I'm sure this connection has been made countless times but it's for completely valid reasoning. Both share a very similar concept: MC is a school kid with overpowered psychic abilities. There is a heavy focus of comedy in both series. Despite their very similar concepts, the execution is completely different for both series, with Mob Psycho 100 opting to have a few serious parts, whereas Saiki K. is primarily humour. The animation in Mob Psycho 100 is simply breathtaking. By comparison, Saiki K. is rather lacking in those departments, though that doesn't tarnish the experience whatsoever. TL;DR if you liked either series, you will more than likely enjoy the other. ^^
