Not Yes!5 only, but the entire Precure franchise. Very similar atmosphere, both are shows for little girls and nerdy otakus, both have mascots or pets who're gorgeous and adorable! There's also some romance, especially in Jewelpet. And both shows are somehow underrated, although Precure has recently gained some popularity.

If you liked Honto ni Atta! Reibai Sensei add

...then you might like Double-J add

Same 4-minutes-long episodes, same funny brainfucking dialogues, same crazy jokes. Drawing styles are also somehow similar. If you enjoyed honto no atta, you'd definitely like double-j.

...then you might like Astarotte no Omocha! add

Harem, comedy, similar drawing style. I really dunno why, but when I think of Astarotte, I immediately imagine Tayutama.

First of all - they're both about one's sexual life. They're also very strange and make me think "WTF is happening?". Both of them last for 12 minutes per episode and, finally, they're both from 2011 spring season.

It seems me that esper abilities in Index/Railgun are very similar to Needless's abilities here. And Touma's "Imagine Breaker" is as unique as Adam's "Memorisation".
