

If you liked Seto no Hanayome add

...then you might like Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu add

Both series have a guy discovering a girl's secret and trying to protect that secret, while also growing closer to the girl as the story progresses. Both are predominately Romance Comedies.

Both shows are slice of life and give a similar relaxing vibe and tend to encourage you and make you feel better.

If you liked Zero no Tsukaima add

The obvious similarity pertains mostly to the main female characters of both manga, tiny but very proud and violent. Taiga even looks almost exactly like Louise except with brown hair.

Both are romance harem anime with a guy and five girls and both have a school setting. The main male characters are both similar as well. Shuffle! is more fantasy compared to Clannad's mostly realistic story, with the exception of one mostly supernatural arc.

Both are slice-of-life, episodic comedies with mostly female characters (though minami-ke has more male characters).
