I'm going to list out reasons why it's worth watching.
-It's different than any other Action Sci-Fi. It's not the typical Sci-fi where humans use high-tech gadgets to fight other things (e.g ai/monsters). The protagonist, Vivy is the Technology herself, she doesn't rely on weapons too much here.
-Story. The story of Vivy is kinda rare for me to see in this kind of genre, in this case, SCIFI. A Cube-looking AI was sent 100 years to the past so he could help Vivy prevent the AI and Human going into an all-out war. Now, the war between Humans and AI is pretty common in the SciFi

genre, but it's rare when the protagonist isn't human, and an AI is aiding another AI. Again, it's rare for me, maybe not for you.
-The animation. It's good as hell. It's animated by WiT Studio. (Some projects of WiT are Attack on Titan Season 1 - 3.2, Great Pretender, Owari no Seraph, Vinland Saga, Ousama Ranking, Spy X Family, and more.) I think they [WIT] gave their all in animating Vivy. There's this moment where you're really gonna get goosebumps, for example, E05 Elizabeth vs Vivy, E06 Lily riding the Motor Matsumoto. The animation is kinda different than any other anime too. There are some frames where a face of a character has a painting-like coloring style. The CGI is good. I can't find some CGI animated things but it's better than most. You'll also feel the AoT POV vibes at some point because there are some moments where you'll get Vivy's POV like when Vivy was riding a Motor Matsumoto while being chased by the red things, you got a short period of POV.
-Characters. Vivy as an AI is a well-written protagonist. Despite being an AI she got emotions, she wants to feel what humans feel too. She has this mission where she needs to make people happy. Matsumoto, as an AI too, is like this typical clever AI friend of the Protagonist that's just going to make you do this for the better.
-The action scenes. The action scenes in Vivy are so good. You'll get goosebumps every time. Especially when Vivy activates her Combat mode. The animation is so sick like I said. There's also this camera moving while fighting, which is good for me. Some people might find it not good because they might get motion sickness but if you don't have motion sickness, you'll love the camera shifts in a fight scene.
