afther looking for a romance action anime i got this ( SAO ) as rec from a friend off mine ( i also heard and came across SAO alot ) so i thuoght i give it a try since i'm a gamer ( wow that is also an MMORPG like SAO ). the anime is about a boy who gets traped in the world of SAO with alot off other ppl and need to defeat the end-boss to get out, the ownly problem is that if u die in the game u die in real life ( fck xD ).

story: 6.5/10 ( arc 1+2 )
... ok first of all i'm going to talk about the story separately ( arc1 , arc2 ) because well the first one was verry good, and the seconde one sucked.

Arc 1: SAO (8/10)

the story is about a boy( Kirigaya, Kazuto ) who gets traped in the world of SAO with alot off other ppl and need to defeat the end-boss to get out, the ownly problem is that if u die in the game u die in real life ( fck xD ). the concept off that is verry original and good preformed. i enjoyed watching the 1arc alot. butttt...., there where weard issues. like in an anime where there is romance it 'evolves' and i had the feeling that in SAO there was from a suddenly romance like the maker of it said ' fck it we need a coupel let make on in 1 episode', it is ot that it boddered me i was jsut weard. there are also some other little thing that u have afther watching it like afther episode 2 ( where the main,Kirigaya, Kazuto, gets his first gear ) he suddenly gets all freaky and shit for an unknown reason xD. but the overall story was good.

Arc 2: ALfheim Online (5/10) (!! can be a spoiler !! )

this part is afhter the SAO ending an they have defeaten the boss wath means theye return to RL :D.!! NOOO. Kirigaya, Kazuto waks up and finds out the his GF Yuuki, Asuna is still traped in the gear ( like a virtual reality helm ) and is in an hospital. then he get a pictures from a friend that show that Yuuki, Asuna is traped in an other MMORPG 'ALfheim Online ' and he goes to the rescue.
this arc is just bad, for example he plays with is niece the whole fcking time and theye both dont notice that there are playing to getter DA FCK !!. also it is explained that the game is based on ur RL skills not an in game skills wut makes 0 sence but ok. the rest of the story feels like it was just that the writher was thinking of money then the stoyed to keep it short. BUT what buggs me the most is ( spoiler ?! a little ) at episode 24, Kirigaya, Kazuto finaly found Yuuki, Asuna and that he meets the bad guy ( Nobuyuki "Fairy King Oberon" Sugou ) and the IRL fiance of Yuuki, Asuna AND THEN THEYE SHOW U HOW TO FCK UP AND ANIME !! Yuuki, Asuna gets chained by da 'Fairy King Obero' and 0.o kinda raped YES RAPED! the whoel freaking anime is not echii at all but then the writher had a hentai moment rly ?? RLY. that was just the bomb for me and afther that i rly wanted to kill someone -.-'.

Art (9/10):

the art was verry good and i never had the feeling there was something wrong with it, you also see that theye put alot off time in it and i like that about an anime.

Sound (9/10):

i watched it 1080p ith good audio so the sounds was good also the voise over ( dub ) has verry good ( seen sub and dub ). the sounds that the the bosses made in SAO where also good. soo yhea sound was just good xD.

Characters (8/10):

the chars looked good and i liked there personalities. the ownly problem was that in SAO u had 2 episodes where Kirigaya, Kazuto met an other girl and helped them and u think afther that oww nice finaly some other ppl in the stoyed, NO, that was it a whole episode about an other girl and u never seee them again. that was kinda dubm if u ask me but yhea it didnt bother me that mucth so.

Enjoyment (9/10):

thus i didnt like the 2nd Arc, i enjoyed the anime alot ( ownly fck the last part in E24 xD ) i watched the anime in 3 days ( 50 episodes DUB and SUB ) so i think i can say safe that i didnt got borred watching it.

Overall: (9/10)

the story sucked for arc2 but over all it was an good anime and i enjoyed it alot what is the most important for me. but it would have been better if Arc 1 ( SAO ) was 24 episodes woth more develepment in the story and make the romance evolve a bit. But i can say that if u like Action Romance anime ( with OP main ) u will enjoy SAO alot.
