At First, I honestly had no clue about this anime and thought that It wouldn't be worth my time. Then, I looked into it and told my self "hey, this looks interesting" and to my surprise my expectations were fulfilled greatly. Mahoutsukai no Yome was released on Fall 2017, so, I was pretty late into watching this anime considering that I watched it only this year. And yet I found every episode worth while. The Story was a 9/10, Art was 10/10, Sound was 8/10 (since the second op was kind-of poorly made), Character was 9/10. This show indeed does deserve a spot in my

Top 5 favourite Anime.
The story of Mahoutsukai no Yome is about a young Girl named Chise, Hatori who was initially depressed about her past, therefore she sells herself in an underground auction. She was bought by a Mage and was made as his apprentice and bride. Chise finds happiness in the adventures they experience and the people they meet throughout the development of the story.
The concept of the story still never fails to amaze me because of how it was made. The writers really used such a unique concept into creating this anime that shows problems that are commonly experience by regular people like us, such as the lack of acceptance from others that Chise experienced as a child due to the reason that she was "weird".
Concluding my thoughts, I truly think that Mahoutsukai no Yome was a well written and well animated masterpiece. It really created a bizarre world to me that was almost unknown but at the same time made me feel like I was part of that world, you feel me? also, the Characters felt relatable throughout the whole story and the Story was beautifully executed. I can agree with other people who wrote reviews for this anime that the second opening theme was kind of poorly developed, but don't get me wrong I really enjoyed the first one. Aside from this, nothing else had a lack of development or felt rushed in any way. Sorry for the messy review and I hope this helps when picking up a new show to binge. さようなら !
