Both mangas revolve around a sweet romance between a young girl and an older man. Both male main characters chose to pursue a relationship with the young love interests (despite social disdain) because the girls "saved" them from their incredibly sad and heavy pasts. Wonderfully sweet stories. I highly, highly recommend both.

...then you might like Niehime to Kemono no Ou add

Both involve the romance between a human girl and the king of the underworld. Super cute mangas and have similar vibes.

If you liked Arakure add

...then you might like Inu x Boku SS add

It blows my mind that these two are not in either of the recommendation lists. They're both very similar in the fact that the male lead is assigned as a bodyguard for the female lead and was infatuated with the female lead since they first met. While inu x boku ss is a little bit more action based the romance is very similar. Both male leads are quite attached to the female leads and the female leads thought the male leads are a little crazy in the beginning. They're very similar stories and if you like one then you'll love the other.
