Lovely Complex is one of my all time favorite animes. I laughed and I cried, I smiled and I fall in love with all the characters. It's a shoujo anime, with LOTS of comedy moments and romance, and some drama too. It's a light comedy, fun to watch and so innocent, without any sexual content.
Let's begin... Story 8/10.

Art: 7/10
The art in LoveCom is simple and cute. The personages are very well drawn, but nothing really excepcional. Hot bishounens, like Maity-sensei and cute girls, like Chiharu and Mayu. Something I like about the art in Lovely Complex are the way their faces are designed, but I think it's just my opinion.
Sound: 9/10
The songs in Lovely Complex are great! They envolve you and are perfect for the story, especially the second opening, "Hey!Say!" by the group with the same name. The first opening is actually pretty good too and fun.
Character: 8/10
Not totally original, but they envolve you and in sometimes you feel the same they feel. When Risa is sad because Otani's stupidity, or when she is rejected, there is no way, you feel sad for her. Otani is a moron sometimes, but you learn to love him and he is just so cute. The others characters are pretty good too, like Risa's friends, especially Nobu-chan (I want a friend like that too!) and Nakao, Nobu-chan's boyfriend.
Enjoyment: 9/10
I gave a 9 because I think Lovely Complex is that much, it's really good. If you are a shoujo fan and even a romantic comedy fan, watch it, I'm pretty sure you will like it. The characters, the sounds, the story and the other things really make me love this show.
Overall: 9/10
I cannot describe so good this anime and give something less than a 9. I don't have anything more to say. I just reccommend you: go and watch it! Because Lovely Complex is one of the greatest anime ever.
