I first read the reviews before watching this anime, at first I was hesitant on watching it because of the mixed feelings people had and a lot of do not reccomends. But I decided to watch it and give it a go and I never appreciated my temtation more than I did when I finished episode 4. I don't understand where a lot of the mixed feelings are coming from. It's got a really unique plot, I don't really see any other anime where this dude suddenly has chainsaws coming out of him, the killing demons plot yeah is pretty used, but it's a good
...
and intresting plot.
The good side:
I've seen a lot of people say that they didn't like the CGI mixed with animation, and I honestly don't understand why. The CGI makes the animation look more 3D since animating pure 3D frame by frame to make the scene look 3D is really hard work. And bearing in mind animatiors are already getting underpaid, making them animate 3D frame by frame, which based off of Levi fighting Kenny scene in AOT (which took them 400 hours to animate) will kill them. No wonder they used CGI. So what if they mixed it with CGI, it makes it have a different feel, it also makes the chainsaws and demons feel more real and overall a better experience to the viewer.
The art style is amazing and I really fell in love with the style after a few minutes of watching it cause the adults actually look like adults and it's not like one of those anime with the cute basic anime style. The facial expressions are really expresive and it's really clear that the art style makes room for all kinds of expressions.
The sound and audio is once again, amazing. It feels really emersive when you wear headphones or earphones as they use both ears for multiple different sounds depending on if that sound is coming from the left, right or centre. If this had all episodes out right now, I would be bindge watching them till the last episode.
The character designs are quite creative, although one of the characters looks a lot like Zero Two from Darling in the Franxx, the demon designs are really well thought together and they all look unique.
The bad side:
The main protagnist is a pretty basic skin for a protagnist, I cannot deny that. His main motivator to kill is boobs, thats it so far. Which is a really outdated and used reasoning for something good. This is part of the anime that I do not like, since they include him talking about wanting to feel a woman's breats every episode, it does get pretty annoying but they do only last under a minute long, so it's not that big of a deal.
Thats really all i have for the bad side, I did enjoy watching it and I do reccomend watching an episode or two even when reading the reviews.

This won't be a long review but these are my thoughts on it.
I just finished watching Tokyo Revengers and yes it is good, however, for me, it was really confusing a lot of the time. Even at the ending I was still confused. I can't write spoilers but just going to say, the ending was an abrupt ending. Also when it ended there was still things I really wanted to know, like how the rest of the guys are, and where Mikey is, and if Hinata is alive. But the ending is making me think we won't be getting a season 2 due to certain
...
characters who are essential to the plot not being able to carry the plot forward, for people who have watched the ending, you'll know who that sentence was about.
Now onto the review side.
Music: 9/10
The opening and ending theme were really great and I loved them.
Art: 8/10
The art was pretty good, though I would of expected more of a newer feel to it due to it having a big budget, however I got used to the art style and started to really like it. Also to be honest the art style is really unique and I find that as a good thing.
Enjoyment: 8/10
I got really into the plot and would of made it a 9, but some parts were really hard to follow and quite a lot of the time random gangs would just come out of nowhere just to drag the plot forward. Also they didn't go into big depth as to why Takemichi can travel 12 years back into the past and why 12 years, why is that number so specific. Yes the events happened 12 years ago, but it's just weird how he got these powers out of nowhere.
Story: 6/10
This one's pretty low due to it being really confusing and all over the place. quite a lot of things happen suddenly which my head can't get around.
Overall: 7/10
I enjoyed it but if they added more explanation into it then that would of made that number higher.
Please do not watch if you don't like seeing your favourite characters die, cause there's a lot of that in here. It's kinda like Banana Fish, but a lot less gay and a lot more confusion and blood.

I know I'm probably not in any position to write a review as I've just watched the first episode, however I am so that future watchers will actually understand what they will be watching.
I decided to drop this anime, as I wasn't expecting it to be transformer like, which is a type of anime that I'm not into.
The first 15 minutes of the episode is great. Love the humour, the animation is outstanding, cool characters and character designs.
!!!SMALL SPOILERS AHEAD!!!
The rest of the episode seems all over the place. In the span of 3 minutes the episode goes from a sort of slice
...
of life rain sad scene to transformers in 2050. It was really rushed, and as someone who takes a while to process information this was an overload of it. It is quite funny and I did laugh at the scenes but the episode just seemed quite rushed, it was like they took 5 chapters from a manga and shoved them into a 20 minute episode.
I didn't really learn that much from the characters as normally the first episodes of anime is where they introduce the characters. I practically know nothing about the main character apart from that he's a high schooler and works after school. A lot of the other characters like the 4 that were put into that robot / transformer just weren't the focus of it. I know nothing about the other 3 which is a shame in my opinion as normally a first episode is always the one that needs to pull me in to watch more but this one just didn't hit that target.
So if you don't really like the transformers cliché and fast plot movement then I don't really recommend this anime. If you do, that's great, this is a perfect anime for you.

