Story - 7
This has got to be my favorite slice-of-life anime's i have ever seen. no episode feels unnecessary to me. I deadass watched all 43 episodes in about 2 days. It was that good.
Onizuka, 22 years old, still single.. gives us a GREAT new perspective of life. Seriously, even though it's an anime, i felt like a new person after finishing this. I felt enlightened. Though Onizuka is a idiotic 22 year old virgin, and ex-bosozoku, he gives us amazing insight on living a new life and how to move on and overcome stuff we've always wanted to.
Now, I will say.. the ending SUCKS.
...
It leaves you with a cliff-hanger, no clarity, nothing. If you're going to watch this anime, read the manga afterwards (from the start). It includes a bunch of left out things from the anime!
Art - 9
The art-style is unique to say the least. it has the classic 90s anime aesthetic mixed in with the goofy faces, animations, reactions of anime we see today.
Sound - 8
Honestly the voice actor for each character is unique (despite a few supporting characters). With some anime, i can't tell the different between girl and girl, but in this anime.. the voice actors for EVERYONE is unique, and it makes the anime pop out with character.
Character - 10
The character development is amazing, you will HATE everyone at the start, but as the anime goes on up until the LAST episode, you will soon see how much the main character can shape everyone's perspective and you will love everyone, hopefully
Enjoyment - 10
As I said, i watched every episode in under 2 days (including Young GTO). This anime is a must-watch for anyone. It's childish, perverted, and enjoyable overall. But as I said, PLEASE read the manga.
Overall ? 10.

Ever since I was a little kid I was into anime, and Japanese cars, and when I heard about Initial D, I was hyped to watch it. The review is somewhere between short and long, but here goes.
The story is about this young kid named 'Takumi Fujiwara' He and his friend, 'Itsuki Takeuchi' are on the hunt for their cars, Takumi already has a car at home that his father owns, it is the 'work' car, it is a Toyota AE HachiRoku, but since Takumi at the time is not into cars, hell if he knows what it is. I'll leave the rest of
...
the story for you to watch.
Takumi is a silent character for the first few episodes, as his character develops, the story gets a bit more interesting. He becomes more involved in the anime and gets me more into the show itself.
The art is, meh. For the time it was good, but now looking back, ew.
It is a mix between actual hand-drawn animation and CGI, very bad CGI, sometimes the cars clip through objects like trees and even the wheels go through fenders, but is it bad? no. Just funny to see it.
The sound is pretty good, in terms of soundtrack, the songs are eurobeat, fast paced, intense music, this anime is also what popularized the meme; Running In The 90s, with that song played on the first race. In terms of sound effects, the same old engine sound and tire screech got old and boring, but it didn't subtract a lot of points from me.
Character is amazing, the characters don't have the generic voice actors like today, so it made it pleasant to watch, the expression and reaction to the tiniest things made me laugh a bit.
Overall, 9/10.. simply due to art and sound, two minor things, but never the less, I still watch it today.

Man Oh Man, this Manga, probably the best Iv'e read, if you're not a TRUE JDM, or Japanese car lover, turn away, because this anime is set in the 90s, when Touge racing was BIG.
Story; 10/10 It's generic, some teen who likes cars races to become the best in Japan, who started driving at a young age, and is a blood born racer.
Art; 10/10 Spot on! Cars have lots of detail and the characters look really nice and well drawn!
Character 6/10, it doesn't really progress throughout the anime, but I did give it the 6 points because the main character goes from a bloke who
...
doesn't even know what his own car is to a expert driver
Now, personally if you were to read a part where people are racing, I'd recommend turning on Eurobeat, for that 90s feel!
I really recommend this Anime/Manga to any car geek.

Overall I gave it an 8, Though it is Japanese, I would rather classify this as a cartoon, it is funny, cute, and innocent, I watched this all the time when I was a kid and recently watched all 1700 episodes, and man oh man is it a good "anime" The story, kind of like a Disney cartoon, random in each episode, not a real... plot as you will say,
Sound, 10/10 for what time the anime was made, character 7, not too bad, not too great, like Goldie Locks, kind of in the middle, art 10/10, again, for when it was made.
I really recommend this
...
as a good anime to watch, and it can also boost your episodes.

*Very Short Review*
*Review is not about the story*
All right, so, I gave everything a 10, the sound, amazing, they picked the perfect people to voice each character.
Art, 10/10 amazing, the animation, the background, everything, *kiss* amazing
10/10 Story, though confusing, it's alright, it just jumps from present, past, future all random but I still loved it.
...
Character 10/10, Naho is my favorite, she's cute, funny, a bit emotional, but she's different from the normal Shoujo style anime girl, and I love it!
Overall, 10/10, I HIGHLY recommend it if you want to cry, I had to binge watch it because I just could not leave it, This has to be my favorite anime for a long time. Maybe forever.

So, this anime is probably my favorite for a while.
Why?
Well, the story is simple, a few kids messing around, mess up a chant, and get sent into some old, haunted school, face ghosts of kids, lots of violence, etc. etc.
This anime I think has a very strong influence from the Dangaronpa series, and Another, and I love it.
*START SPOILER*
The first episode where the character hung herself had me on the edge of my seat, waiting for more death, and boy was I not let down.
*END SPOILER*
...
Now, the story is meh, not bad, not good, but I still like it.
Art is amazing, the guts, the blood, the backdrops, everything is spot on
The sound is also yet amazing, blades chopping heads, the cracking of floor boards, the voice actors, the Yandere style voice they have, it's also very good.
I gave the character a score of 9, I gave it this score because in the moment, they were nice characters, while they lasted. I got sad when someone I liked in the series, well, passes away.
Overall, I give it a 10/10, people may disagree, but I sure love it. :D
