School Rumble and Acchi Kocchi are both about a girl who is seriously in love with a guy, but just can’t seem to confess her feelings to him. The male love interests in the two anime have very similar personalities: emotionless to the point where it actually becomes funny. Both heroines have seriously WTF hair styles: Tenma has her small twin-tails that twitch up and down to show emotion, while Tsumiki has her spiral hair antenna that is longer and crazier than the hair antennae that’s pretty common in anime. Much of the comedy in the two anime is slapstick, and they have similar amounts of it as well. But while School Rumble contains multiple love triangles, Acchi Kocchi’s romance is mostly just between Tsumiki and Io.

...then you might like Grisaia no Kajitsu add

The World God Only Knows and Grisaia no Kajitsu are both in the Harem anime genre: multiple girls fall in love with one guy. The first season of Grisaia no Kajitsu and the first two seasons of The World God Only Knows are divided into several arcs, one for each heroine the main protagonist meets. One major trait shared by these two anime that made me really like them both is their amount and quality of character development. Throughout each arc of the two anime, the protagonist and the viewer learn about the heroine’s personal difficulties or a major event that took place in their past, and the protagonist helps the heroine overcome the scars or handicaps resulting from them. Both anime also have sequel seasons with plots that go a different direction than their previous seasons, but have many of the same characters.

If you liked Ai Yori Aoshi add

...then you might like Shuffle! add

Shuffle! and Ai Yori Aoshi are both in the Harem and Comedy genres. They also involve future plans for the male protagonist to marry one of the girls in the anime. But the most important similarity is just how heartwarming these two anime are. Most of the characters in the two anime are very kind and sweet to the main protagonist, and have very few annoying characteristics. Also, unlike some other Harem anime where the girls are fighting against each other over the main protagonist, the female characters in both anime seem to get along really well, and there's even a sense of camaraderie with them (with a couple of exceptions). There's another similarity between the two that I won't spoil, but you'll see it if you watch both anime to their ends.