I'm giving this a 5 cause
1. It was the second anime I watched
2. I like some of the characters.
Now to the review.
I can see why people wouldn't really like this anime. I liked some parts of it, STILL waiting for a season 3 which we are never gonna get as we were left on a cliffhanger at season 2.
I didn't like some of the characters.
...
Talking about the characters, oh god.
Lets talk about Yui first. The main female character among the 7.
I didn't like Yui, her character is very whiny, air headed and stupid. She had a few chances to escape the mansion but no, she was too busy focusing on something else that I won't spoil.
She is always getting bitten and keeps on saying stuff like "stop" and "let go you're hurting me" which makes her think that they will actually stop sucking her blood.
Her voice in the dub is very annoying, its very high pitch and squeeky.
Next up, Shu, the first eldest Sakamaki brother
He's quite a relatable character tbh. He's lazy, he listens to music that no one knows what music he listens to as its not shown in the anime and he's always sleepy. His catch phrase is either "be quiet" or something along the lines of sleep. Tho I would say on a non-biased opinion that his character adds nothing to the show as he doesn't have many lines.
Now time for Reiji, the second eldest
His character is quite posh and very organised. He acts like the eldest as he basically manages the house. His character is a very basic idea of someone who hates people and is all about work.
Laito, the third eldest.
I'm I bit eh with his character and his backstory.
He is a massive pervert who likes to try to touch Yui inappropriately. His character is quite fashionable but don't let his fashion fool you, he's a walking horny machine.
Kanato, The fourth eldest.
Kanato is a very psycho character. He carries around this teddy bear called Teddy. (I know, very original) He is just the definition of a kid who hit their head when they came out, had major childhood trauma and turned to be very creepy.
Ayato, the second youngest.
His character is very self-censored. All he can think about is having Yui (who he normally calls "pancake") all to himself. The only good quality about him is that he saved yui a few times.
Subaru, the youngest Sakamaki brother.
I like Subaru's character. He's a tsundere with anger issues.
Granted I do love Subaru, he is my favourite character but I'm going to try to not be biased on this.
Some people may not like his character which I can understand.
He keeps a dagger with him which was from his mother (tho how he got the dagger is a very, well, odd way)
Right, now that the main characters (that we actually see) are out of the way.
There are games that are still being made as the anime was just a big advertisement for the game and a cash grab. I haven't played the games as I've only seen the anime so I can't say anything about the games and they they work with the anime.
Theres major plot holes in this anime, a few minor which I can forgive but some I cannot forgive and some of them you need to play the game to work out that plot hole (like I said, an advertisement) which is very inconvenient as I have tried to play the games before but failed at trying to.
However this anime is great for memes, there's plenty of memes about this and a lot of crack videos of this on YouTube which I suggest go and watching as it does describe this anime better than the anime description itself.

This will be interesting.
The first season was amazing and had the right amount of mysteries to it. It was good and everyone was hyped about season 2.
However to everyones surprise it failed.
MINOR SPOILER: It skipped most of the arcs in the manga (from what I heard from many people) and I would say more about that part but I'm keeping this as spoiler free as I can.
I watched the first two episodes, It was quite confusing at first and I just tried to go along with it. Then they kept on bringing up this thing which was the first time of me hearing about it
...
so I was already confused by episode 1.
Then episode 2 came along and I tried to stay open minded about it but that girl and thing (trying not to spoil it but if you've seen episode 2 I'm talking about that new girl and that thing next to her). I was very confused and I just gave up on it.
After a few weeks I saw some drama about the arcs and about certain episodes and I knew that they just completely failed it.
So yeah, that's my review about it.

Oh boy, here we go.
I would give this anime a higher rating if it wasn't for the fact that they haven't announced a season 2, I don't even think they are thinking of a season 2 which to me is a let down as I really enjoyed this anime.
I loved it but I hated how it left off as I didn't get to see the rest of the seven wonders and I'm not a manga kind of dude. I like manga but I prefer anime better as I like to know how the characters actually talk as I find it hard to imagine a
...
new voice for a character that I've never seen/heard before.
I liked the plot and the comedy in it, I watched it with my mum and she found it hilarious which is rare as she doesn't like anime and finds most anime I watch boring.
I rewatched it many times and still laugh at it. It's upbeat with a bit of drama to it which is nice.
The art style is amazing and I love that kind of art style which is a shame as there isn't much anime's with this kind of art style.
I do recommend watching it if you wanna get into it and have a laugh.

Right, let's get straight to the point here.
It's a very forgetful anime. I watched this about a year ago I think, and I can't remember any part of it even when I watch a few clips of it, I don't remember it at all. I only know that I've watched it all the way through because I marked it as watched on my anime list on my phone.
I tried rewatching the first episode. Boring. The characters are very plain and have no outstanding features about them. I was getting bored just from watching the first few minutes of it, god knows how I
...
managed to watch it all the way through but after trying to rewatch it, I am glad that I don't remember it.
The sound quality is alright I guess. Nothing too good.
The art style is quite plain. The characters offer no brightness or refreshment to the boring backgrounds.
So yeah, If you wanna watch it, be my guest but in my opinion it lacks a lot of things.

This anime is amazing, if you're into sort of an artsy/comic animation style then this is for you.
Let's talk about the art first. The art is outstanding, not everyones cup of tea but it's defiantly mine, it's a unique art style that I don't see in much anime's. It's has a comic feel to it and the way the characters move defiantly fits the art style. The colours are bright and amazing and the character design is something that I love. I rarely see anime's with this art style and I really would love to see more anime's with it in the future.
The plot
...
is good, it's quite a basic plot, I can really relate to the main character, Kakashi, and how he feels alone in the world. Brought some tears to my eyes which is quite hard for an anime to do that as I can't really show that much emotions. I felt what Kakashi was feeling and how he felt. The plot also allows some comedy here and there which is nice to see, I laughed a couple of times. Also it is quite short, only 30 minutes but it packs a good short plot which is quite easy to follow and not complicated.
On the shounen ai part, I'd have to say its very subtle, not too flashy or noticeable. its quite heartwarming and nice to see a shounen ai anime which doesn't involve mature stuff. I found it cute and nice to see the characters bond.
I do highly recommend if you love sweet heartwarming anime's and a comic style animation. This is a really good anime to me and is going on one of the best anime's I've seen so far.
