Both books are similar in that they have a main character who has no common sense when it comes to relationships trying to do lewd things to the other.

If you liked Shourai-teki ni Shindekure add

...then you might like Sekai de Ichiban Oppai ga Suki! add

The two books hit a lot of the same comedy beats with one character constantly trying to get the attention of the other though I would say My favorite thing is boobs is hit’s its comedy more constantly the character are slightly less complicated in their relations.

If you liked Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon add

...then you might like Musuko ga Kawaikute Shikataganai Mazoku no Hahaoya add

Both are similar in that they have humans trying to coexist with a fantastically race with different values. Though it is much more at the front of maid dragon and could be argued that it’s the crux of the story. In Demon mother it is a supporting theme to the motherly themes which are more prevalent. Both have some similar archetypes especially in the character taking care of the fantastical characters.
