Guilty: Nakanu Hotaru ga Mi wo Kogasu

Both take on similar topics: marriage, adultery, obsessed mistress, betrayal, scheming, not much actual romance. None of the stories is particularly deep. But as Holiday Love has less characters and a simpler plot, overall by the end you can mostly understand their reasons and feelings. Guilty is much more dark, full of drama and generally more outlandish in its plot developments.

Anata ga Shite Kurenakutemo

Similar topic: both follow the story of two married couples, linked by an extramarital relationship. Similar art: although 5 years apart, both mangas have a somewhat similar art style. Different vibe: "Anata ga shite kurenakute mo" seems to take a more considerate approach, trying to slowly unveil and understand the circumstances and feelings of each character, while the first volume of "Anata no Koto wa Sorehodo" seemed more emotionally detached and more focused on lust/infidelity/jealousy.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen

Both are school romance anime. Both feature a pair of highly competitive overachievers in a fancy school. The protagonists initially compete with each other and appear to not get along but subsequently become interested in each other. The romance part felt much more intense towards the end of Special A, whereas Kaguya-Sama seemed more focused on comedy and more locked in its episode format.

There are many differences: the personality and physical appearance of the female lead, the importance of the love triangle, the quality of the art style, the type of feelings explored, the length, etc. However the overall atmosphere is similar in some ways, like the classroom interactions, the friendship between the female lead and other characters, the thoughtfullness with which the authors explore the emotional mindset of their adolescent characters.

Similar atmosphere, similar art style, highschool setting, in both cases the story revolves around a love triangle. Ao Haru Ride has better intensity and nicer art, but 360° Material is more realistic and more introspective. I really liked both of them.

Both portray the relationship between a mature man involved in criminal activity and a younger character. Similar atmosphere, though Sora felt softer.

The length, pacing and overall style are obviously different, but the setting (highschool life, several couples) and general vibe (strong focus on romance, long-time crushes, pending confessions) seem quite similar to me.

What's similar: the overall vibe (romantic/introspective), the setting (high-school), the context and the circumstances of the two MC (a guy falls in love with his classmate, the other just kind of gets swept up in the whole thing and has to sort out his feelings on the subject). Comments: Koimonogatari is deeper, more thoughtful and far less stereotypical (up to now); Blue Lust is more yaoi than shounen ai, the romance and where it's headed is much clearer (although both mangas are still publishing); also, Blue Lust has a strong tragic element, whereas the overall story in Koimonogatari is far more "mundane".

The most striking similarity is that fantastic and hilarious things happen on a regular basis, where the laws of physics are often blown away for our entertainment. This is valid for both animes, but I think is comes out stronger I think in Yamato. Also you get (some) romance mixed in with a relatively funny but at times frustrating rivalry between the two components of the main couple. Also the characters are all in the same age group, although in Special A almost everything happens at school whilst in Yamato the mansion is the main setting.

In both mangas the guys start out as co-workers, so the context is similar. Conveni-kun is a little more dramatic and has a sweet streak, Samejima-kun to Sasahara-kun is completely hilarious.
